Putting the European economy at the service of the middle class (debate)
Date:
12.07.2023 14:12
| Language: ES
Mr President, Commissioner, one year after the European elections, this Commission cannot come here to tell us that it has a magical plan to protect the middle and popular classes it has been decimating since Ursula von der Leyen announced the Green Deal. No European, when he went to vote, knew about this Pact. It is a pact between you, the grand coalition between popular, socialist and green. They concocted it behind the backs of the people and sold it to hype and saucer by spending taxpayers' money. A money that they shear every day with the climatic excuse: taxes on CO2, taxes on plastic, sugary drinks, sun, wind, water, tolls and climate sanctions. They have a legislature saying that the walls do not serve to protect, encouraging massive and uncontrolled immigration. But you have erected a great wall within the cities to protect yourself. A wall of taxes, sanctions and bans that prevents Europeans from entering cities when they cannot buy an electric car. Today's debate is truly a mockery. They cannot come and talk to us about protecting the middle classes the same week that the so-called nature restoration law is passed, which deals a deadly blow to farms in Europe, the same week that the Industrial Emissions Directive is approved, which will put an end to dozens of livestock farms, the same week that a debate on violence and mutiny in France against the French middle and popular classes has been denied. I give them a plan, I give it to them. Immediately suspend the Green Deal. Stop printing money to pay for the climate feast. Reverse the ban on combustion engines and the nature restoration law. Stop knocking down prey. Bet on nuclear. Lower taxes, everyone, and especially those that affect the income and consumption of families. Stop the massive and uncontrolled immigration that the rich use to cut wages and destroy security in our neighborhoods. And put an end to that madness of the 2030 Agenda, the darkest utopia that man has ever known. I'm not gonna ask them to listen to us anymore. I tell them to let us through. This July 23, the Spaniards, as before the Italians, the Swedes, the Poles, the Czechs, the Hungarians, the Finns and the Dutch, God willing, will tell you very clearly at the polls. We have an alternative to their demolition agenda and that is to restore everything they have destroyed.
Tax the rich (topical debate)
Date:
12.07.2023 12:23
| Language: ES
Madam President, Commissioner, every time you hear the word 'tax' here, you have to reach out to your pocket. I still haven't heard anyone on this side of Parliament talking about lowering taxes. As they are trileros, they talk today about taxes on the rich, but everyone knows that in the end they end up being paid by families and companies. It is never paid by Davos billionaires, nor by globalist multinationals that go to tax havens and make billionaire profits by harvesting our data. They come to ask Europeans for more money, but they have already imposed tolls, surveillance cameras and fines to enter the cities where humans have entered for thousands of years. You talk about the rich in the third person, but the European institutions spend 14 million euros on jets private for senior officials. Is the money gone or has Greta come this week to pass the brush? Your 2030 Agenda is coming out very expensive to normal people. Honest workers, self-employed and entrepreneurs prefer the old order: employment, trades, industry, low taxes, stable jobs and secure borders. That's why they turned their backs on you. You have turned the Union into a fiscal and bureaucratic hell. We'll have to redeem him. We will start in Spain on July 23.
The need for EU action on search and rescue in the Mediterranean (debate)
Date:
12.07.2023 09:17
| Language: ES
Madam President, Commissioner, in the first three months of the year alone, four hundred and forty-one migrants drowned in the Mediterranean. Four hundred and forty-one. We are on our way to over two thousand and two hundred last year. A real tragedy. But it's time to point out those responsible. First, the human trafficking mafias operating in Africa. Second, irresponsible politicians who do not fight them and who promote and finance certain NGOs that act as accomplices. And third, those who promote debates like this, which are a call for massive and uncontrolled immigration. The only way to put an end to the business model of mafias is to fight them. The mafias say "pay me four thousand euros that on the other side there is a progre politician who will pay you a flat, a house, free school and give you the paguita". We tell them "don't pay a single euro because if you don't comply with our law, your only future is to be returned to your country." No more business, no more cheating. Let's launch landing platforms in the States from which the boats sail, to analyze the entry rights there. It's possible. These countries already receive billions of euros. Their policies have consequences: uninhabitable neighborhoods and deaths at sea. Forty thousand police officers have been unable to maintain law and order in France last week. Nor is the entire EU budget capable of rescuing the entire Mediterranean. So do not deceive and let us dedicate ourselves to the important thing, which is to combat the crime of the mafias of human trafficking.
