I just want to say and repeat that I did not vote for the European Green Deal. I did not vote for the Farm to Fork Strategy. I did not vote for the Biodiversity Strategy. I did not vote in favour of trade agreements with those countries which favour the import of third-party products. This is the reality. This is the reality. You voted in favour, you voted in favour, you voted in favour. Now the elections are approaching and now everyone seems to be friends with farmers and ranchers. But it is you who have promoted a globalist agenda, those SDGs, that 2030 Agenda, which what it expressly predicts is precisely to favor the import of third countries ... Mr. President, you should be asking for forgiveness, but you haven't and you won't. The elites suffer a sick contempt for all manual labor, towards farmers, ranchers, fishermen. The European Green Deal is a massive layoff plan for our field and industry, condemning the prosperity of thousands of families and businesses. You already knew this and that is why you created these instruments to buy the will of those who were to be sacrificed: the Just Transition Fund and the Social Climate Fund. Mr President, Europe is on fire for the damage done to the primary sector. The water crisis is what has caused their climate policies: zero investments in storage and pipelines, plus demolition of dams and sluices. They deny the freedom of education of families by imposing the sexual indoctrination of lobbies in the classrooms. They deny the right to life by proclaiming abortion and euthanasia as rights. This means recognising surrogacy and multi-parenthood through the back door, with fraud, and putting an end to the family law of each Member State, unlawfully harmonising legislation and threatening national identity. Surrogacy is an attack on the dignity of the human being. It is a practice that hides horrible realities: children without parents; women in vulnerable situations, exploited, harassed, abused; persons who have become the object of trade. But Europe was built on the opposite: the sacredness of human life, its non-negotiable, impassable, irrevocable character. That is the dignity of man, which is in article 2 of our Treaty. That Paco and Susana can take a catalog and select a Ukrainian girl because they like the color of their eyes to provide the genetic material with which to gestate their child in Natasha's womb does not make Alexandra, or Natasha, or Paco, or Susana, or that the child are happier or freer. Madam President, any plan to prevent foreign interference will fail if you do not take into account that there is no democracy without a people. Madam President, Commissioner, if we want Europe to be relevant, we must go out and gain space. For decades the Commission and Parliament have wanted to be the world's referees, but referees don't win matches. It has opted for the 2030 Agenda, but we know that it is dismantling the primary sector, unemployment and dependence on China and Russian gas. It has opted for multiculturalism, but we know that these are the ghettos, violence and sharia in central Europe. That's why we are irrelevant, because we play the game of others. We have been declared war and we have a wave of coups d'état in the Sahel that has opened in channel all the routes of the mafias, the invasion of Ukraine, the terrorism of Hamas and drug trafficking in America. Mr President, Commissioner, water is a scarce but sufficient commodity. Where there is water, there is life and there is development. Contradiction in this matter is not possible. Because we cannot say that we fight drought and adopt a Nature Restoration Regulation that obliges Member States to remove dams and slugs so that water flows freely into the oceans. And it must also encourage good use for the improvement of irrigation and the development of hydropower, day and night, in a permanent and clean cycle.

Madam President, Commissioner, ladies and gentlemen, Europe is at war and you present us with a programme for 2024 as if the problem were solved with an Excel sheet. They propose better regulation, but their committee has put forward 633 legislative proposals in four years. You have declared war on us and you insist that the 2030 Agenda be at the heart of the European agenda. They insist on promoting restrictions, limitations and prohibitions that today, before tomorrow, will end any productive sector: agriculture, livestock farming, artisanal fishing, the automotive industry or maritime road transport. They even announce more ambitious targets for 2040. Forgive me, but your ambitions are costing the middle and popular classes dearly. On the streets of Brussels, Paris, London, Stockholm, Barcelona or Algeciras, our compatriots do not die from climate change. They die because their necks are cut or because they are shot with an AK-47. Yesterday's Islamic terrorist was an illegal immigrant with a history of terrorism. But the Commission and the European Parliament have stopped the Eurodac Regulation for three years because they are giving the Council a pulse. There is not a single country in Europe where the risk to democracy and freedom does not come from self-perceived minorities: From regional separatism to Islamic separatism, which wants to impose its law on national law, through separatism of sexual identity. The proper thing of national democracies is the equality of all before the law, without privileges or discrimination. But cancelling ideas, cancelling people, is the exact opposite of what Europe is.

Companies that we have become agents of the 2030 Agenda, forgetting that they are to create wealth and employment, obtain benefits, contribute to the development of nations. The Commission's proposals to combat late payments and simplify regulatory and tax procedures are certainly welcome. However, this morning, Ursula von der Leyen said that she will appoint a representative of the European Union to engage with SMEs. Is this necessary, to create an organ? Do we need a new budget?
