How does Russia behave in the international arena? We were occupied by the Soviet Union for many years. But I also know that Russia did not go to Europe without being called. He did not go against Europe without being called into World War II against Hitler. He did not go out when the European Union called him against Napoleon. Russia will not attack the European Union or NATO member states. As a historian, I know what your geopolitical interests are and will represent them. Until then, we're not in danger.

Mr. President, please. They declare war on Russia, arm themselves and burden Member States with a military budget of €800 billion after years of unnecessarily pouring money into Ukraine. The EU is not a defence alliance. We Hungarians have been protecting the Schengen borders for 10 years, but instead of contributing, they are punished for it, while financing the golden toilets of Ukrainian oligarchs. The Commission has been burdened with corruption scandals, while putting political pressure on those who do not stand in line. Why then would we think that a common defence programme would really serve our defence? If we transfer our protection system to the EU level, will protection also be subject to rule of law criteria? Is the procedure under Article 7 overridden by the presence of the joint army as a police officer in the unruly Member State? We've lived a lot under occupation, we don't ask for it. The defence of the homeland can only be ensured by a strong national army and a policy representing national interests.

Dear Madam President, Our children's mental and social abilities are rapidly diminishing, and their psychic development has been retarded since they spent most of their days using smart devices. Today they want to teach reading and writing in the first classes to children who have not learned to speak properly. Zombie generations will grow up if we don't act now. Wide education of parents and teachers is essential. Experts say that under the age of 14, you should not have a smartphone in your hands. They need to develop their skills and nervous system through free play, social interaction and paper-based learning, but this is a Member State responsibility and a Member State responsibility. As big tech companies abuse children's influence to make huge profits, they should play a role in crowding out advertising aimed at children and eliminating addictive algorithms, as well as obliging them to comply with national regulations.

Mr. President, please. Inexorable investigative journalism is essential in exposing the political and economic elite above the law. A democratic leadership that is not afraid of transparency and accountability protects independent journalism. Compared to this, today we see the economic and political elite funding journalists, running pseudo-civil society organisations and pseudo-investigative journalistic groups. Pseudo-independent media, by manipulating public opinion, and pseudo-civil organizations, by instigating anarchy, are undermining democratic functioning, influencing the domestic political relations of the nation-states, and discrediting and discrediting will at least be part of the class of those who draw attention to this. Meanwhile, the most serious political crimes remain unaccounted for. The leaders of the European Union also play a sport of corruption in SMS, so the question arises whether they are really interested in supporting the fact-finding work.

Mr. President, please. The fine imposed on Google is correct, but there are other serious issues besides market considerations. In the digital space, freedom of speech is severely violated, as global companies, especially conservative Christian, sovereignist voices, are subjected to arbitrary censorship. Big tech companies have long been non-neutral players, their Orwellian algorithms decide which political voices we hear and which we don't. The Union is unable to defend the freedoms of its citizens from the global industry of consciousness. Or don't you want to? In Hungary, László Toroczkai, the leader of the third most powerful party, has been banned from several online platforms because of his political opinions. This is not an isolated case, many other right-wing politicians around the world have suffered the same fate, but the Commission only expresses its concern if the interests of its globalist supporters are harmed. This makes the EU an accomplice of big tech in hacking elections. We've known for a long time that the big brother is watching, but the question is, whose interests do you represent?

I've been thinking about the biggest American companies: Apple, Microsoft, and the French company Mistral, whose cloud storage facilities are virtually accessible by the U.S. government and U.S. intelligence services. After all, even if we have regulations on data protection, if the Cloud Act, practically any kind of information can be obtained by parent companies from European companies, it can receive the data of European citizens. The European Union cannot effectively defend itself against these, despite all the regulations.

Dear Mr President, We are living in an era of digitalisation and artificial intelligence. Unprecedented Orwellian times may come, and in this world one who gains technological dominance will have sovereignty. As long as the EU regulates and restricts, the US and China will develop. Europe is also unable to enforce its existing laws to dominate its markets and suppress conservative opinions. Big Tech with companies. In censorship, the European Union is competitive. Ethics and sovereignty are a hoax. If we were to exclude companies with US and Chinese parent companies from critical infrastructure, we would be paralyzed. However, there is no economic power to build its own capacity, because the EU shot itself in the foot with the Green Deal, the expenditures endlessly supporting Ukraine and its war, and the senseless anti-Russian sanctions. If we go this way, Europe will be a museum combined with a restaurant for American and Chinese tourists.

