Your Honour, I agree with you that one of the worst things, one of the most immoral things we discussed in the last legislature, is that this European Pact on Immigration and Asylum puts a price on the life of a human being, because if you pay - I do not know if it is 20,000 or 22,000 dollars or euros - then you are released. And, in addition, we are seeing how there is – and we have denounced it in my country – a mass abduction of children. When a child is not with his or her parents in a Member State, in a European State, the rule of law must demand the immediate surrender of the child with his or her parents, and yet in my country there are thousands of children from Africa who are left behind by the institutions, abducting them instead of returning them to their parents.

He's asked me a lot of questions, but I'm going to say the following first thing: military and police deployment in the Mediterranean and in the Atlantic Ocean, immediate expulsion of all those who come without documentation, who are not granted a single aid, who do not have a preference in access to housing, who do not have all the health rights - in addition, in violation of the principle of equality with those who have entered legally, who are residing and comply with our rules -, immediate deportation of all those who commit crimes. That is the biggest act of betrayal of Europe: want to convert the Sorbonne, Salamanca or the University of Bologna into universities to study the Qur'an. You are traitors.

Mr. President, Lucia lives in Paiporta. Lucia has a two-month-old baby. Lucia lives on a fourth floor without an elevator. Health centers, schools, treatment plants and collectors, provincial roads, accesses to industrial estates practically recovered only by the effort of the Valencians, because an extraordinary budget for recovery was approved thanks to our party. Despite Sanchez, the people save the people.

Mr President, if in just four years 1 200 000 foreigners enter Europe illegally and you do not know their origin, background or intentions, you have a security problem; if 51,000 deportation orders are issued by the police in Spain and only 3,000 are deported by the complicit government, you have a security problem; if more than 50% of asylum seekers are rejected and yet stay in Europe, you have a security problem. If you are more concerned about a boy tweeting in X "white lives matter" than a herd of foreigners raping a young woman in Alicante, if you distribute money to entities linked to the Muslim Brotherhood and your ports are a tailingspin to drugs, you have a security problem; If your government pardons antifa terrorists because the victims are from VOX, if you justify violence against patriots, if you unprotect the police, if terror has better weapons... you have a security problem. Actually, the security problem is you. Ladies and gentlemen, there is only one solution: Zero tolerance, police persecution, speedy trials, high sentences, uncomfortable jails and mass deportations.

Madam President, you cannot talk about the single market because you have been burdened with it. There is no single market if speculative markets are forcibly created to negotiate CO rights.2 They make a few rich and impoverish all. There is no market when the Green Deal places every European producer – in all sectors – in unfair competition with abroad. There is no market with trade agreements that favour imports rather than European production. There is no market if you subsidize trade unionists who do not work and employers who have never created a job. There is no market if you take 70% of family income with direct and indirect taxes and then, with that money, intervene in the market helping those you consider vulnerable with subsidies, grants and contracts that only serve to buy votes. There is no market if you bring in millions of foreigners without a job contract at the stroke of a grant, with all their families, to sink wages and raise house prices to unsustainable levels. Millions of people who have come not to sustain the state but to parasitize the social state. Ursula has to go, and everyone else behind her. Do as in France: Go away and we'll have a new election.

Mr President, ten years ago, Merkel said there was room for everyone, and you applauded and executed the order, but now brutal violence has taken over our streets. Of course we raise our voices for all those women and girls whom the left despises, because their aggressors are foreigners. The Union is getting weaker and you are chairing the worst Commission in history. You campaigned with Mr Feijóo in Spain, in favour of the European People's Party, and promised farmers, ranchers and fishermen gold and moro, but you have betrayed them with the Mercosur Agreement, with the agreement with the United States and with a smaller CAP and with more restrictions. You take the gold and leave the Moor, but I will tell you that in Europe there is not one more.

Well, look, I'm going to give you two facts about Spain: 220 fires, 150 pyromaniacs arrested or investigated right now by the police, taking into account that in Galicia a person who, apparently, had caused more than ten fires was arrested. That is, the percentages are very high. And as for the spread of fire... because the forest is not cleaned. They want Europeans to pay for the migratory invasion and all its ideological neuras that only bring hopelessness, insecurity, loneliness, violent herds, housing shortages and collapse of social services. In short, globalism and propaganda surprised, credit for NGOs and debt for Europeans: a shame, a failure and a ruin.

Madam President, I would like to congratulate Irene Montero on her good taste in choosing a holiday destination. He went - along with 70 other MEPs, from popular to communist - to take a walk through Hungary at expenses paid by the taxpayer, and all to organize a leftist demonstration against Orbán. In the face of the Brussels attacks, Hungary resists, and with it, all of us who believe in a future of freedom for Europe.

Mr President, with their European Rules of Procedure on Freedom of the Media, they never wanted to promote independent media or promote free journalism: You sought to create a submissive, obedient, censoring and limited media environment, where only the narratives of the dominant oligarchy fit, dissent and speeches that question their authority and legitimacy are prohibited, and truth is submitted to the political interest of the powerful. That's why they pursue social networks: because there their subsidized means are not in control of the information. Commissioner, let's make a game: Which government persecutes investigative journalists for uncovering cases of corruption of its ministers?, which government intends to prohibit journalists from entering the Congress of Deputies?, which president of the government holds press conferences without journalists or only with those he chooses?, which government has broken the record of institutional advertising to the media? Well, look, the socialist government of Pedro Sánchez. I say this because the socialist caucus does not even appear: Yes, the leader of your Socialist International. And you with the matriarch of the extreme right, but what extreme right? It is you, popular, socialists and all the rest, who do not deserve the respect of the Spanish people who yearn for a new and decent Spain.