The water crisis in Europe (debate)
Date:
15.06.2023 07:48
| Language: ES
Madam President, Commissioner, the EU Biodiversity Strategy for 2030 aims to restore the free flow of water from at least 25,000 kilometres of European rivers. The socialist government has destroyed more than 300 dams and ducks in Spain in the last three years, but we continue to finance the national water plan and the construction of dams in Morocco. Sánchez has not been president of the Government, but administrator of a company of demolitions, crossings, thermal power plants and river structures. The human being has been caring, restoring and cultivating nature for thousands of years, and adapting. Agriculture brought sedentarism and this the city and civilization. When you fight engineering, waterworks or irrigation fight man and civilization. Every azud and every prey is the result of the effort, experience and accumulated intelligence of years, something that you and your experts despise. Most of the small dams in Spain are just over sixty years old, just as Spain embarked on the path of prosperity, and you want to go back. In reality, they don't want to restore either rivers or nature. Storing and channeling water to distribute wealth throughout the territory is what civilized man has always done, from Rome to the present day. Destroying is what barbarians do. In Europe there is enough water and there are no more dams, there are plenty of reports from climate experts. With hydraulic infrastructure, all the basins can and must be connected so that surpluses distribute to those with deficits, and agricultural uses are compatible with the protection of the natural heritage in Doñana, in Daimiel or in the Mar Menor. I told you yesterday, open the way to freedom, that we are already here.
Implementation and delivery of the Sustainable Development Goals (debate)
Date:
14.06.2023 16:52
| Language: ES
Madam President, the 2030 Agenda is the elites' programme to appropriate everything. €500 billion each year by 2030. But haven't families, businesses, farmers, ranchers, the self-employed and small entrepreneurs been shed enough? You don't want to transform the world; They want to expropriate it. They shamelessly claim that the Sustainable Development Goals are the only shared global framework, and call for their coercive and totalitarian imposition. For you, nothing outside the SDGs and nothing against the SDGs. If they continue like this, those of us who disagree will wear a colored bracelet. There is no sustainable development without growth, strong families, private property, individual freedom, roots in the nation, stable jobs, corporate profits, and energy, food and health sovereignty. There is no sustainable development if the rich of Davos impose themselves on parliamentary democracies. Look, I don't want a world where a few make decisions on behalf of all and own the land, finance capital, information and data, and the rest live in slavery under a regime of ideological terror and moral servitude in exchange for a few crumbs. Make way for freedom, that we go there.
Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence (debate)
Date:
31.05.2023 15:06
| Language: ES
Mr President, Commissioner, rapporteur, we have reached the abyss of common sense with this corporate due diligence project. Human rights violations are prosecuted with police, judges, jail or failing to finance foreign satraps, but not imposing more burdens, obligations, expenses and ideology on companies. The only consequence is that European companies and workers will become poorer and less competitive; And where there are European companies today, there will be Chinese or American companies tomorrow. If we tell our companies that they cannot subcontract in third countries where there are no gender quotas, but we do sign agreements with Islamist theocracies or finance the irrigation plans of third countries that do not behave like good allies, why do they demand from companies what they do not demand from themselves? They want to turn companies into active agents of the 2030 Agenda, the gospel of the elites. They have been playing with the lives and money of those out there for too long – businesses have to create jobs, wealth and growth. But this is over: On 23 July, Spain, with Vox, will follow the path of Italy, Sweden, Finland, Poland and Hungary. A new Europe of nations and freedoms will re-emerge.
Update of the anti-corruption legislative framework (debate)
Date:
10.05.2023 14:33
| Language: ES
Madam President, Commissioner, it seems that the European Parliament's corruption scandal, uncovered this year by the Belgian police, has awakened from the nap a part of the European bureaucracy that now wants to harmonise the fight against corruption. Several members of the Socialist Group have been arrested and are being investigated for having received money from Qatar or Morocco, among others, to legislate in favor of these and not of the Europeans. It is explained that the EU allocates millions of euros to finance the modernisation of Moroccan agriculture with tax money from Spanish farmers who suffer from illegal competition. We Spaniards are clear that corruption and socialism go hand in hand. The Socialist Party in Spain, in forty years, accumulates 126 convictions for corruption that affect 3.3 billion euros. And the Government of Sanchez has changed the Spanish criminal law to benefit thieving politicians with a reduction of penalties, so decent people do not see bad that for once the European Commission promotes reforms to combat corruption. Now, let's hope that in the next phases of the legislative process this does not become a federalist pastiche.
