Honourable colleagues, before I give the floor to the next speaker in just a moment, I would like to announce, for those who are registered for the catch-the-eye procedure, first of all, we have to close the catch-the-eye procedure now. Otherwise, we delay voting and it will be very noisy here in the Hemicycle.
