You set up a speculative CO emission rights business2 It stifles our industries for climate reasons and a border adjustment mechanism that is a non-tariff barrier. You get on boards of directors under tables to look at the sex of managers. You only think about raising taxes to pay for the party of the elites and have spent our money on Chinese renewables. And in Spain we no longer have light. For you, free trade is surrendering to China. For you, free trade are those agreements with countries that do not meet the standards that are demanded of ours. Of course we reject any tariffs on our producers, but first and foremost we reject their 2030 Agenda, their Green Deal and their hypocrisy of climate fanatics.

Madam President, we must hire a psychiatrist to cure them of their demophobia and their hungarophobia. Another plenary session in Strasbourg, another debate on Hungary, but always with the intention of hiding the reality. There is no social Europe if we allow civil or religious messages and speeches that promote or justify violence against women. There is no social Europe if a man who perceives himself differently can enter private spaces reserved for women, compete with them in sport or deprive them of a job. The Commission presents a programme for 2025 in which, in order to improve competitiveness, it envisages the adoption of 63 new rules. How does Brussels want European companies to compete with a new backpack behind its back? What you have presented is an insult and an act of betrayal of Europe. They do not reverse their climate ambitions, but their ambitions are the ruin of the people. Haven't you heard yet that you don't create wealth? They just consume it, and a lot. What needs to be done is to depart from the Paris Agreement and have your friend Soros go to the COP. Fishermen without fishing, young people without jobs, shops for sale, companies laying off their employees, but all paying more taxes and more debt, the automotive sector closing and eliminating shifts: 35 000 dismissed by Volkswagen in Germany, who are going to vote for Alternative for Germany. In the agricultural sector, you in the EPP were deceived again before the elections, but it will not happen again: There is no sector more fed up with the suicidal policies of the European Green Deal and the 2030 Agenda. You prefer to raise taxes, censor opinions and ban things. Trump said yesterday what many of us have been saying for some time: whereas climate hysteria has led to an energy emergency and all energy sources must be put at the service of the nation; whereas one can perceive oneself as one pleases, but there are only two sexes; that the borders of the nation are the door of your house and that no one has the right to enter your house without permission, and that if he does so he must be thrown out; whereas criminal gangs have to be fought by all means; that without security there is no freedom and without freedom there is no prosperity. European peoples no longer want to be laboratory mice where you try dangerous social experiments. They no longer want to accept censorship or resentment. Brussels has been making decisions against the people for decades: Open and illegal borders, energy dependence on foreign powers, gender ideology in universities and colleges, and persecution of patriotic leaders. Mr President, corruption in Spain threatens the ruin and collapse of our rule of law. My political group has asked for this debate three times to talk about the corruption of Pedro Sánchez, the corruption of Sánchez's family, the corruption of Sánchez's party and the corruption of Sánchez's government. The popular and socialists twice rejected this debate and today have hidden it in an incomprehensible title. It is corruption to open borders and spend money on NGOs, hotels and paguitas to illegal immigrants who have violated our law. It is corruption to put at the head of the Constitutional Court the former Attorney General of the State and the former Minister of Justice. It is corruption that the Attorney General, under judicial investigation, threatens the opposition and the prosecutors themselves. It is corruption to send our military to any country abroad and not to save lives and protect property in Valencia. It is corruption to pardon the one who does not even ask for it and to amnesty a politician to get his votes. And, of course, it is corruption to leave our military, our police and our prison officials helpless in the face of insecurity on the streets. Today Sanchez is a problem for Spain and for the whole of Europe. And if you look the other way, you will also be part of the problem.