Externalising asylum applications and making funding to third countries conditional on the implementation of return agreements (topical debate)
Date:
10.05.2023 12:13
| Language: ES
Madam President, four things I will say: the standard, the data, the reality and the solution. The rule says that external borders can only be crossed through the authorised crossing points and with the required documentation, and that Member States will order the expulsion of any person from a third country who has entered European territory irregularly. But the person who has applied for international protection cannot be expelled. The fact is that in Spain in 2022 118 000 applications for international protection were lodged, almost twice as many as the previous year. And only slightly more than 14,000 were entitled, not even 10%. Of these, 114 000 showed up when the immigrants were already on Spanish national territory – they did not ask for it in the post authorised for that purpose – or with their temporary permits expired or when they were detained by the police. The reality is that we are facing a massive fraud carried out with the knowledge of the authorities, a bankruptcy of legality, a business for NGOs and a risk for the whole of Europe. The solution is that asylum applications are made and processed in third countries so that they are not made when they are already on European territory and we avoid the problem. That visa aid and exemptions be made conditional on the establishment of return agreements. Our data kills his story. We, defending the law and Europe, you, defending the interests of the exploiters.
The role of farmers as enablers of the green transition and a resilient agricultural sector (continuation of debate)
Date:
10.05.2023 08:40
| Language: ES
Mr President, they have been mistreating the agricultural sector for decades and are now being asked to be facilitators of the green transition. When they were in their homes frightened by the Wuhan virus, there were thousands of Spanish farmers who worked so that you could eat fruit, vegetables or vegetables. We have no right to ask them for one more sacrifice. You immolate yourselves on the altar of climate fanaticism. Ustedes decidieron hace tiempo que se abandone a los agricultores y que la seguridad alimentaria de Europa quede en manos de países como Marruecos o Turquía. We reject any initiative that entails more green obligations, reduced productivity, increased costs, increased imports or job losses. Morocco has exponentially increased its exports to the EU, sinking prices in Spain and closing farms. And you pay for it by financing your irrigation plan while criminalizing our farmers in Murcia or Huelva, making them responsible for the degradation of ecosystems such as the Mar Menor or Doñana, when you know that the fault is their fanaticism, which knocks down dams and prevents investment in hydraulic infrastructure to bring water to the Spanish countryside. Do you want sector resilience? They suspend all green obligations. Impose a green tariff on imports to compensate for the sacrifices of our producers as a result of compliance with Community obligations.
Decision to enter into interinstitutional negotiations: Addressing situations of crisis in the field of migration and asylum (A9-0127/2023 - Juan Fernando López Aguilar) (vote)
Date:
20.04.2023 10:08
| Language: ES
Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, indeed, as the rapporteur has said, we are here for the plenary to vote on this matter, because the whole asylum and immigration system cannot be changed behind the backs of the citizens. It is a matter of democracy and accountability; I don't know if they sound like anything. We want these organisational mandates to be voted on with the Council so that people can know who is in favour of ending the model of human trafficking mafias in the Mediterranean, who is in favour of open borders - but does not want to bear the consequences -, who wants orderly immigration taking into account the labour needs of the Member States, who we promote attracting talent, and who promotes attracting chaos. Parliament's proposal for a regulation on situations of crisis and force majeure in the field of migration and asylum aims to hand over the keys to our borders to the European Commission, giving it the power to decide on the entry of large groups of immigrants without the states being able to oppose it. The majority of migrants arriving at the southern border and almost all external borders, except Ukrainian ones, are illegal economic migrants; The Commission itself says so. Despite this, this Regulation sets out almost as the only solution a formula for relocating new arrivals to the territory of the Union. There is neither a measure to increase the effective rate of return, nor a measure in countries of origin or transit to prevent arrivals, nor a measure to shield the border and protect our agents. Therefore, if what the current majority of the 705 Members who make up this House want is this, let us vote and let the citizens know, so that, when the humble neighborhoods of any European city become impassable, national or European law ceases to be complied with, unemployment multiplies and social systems enter into crisis, Europeans know who is responsible.