Mr President, in Spain we do not have a government, we have a criminal gang; in command, Pedro Sanchez, the number one of the organization. There is no crime that they have not committed: his wife, investigated for trading in influence and prohibited negotiations with public funds; his brother, prosecuted for prevarication. A mafia that forces four deputies to resign to give immunity to a prosecuted socialist, a network of illegal commissions and rigged adjudications led by the two trusted people of Mr. Pedro Sánchez, his organizational secretaries, Ábalos and Santos Cerdán. A parallel plot of VAT fraud with the purchases of hydrocarbons, money laundering and massive prevarication, overprices in the purchase contracts of masks, whores and drugs with several ministers involved. And the worst is yet to come. No one will be surprised if the police investigations lead us to the Venezuela of narco and oil with Zapatero and Diosdado Cabello. And all this, however, would not be possible without you, without your pacts and made up in Brussels. Decent Spain does not deserve that you continue to collaborate with the band, as you have done today, approving a report with the left, on the rule of law, which hides the corruption of Sánchez, whitewashes the autocrat and encourages him to continue assaulting freedom of the press and opinion in the networks. Decent Spain demands that they break up with them here in Brussels today. Infinite distance from the corrupt. Decent Spain wants a motion of censure and wants fair trials. They have to go to jail and return the stolen. The time of bipartisanship has come to an end. The Spaniards want to pass sentence. No sewers or fists up. A new and decent Spain.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, homosexuals don't give a damn about you. You serve Soros, you insult Hungary and you just want to overthrow the Orbán government. If homosexuals mattered to them, they would go to Iran, Mauritania, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Qatar, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Somalia or the United Arab Emirates, Muslim countries where homosexuality is condemned to death. Mauritania, Ursula von der Leyen and Pedro Sánchez were given 500 million euros a year ago, and the European Commission has said that Nigeria will be one of the main beneficiaries of Global Gateway, funded with 150 billion euros. You homosexuals don't give a damn. They fund Islamic states that murder homosexuals, they fund Islamic organizations that, in the heart of Europe, promote Sharia. They have surrendered the borders and, now, all they want is to attack the Hungarian people, their sovereignty and their government. I repeat (do you hear it?): You homosexuals don't care. And we all know that.

Madam President, report on the rule of law and, on the most corrupt government in Europe, which is Sánchez's socialist, not a single mention. Populars and socialists cover up, respectively, their shames of the popular government in Poland and the socialist government of Sanchez. And they all cover up the corruption in Brussels. Neither Pfizer case, nor Huawei, nor Qatar, nor Morocco, nor lobbies green. They again use the rule of law as a mechanism to attack those governments they do not control. Orbán, very bad, because he wants Hungarians in Hungary to know if foreign donations are going to entities that undermine their identity. But with Sanchez nothing happens: Although he amnesties the coup plotters, he protects the corrupt, maintains his attorney general although he is prosecuted and, of course, persecutes journalists in Congress and uses institutions against the patriotic opposition. Something smells rotten in Brussels. You cannot talk about democracy and ask for more control in networks, more money for verifiers and more persecution for those who disagree. Their democracy is a danger to ordinary people.

According to the press, you launched your political career by recording without consent and blackmailing your wife, the mother of your three children. If this is true, it is quite absurd and hypocritical for you to be involved in a debate on child protection. My question is very simple. Is this true? Did you record without consent and post conversations with the mother of your three children?

Madam President, on 28 April, the whole of Spain fell into darkness during the biggest blackout in history. It was eighteen hours of chaos: paralyzed transport, collapsed roads, off traffic lights, no phone or internet, critical and at-risk structure and, worst of all, at least ten dead. My condolences to the families. Who responds or resigns? No one. Sanchez has not given an explanation about the causes of the collapse. He hides information, lies and points to Spaniards asking for explanations. This disaster is not an accident or a coincidence; It is the product of his ideological obsession, that of Sánchez y Ribera – who has gone mad – and that of popular, socialist and green people in Madrid and Brussels. They knew: The experts had warned him. Regulators had warned him. VOX had warned him. But the government and its purchased media preferred to label VOX's warning about the risk of the energy crisis as far-right hoaxes. Mr President, this is not about tariffs or trade barriers. This is about who gets put on the dead end of the European economy. It is not true that we live in an international free trade regime that is in danger. Tariffs, import quotas and regulatory barriers are the general rule. China raised pork tariffs a few months ago and you didn't say anything. It is Brussels that has been raising barriers and burdens against our producers for decades in the name of Pachamama. We compete with our hands tied while China, Turkey and Morocco strike with both fists. And you, socialists and people, are responsible. They deny water to Almeria or Murcia, but finance water works in Morocco. You expropriate hundreds of thousands of olive trees in Spain to put solar panels, you prohibit the industry from selling cars with combustion engines in 2035. You set up a speculative CO emission rights business2 It stifles our industries for climate reasons and a border adjustment mechanism that is a non-tariff barrier. You get on boards of directors under tables to look at the sex of managers. You only think about raising taxes to pay for the party of the elites and have spent our money on Chinese renewables. And in Spain we no longer have light. For you, free trade is surrendering to China. For you, free trade are those agreements with countries that do not meet the standards that are demanded of ours. Of course we reject any tariffs on our producers, but first and foremost we reject their 2030 Agenda, their Green Deal and their hypocrisy of climate fanatics.