Mr President, five years later, when the damage has already been done, we come to discuss the impact of the Green Deal. Ever since the Commission came up with this unfortunate idea, we have warned: The Green Deal is a massive layoff plan, the ruin of European industry. I'm going to tell you, Mrs. Ribera, the impact, and so you save the money: the Green Deal is to stop producing here and to produce outside; the Green Deal is low-quality employment to give to those who bring with their migration policies; the Green Deal is about taking the future away from families, producers and young people in rural areas; the Green Deal is the data of the fall in car production in Spain – yes, the country from which you come and to which you are owed; the Green Deal are European countries shutting down their industries to be able to heat homes, fishermen forced to abandon their way of life because they are prohibited from fishing in the Mediterranean or farmers protesting, because our producers are forced to compete with a tied hand in Africa or in Mercosur. You intend to prohibit a truck from carrying Iberian pork from Extremadura to Warsaw because it pollutes, but you are going to multiply the traffic of ships that will bring imported meat from Rio de Janeiro to Rotterdam. At Vox we have demanded it again: nor a trade agreement allowing massive imports of products that do not meet the health or environmental standards imposed on ours. Madam President, you talking about disinformation is a joke. Recently, the European Data Protection Supervisor has condemned the Commission for illegally using personal data for political propaganda campaigns, and the Commission acknowledged that it sent its advertisements to people who were not interested in keywords such as QatargateMarine Le Pen or VOX: the Commission interfering; Brussels denied European funds to conservative Poland by facilitating the opposition's campaign, and immediately released them when the opposition won: Brussels interfering. The scandal has come in the case of Romania: a Constitutional Court controlled by magistrates appointed by the parties of the system annuls an election because one of the candidates has more followers on TikTok than the rest, and they invent that the social network has intervened in the elections. Even the other candidate describes this as illegitimate, immoral and undemocratic, but you welcome the fact that democracy has been dealt a blow within the European Union. Today we know that the Moroccan government has launched a massive campaign of lies and propaganda to destabilize Ceuta and Melilla using automated accounts, fake profiles and the Muslim community itself, but you will continue to give money to Morocco: You are the enemies of freedom. In Spain, while more than two hundred people died in the flood of Valencia, the Government of Sanchez did not suspend the vote that assured him of consolidating control of state television. Sánchez will close the year by spending 400 million euros on institutional propaganda, interfering. The private media are no better, they live on subsidies and institutional advertising, mostly bankrupt companies that are supported by the money that is taken from Europeans out of their pockets: All public and private media interfere in elections, but you only care about social media because you don't control it. Madam President, Mrs von der Leyen, this Commission is mortally wounded. For the Spaniards this Commission has been sealed on the death that rode the overflowing channels in Valencia. We had the opportunity to overthrow the von der Leyen II Commission by saying no to Ribera, but you have preferred dishonor, compromise and indignity. Socialists and populars are the face of the same coin. It is the currency of climate fanaticism, CO emission rights2, censorship on social networks, persecution of those who disagree, mass layoffs, unfair trade agreements, the financial economy over the real economy. It is the currency that destroys landscapes by placing farms of solar panels and wind turbines where man used to be, the one that dismantles dams and lets nature grow wild, destroying everything it finds. You will be responsible for every company that closes. For every illegal immigrant or false refugee who assaults a Catholic church, executes an anti-Semitic pogrom or burns a flag of Spain, France or Germany. You guys (addressing Ursula von der Leyen and the Commissioners-designate) It's the Sludge Commission and you (addressing Members) are responsible.

Madam President, according to Rule 164 of the Rules of Procedure, it is a scandal that the Presidency has refused to discuss the corruption of Pedro Sánchez in Spain, as requested by my group. Madam President, you can make all the reports you want, but we will not defend ourselves against emergencies and crises if there is no will and determination. How to respond quickly to an emergency? Then go to Spain and ask a youth association called Revuelta that, the day after the floods in Valencia, had a ship up to the top of aid, thousands of volunteers and trucks coming and going from Madrid to Valencia without spending a public euro. Not a single public administration in Spain had done anything in twenty-four hours. How to involve the civilian population? Then go to Paiporta, Chiva, Catarroja and ask who helped you. There were no officials with tax-exempt salaries and no one asked them about the gender perspective. There were people, volunteers determined in an act of national solidarity. Do you want a lesson on how to work with allies? Then ask the Government of Spain, which has refused aid from France, El Salvador and the Army, and do the opposite. But they have been criticizing the military for forty years! Really, let's put a little seriousness and, above all, let's not put in charge of the management someone incapable like Teresa Ribera.

Madam President, the tragedy in Spain leaves more than 220 dead, tens of thousands of homes destroyed and neighbors desolate with their villages under the mud. My condolences go to the families of the deceased and our solidarity with all the victims. Foolish politicians such as Ursula von der Leyen, Pedro Sánchez, Teresa Ribera and Iratxe García – right now – say that climate change is to blame, but that is a lie. Any Spaniard knows that torrential rains and floods in the Levant are periodic and what has been lacking are infrastructures. What kills are the irresponsible policies of fanatics like Ribera. What kills is not to build dams and canals for the drainage of the floods, dams projected for years and that neither one nor the other have executed. What kills is to prohibit cleaning channels, dredging land and clearing the banks of rivers, causing, along with the water, tens of tons of natural waste to reach the sea. What kills is an urban model that builds houses on dry roads, without implementing prevention and protection measures. What kills is not to declare the national emergency and to mobilize from the first moment all the civil and military forces of the nation, putting them at the service of the people. What kills is to refuse international aid from France or El Salvador. What kills is not activating the European Union Civil Protection Mechanism. And as the people die, politicians – socialists and popular – struggle to evade their criminal and political responsibilities. We have incapable administrators and we have criminal politicians. Some have to go home and some have to go to court. Honor rather than discipline and saving lives rather than saving a failed autonomous state. But Spain has a vibrant youth: Thousands of young volunteers have left everything to serve the nation. Honor for Revolt, Solidarity and so many associations that, from day one, have done what the failed autonomous state has been unable to do. October 29 is a turning point: This state no longer serves us and we must rebuild it on the principles of unity, effectiveness and rigorous control of spending. Only the people save the people.