IPCC report on Climate Change: a call for urgent additional action (debate)
Date:
20.04.2023 08:18
| Language: ES
Mr President, Commissioner, at the last Davos Forum world leaders warned about climate change and called on everyone to make an effort to improve the situation. Most of them went to the appointment by private jet. The same thing happened at the Climate Summit in Madrid, Glasgow or Egypt. You want to teach climate lessons, but you are not concerned about the environmental impact when you conclude free trade agreements with third countries that fill supermarkets with products transported in polluting ships through the oceans. I'll just ask the questions our compatriots ask out there. Is the computer model used in this report the same one that was used in 1982 to announce the great devastation of the year 2000 or is it the one used by that famous scientist, Al Gore, in 2006? Why don't they send a delegation to Beijing and tell all this to Xi Jinping, who opens two coal-fired power plants a week? How many Europeans are going to have to go to economic ruin or unemployment before you recognize the failure of your suicidal policy? Stop generating panic and fear to justify bans and plunder the pockets of European families. Let us put the genius of man to innovate, to grow and to adapt. That's what a man does. The fanatic stands still, waiting for the end of the world. But the end of the world will come when God wills, not when your Excel table says so.
Dieselgate: suspected widespread use of defeat devices in cars to reduce effectiveness of pollution control systems (debate)
Date:
19.04.2023 14:57
| Language: ES
Mr President, Commissioner, what is important about the diesel case is not the late judgment of the Court of Justice, but what you did after the scandal – speeding up the delusional climate agenda by forcing electrification – as Europe, the world leader in clean combustion engines, loses the position that its companies had been gaining for decades. But what do you owe the Chinese Communist Party? When a few weeks ago you decided to ban combustion engines you knew, as I did, that imports from China had grown by 160% in 2021, that Europe in five years has lost 31% of the market, and that 20% has been won by China. But I pressed the right button; You guys pressed the green button. Its green button is an enemy of Europe's companies and workers. They have managed with a finger that Europe loses all the competitive advantage in the combustion engine, while China will be able to continue polluting without brakes. Ford has announced the dismissal of 1,100 workers in Valencia. In Spain there are two million jobs at risk. You are guilty, and the only way out is to reverse your delirium. In Spain we have an expression: If you don't know how to bully, what are you getting yourself into? So, if you don't know, leave it.
This is Europe - Debate with the Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Xavier Bettel (debate)
Date:
19.04.2023 09:47
| Language: ES
Mr President, Mr Bettel, you are the President of a founding country of the European Community. Why betray the Constitutive Treaty? Europe is your nation; is the economic and social progress of the Member States, not a power hijacked by the elites in the service of a globalist agenda. Europe is an area of freedom, not a swamp of vulnerable self-proclaimed collectives who want to impose their particular dictatorship on the majority of Europeans. Europe is an area of security, not a place where borders are stormed and assailants applauded. Europe is the effort to constantly improve living and working conditions, balanced trade, fair competition and sustainable economic development, and not the adoption of rules that cripple the growth of our companies and prevent them from competing on an equal footing with the climate excuse. Europe is solidarity between European nations and does not criminalize Hungary, Poland, Italy, while they water European money to Morocco so that their products illegally invade our supermarkets. Europe is respect for the Charter of the United Nations, for the life, family and dignity of all men. Europe is freedom of thought and not a culture of cancellation. It is a cross in every village, from Cape North to Ceuta and Melilla... (the Chair took the floor from the speaker).
