Four priority corridors will integrate military and civilian uses, with close cooperation sought with NATO. Funding will be increased to eliminate bottlenecks in transport infrastructure like railways, roads, and ports. Long-term, European defense capabilities are to be strengthened through joint procurement and technological sovereignty.