The need for European solidarity in saving lives in the Mediterranean, in particular in Italy (debate)
Date:
18.04.2023 18:06
| Language: ES
Mr President, Commissioner, more than 500 people have lost their lives in the Mediterranean Sea, driven by mafias who, according to Europol, have one of the most lucrative and safest businesses of our time. "Lucrative" because they charge 3 000 euros to each illegal immigrant to put them in a boat that can barely sail with the promise that they are going to a social aid paradise; and "safe", because they have the collaboration of some governments, European institutions, NGOs and media groups willing to turn this drama into a political opportunity. Whenever they talk about banning expulsions, they encourage the operations of NGOs; Every time they talk about social aid, they are making travel more attractive and taking responsibility for the deaths in the Mediterranean. This is not solidarity, it is fostering slavery and the decomposition of Europe. The real solidarity is to support governments like Italy, which do their job, defend our borders and fight the mafias. Declare the emergency situation in an emergency situation? That's right. To put an end to fraudulent asylum claims by those seeking special protection after having illegally entered European territory? That's right. Increase penalties against migrant smugglers, new slavers and all their accomplices? That's right. To distinguish between the refugee fleeing war and political or religious persecution and the economic immigrant? That's right. Pursuing the crime of promoting illegal immigration in all areas? That's right. Stepping up deportations of illegal immigrants to their countries of origin? That's right. It is our moral, rather than political, duty to do everything possible to prevent deaths in the Mediterranean. And the only way is to attack the business model of the mafias and all their accomplices making the trip less attractive. Anything other than that is complicity with slavery.
2022 Rule of Law Report - The rule of law situation in the European Union - Rule of law in Greece - Rule of law in Spain - Rule of law in Malta (debate)
Date:
30.03.2023 08:54
| Language: ES
Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, when have powers of justice, national security or official secrets been transferred to Brussels? I myself have denounced here, on many occasions, the abuses of the Government of Sanchez. When European funds are auctioned off on nights of drugs and prostitutes – as in the case of Tito Berni – the rule of law is violated. We agree with the Commission when it asks Sanchez to guarantee the independence of the Attorney General, not to interfere in the appointment of the General Council of the Judiciary or to guarantee the independence of the media. But they have forgotten that Sanchez has banned the exploration of geological resources that the Commission now demands. The crime of sedition to get the coup vote has been repealed. Misappropriation for thieving politicians has been reduced. Laws are passed that free rapists of women and children. Genital mutilation of minors or desecration of graves is permitted. We can agree on the analysis, but we will never agree that the solution is to strip the Spaniards of their sovereignty. On the contrary. It will be this year, at the polls, where we Spaniards will undo the deception and put an end to the worst government in our history.
More Europe, more jobs: we are building the competitive economy of tomorrow for the benefit of all (topical debate)
Date:
15.03.2023 12:44
| Language: ES
Mr President, Commissioner, Europe's middle and popular classes are on the verge of collapse and we have a debate entitled 'More Europe, more jobs: We build tomorrow's competitive economy for the benefit of all. It's not fucking funny. At the last plenary session this Parliament approved a ban on combustion vehicles in 2035. A week later Ford announced the dismissal of more than a thousand workers in Spain. More bigotry, fewer jobs. According to Eurostat, its social policies put 22% of Europeans at risk of poverty. More bigotry, fewer jobs. The Commission says that the recovery of employment in Spain is going well. It must be a joke. It is the country with the most unemployment for the first time in history; 30% youth unemployment; and a massive accounting fraud that turns those who are not actually working into "fixed workers". While Sanchez laughs his thanks will gild the pill, but know that, when Sanchez laughs, the Spaniards cry. How they're going to build tomorrow's economy! The European Community was founded on coal, steel, atomic energy, common agricultural production, free movement and the Christian social order. And you're gonna take it all. The fanaticism of the few is the anguish of the many. But don't hurry, your time is running out.
Availability of fertilisers in the EU (debate)
Date:
16.02.2023 09:40
| Language: ES
Madam President, Commissioner, the agricultural situation in 2022 was dramatic and is not improving in early 2023. The EU's green policies are co-responsible for this crisis, inciting rural abandonment and exodus. Our food security and sovereignty are at stake. The problem of access to fertilisers and their costs is still more alive than ever, so the Spanish government or the European Commission have already put in place effective short-term solutions. Since the end of 2021, the price has risen by 200%. However, the European Commission's Communication does not provide any response to improve access to fertilisers and prevent European farmers from paying for the world's most expensive fertilisers. The price increase affects production and profitability, condemning farmers to ruin and farm abandonment. Tensions in the market? They're not responsible. The rules, especially the Nitrates Directive, need to be changed, transparency improved and import tariffs on nitrogen fertilisers temporarily suspended. The European Commission's proposals for state aid are few and symbolic. Strong action is needed to increase European fertiliser production, ensure competition and ensure availability to our farmers. And that is why, today, exceptionally, we will vote in favour of the resolution.
EU funding allocated to NGOs incriminated in the recent corruption revelations and the protection of EU financial interests (debate)
Date:
13.02.2023 20:02
| Language: ES
Madam President, Commissioner, the Qatargate scandal has had to happen, that is, they have had to steal in broad daylight, in order for this Parliament to pretend that it is doing something and admit that, perhaps, these entities should be investigated a little. We've been warning the entire legislature: all Community legislation on the financing of NGOs needs to be reviewed and the indentation of public funds curbed. If NGOs were a country, they would be the 5th economy in the world, an opaque power that manages billions of public euros without control by voters, capable of influencing elections and destabilizing governments. They operate freely in the corridors of this Parliament and the Commission and, when they are not paid by Qatar, Morocco or China, they work in the service of multinationals and oligarchs, such as Soros, or directly at the orders of abject mafias such as those involved in the trafficking of human beings in the Mediterranean, or promoting the Islamization of Europe and the subjugation of women, such as FEMYSO, linked to the Muslim Brotherhood. Every European company is audited every last public euro it receives. But NGOs live in the paradise of impunity. Perhaps it is time for national parliaments to start asking for missions to Brussels to find out how and what money is being spent here.
Preparation of the Special European Council meeting of February, in particular the need to develop sustainable solutions in the area of asylum and migration (debate)
Date:
01.02.2023 15:43
| Language: ES
Mr President, Madam Minister, sustainable solutions in the area of asylum and migration. What we know is what is not sustainable. It is not sustainable to confuse refugee and immigrant. It is not sustainable to define as irregular the one who enters illegally, when the weight of the States falls on any European when he presents his taxes a day later. It is not sustainable to offer jobs to illegals when there are millions of unemployed Europeans. It is not sustainable for a Moroccan citizen, with an expulsion order not executed by the Sanchez government, to murder a sacristan and injure a priest and several parishioners in a church in Algeciras. It is not sustainable that, of the 682 000 illegal immigrants that Eurostat said existed in 2021, only half have an expulsion order and 10% of these orders are executed. In Spain, even worse: over 30,000 illegals, only 7,000 removal orders and we don't even know how many have been executed. Which one of you will tell the relatives of those killed that you continue with your open borders policy? The only solution is to protect borders. Zero tolerance. Tell everyone: Those of you who obey the law have hope. Those of you who do not obey the law will have no hope. Strengthening borders with European money, fighting terror, fighting mafias and, of course, disembarkation platforms in the countries of origin, as requested by our political group. And, it seems, now the European People's Party has joined this idea.
Order of business
Date:
01.02.2023 14:11
| Language: ES
Madam President, on 25 January, as you know, a terrorist with an unexecuted expulsion order machetically murdered a sacristan and wounded a priest and several parishioners in a church in Algeciras (Spain). On January 24, another terrorist killed two people and left multiple injured on a train in Germany. On January 30, in Brussels, there was another knife attack, with at least three seriously injured. According to Article 3 of the Treaty on European Union, the Union must provide Europeans with an area of freedom, security and justice in which freedom of movement is guaranteed in the field of external border control, asylum, immigration, the prevention of and the fight against crime. Terrorist attacks are spreading throughout Europe's cities and our compatriots are demanding at least a serious, in-depth and data-driven debate. We therefore propose that a declaration on public security and the terrorist threat in Europe be made at this part-session in the light of the recent knife attacks in Spain and Germany.
Criminalisation of humanitarian assistance, including search and rescue (debate)
Date:
18.01.2023 18:17
| Language: ES
Mr President, Commissioner, it is amazing that we have to repeat it again. Taking a person in distress to a safe port at sea is a situation of necessity regulated by maritime law, but to arrange at source with a group of people in a previously determined place the transhipment to the place that the master of the ship unilaterally decides is not to rescue shipwrecked people, but to deal with human beings, a lucrative business in which lives do not matter to them. They're not refugees. You know it, the mafias know it, the NGOs know it and I know it, but the only one who says it is me; because you have a clear political interest: promote failed multiculturalism. It is Europeans who suffer in the streets an unprecedented wave of herd rapes, shootings and murders, not counting the high risk of jihadist terrorism, especially on the Algerian route. European values? European value is to comply with the law and for our young people, women and adults to walk quietly through the streets. I give you the recipe again: secure borders, endlessly repeating "if you comply with the law, accepted; If you do not comply with the law, lose all hope", trial and jail for traffickers, immediate repatriation of the illegal and, to NGOs that break the law, sanctions. If you don't know or don't want to, leave it. We are prepared and willing.
Protecting the Rule of Law against impunity in Spain (topical debate)
Date:
18.01.2023 12:29
| Language: ES
Madam President, George Orwell, at: If the leader says of such an event this did not happen, this did not happen. If the leader says two and two is five, two and two is five. This is the situation of the rule of law, democracy and freedom in Spain. Under the guise of grandiloquent phrases, the will to put an end to the principle of legality is hidden. Big Brother is Pedro Sanchez. The rule of law requires respect for procedure, minorities and constitutional consultation bodies. Sanchez has been systematically passing laws fraudulently, using parliamentary groups to avoid reports from the Council of State, the General Council of the Judiciary and the Fiscal Council. Spain is the only Member State whose judiciary has been unable to make appointments since 2021 because Big Brother has banned it. Big Brother continues to place his judicial pawns with the complicity of all parties except VOX. In order to ensure judicial independence, procedural rules should avoid giving rise to legitimate doubts as to the neutrality of judges. However, Sánchez has appointed a judge of the Constitutional Court who until a year ago was his Minister of Justice, and a judge who until six months ago worked in his Office of the Presidency. But what appeals are they going to settle on the laws they've drafted? Big Brother has decided to corrupt the institutions. Before storming the Court, Sanchez accused the magistrates of running over democracy. Sanchez has turned Spain into a space of impunity where the offender receives reward and the victim, humiliation. Yesterday it was the victims of ETA terrorism, today it is the women or minors who are victims of rape and sexual abuse who see how their aggressors are released or their sentences reduced. Strikers, politicians, thieves and rapists are the beneficiaries of Sanchez. This is the truth that no propaganda can hide. Big Brother Sanchez dictates what Spaniards can think of their history by rewriting the past to control the future: requisitions and seizures of books, desecrations of graves and cancellation of the name of streets and monuments. I end by quoting Chesterton: Dead things can be swept away by the current, only something alive can go against the current. Do not worry, we are still very much alive, against the tide, to recover in Spain the unity, freedom, security, prosperity of the Spaniards and the principle of legality.
Deliberations of the Committee on Petitions in 2021 (debate)
Date:
14.12.2022 19:48
| Language: ES
Madam President, these were some requests from Spain from 2021: fraud in the temporary recruitment of interim staff, illegal states of alarm, sexual abuse of minors supervised by socialist governments in the Balearic Islands and Valencia, and the letter from more than 2 500 judges denouncing a serious risk to the rule of law in Spain. Today the situation is dramatic. Pedro Sánchez, an unscrupulous autocrat, has agreed with the separatists who struck a blow to the Constitution in 2017 for the systematic demolition of the separation of powers and the rule of law. In the heart of Europe, the socialist government, this week, will approve a crime of sedition to free the coup plotters, corrupt the crime of embezzlement of public funds to amnesty all political thieves, and assault – in violation of the Constitution – the judiciary and the Constitutional Court, putting an end to the rule of law. We live in a direct blow to the rule of law and you continue to protect a government that wants to take Spain to its darkest times while blackmailing conservative governments. But Spain is neither negotiated nor sold, Spain defends itself. It is what millions of Spaniards are going to do until the end of their days, with you or without you.

Madam President, the price increase is not a matter of now. Spaniards have been suffering a dramatic price increase since the disastrous management of the pandemic. Gasoline, heating, the shopping basket, basic products ... everything has gone up, while the salaries of Spaniards - and of the rest of Europeans - remain intact, when they do not go down. It was time for this Parliament to spend a minute debating this issue and stop talking about its climate prophecies, the extreme right, the danger of Poland or Hungary, or the seventy-two genders. At VOX we have been denouncing him since we were here, since they decided to close businesses while honoring Greta Thunberg. Do you want to lower the cost of living? Lower taxes. Do you want to end inflation? Stop printing money like crazy. Do you want to lower the price of energy and food? Give up climate fanaticism. You want to raise wages? Stop importing cheap labor with the smuggling of illegal immigrants and let's invest in our industry. Do you want to improve people's lives? Say goodbye to the 2030 Agenda. Commissioner, Madam President, everyone: Merry Christmas and glory to God in the manger.