Dear Mr President, Sport is a key area for the well-being of our nations. I am proud that Hungary is one of the most successful sports nations in the world. This proposal has raised real problems, such as the commercialisation of sport, corruption, doping, the vulnerability of athletes, but at the same time would place sports administration under the supervision of EU institutions in a number of areas. It is unacceptable to force diversity and inclusion, since competitive sport is fundamentally a force for national cohesion. Moreover, the introduction of national quotas of at least 50% could help to reduce market aspects in professional team sports. Moreover, it is hypocritical to talk about inclusiveness when athletes from some countries are arbitrarily excluded from international competitions for political reasons. By doing so, they deny the noble legacy of the ancient Olympics, when wars were also suspended for the duration of competitions. The exclusion does not strengthen the peaceful solution, but increases the war opposition. The draft does not speak out for the protection of female competitors against biological men entering the women's field. There are also concerns about increasing dependence on EU financial resources, as this could undermine equal opportunities for athletes on the basis of political considerations. Erasmus funds are already subject to arbitrarily applied rule of law criteria. Where is the sportsmanship in this? This text is heavily ideologically burdened, so we cannot support it.

Dear Mr President, Knowledge exchange and inter-university mobility are important but worrying if Brussels' bureaucracy is to be expanded centrally to meet globalist interests. Scientific freedom is violated when political correctness appears as institutionalized censorship. This will happen as funding is subject to political conditionality. There is no guarantee that scientific projects will not be ranked ideologically. Moreover, the report repeatedly mentions Hungarian university students and researchers who have been arbitrarily and unlawfully excluded from Erasmus – as if to say that this is the case for anyone who does not comply with central expectations. In addition to academic freedom, the sovereign educational rights of the Member States and the identity of traditional European national communities must be respected. If university mobility is really important, immediately eliminate discrimination against Hungarian students and researchers and ensure equal access to EU programmes.

Dear Mr President, Do you know the difference between Budapest and Brussels? When I hear a bang on the street at home, it reminds me that a car has a flat tire. If I hear something like this in Brussels, I'm looking for cover. Migratory gangs are shooting in Europe's capital. The city's prosecutor lives under police protection because of death threats. In western cities, in ghettos inhabited by migrants, there is no longer any European legal order. The number of crimes has skyrocketed. The welfare and security state is a thing of the past. They expect everyone to bear the devastating consequences of their criminal policies. In fact, those who speak the truth in this House are being punished. Hungary is being fined one million euros a day for protecting the Schengen borders with a compensation fence. Although I am concerned about the influx of guest workers, we are still Europe's bulwark with the fence. We don't want to be heroes, we just want to live in peace. Pay for our border protection costs and protect the people of Europe!

Dear Madam President, Demographic and energy crises, deteriorating public safety, immigration, competitiveness, environmental disasters, corruption scandals are just a few examples of our problems. Instead, you are blaming Hungary again. Aren't they bored yet? The anti-tree Budapest Pride march, supported by genderlobby and globalist forces, was illegal, but the Hungarian authorities did not prevent it, and the participants do not even receive a fine. Conversely, unfortunately, patriots defending families, such as members of the Our Country Movement, have been restricted in their legitimate right to assemble. If you were to raise your voices now for violating their rights, I would understand. But you are again using double standards and fantasizing about alleged right-wing attacks. They are calling for an anti-discrimination law. It's a toaster! Today, extremist attacks in Europe are carried out by left-wing-protected immigrants or members of the antifa. It is also outrageous that MEPs have come to Hungary to participate provocatively in an event that is forbidden by our laws. This was a serious interference in Hungary's internal affairs. In addition, left-wing MEP Ilaria Salis announced her intention to participate, but in the end she did not come. He did well, because according to the accusations and evidence, innocent Hungarian people were beaten on the street with his antifa associates simply because they assumed that their worldview differed from theirs, and his immunity was still not lifted despite the court proceedings. We do not ask for the instruction of the champions of intolerance and the tramplers of human dignity and children's rights!

Dear Madam President, External forces have often intervened in Hungary's internal affairs. It happened that Hungarians asked for foreign help against Hungarians, as in the autumn of 1956, when the communists called in Soviet tanks against the guys of Pest. Today, Hungarian politicians are asking the European Commission to take action against their own country. Hungarians don't like that. The Hungarian majority society is not exclusionary or homophobic, it simply adheres to traditional values that preserve and strengthen the cohesion of society. The right of assembly is not unlimited. It is completely absurd to hysteria, which presents the amendment of the law as a severe restriction of fundamental rights. The exercise of the right to assemble should not be more important than protecting our children from deviant behavior and corruption. You are not fighting for the rights of oppressed people, you are supporting a lobby financed by a global network, while fighting a political battle against a country defending its sovereignty. These debates are not about European values, but about the elimination of true European diversity and the abolition of national self-determination.

Dear Madam President, Protecting our children from all forms of sexual exploitation and abuse, both online and offline, is of paramount importance and it is our duty to support the proposed directive. At the same time, this proposal does not address a number of areas where child sexual abuse is also taking place. These include, for example, the issue of child marriage, which is closely linked to mass migration and the failure of integration. But the LGBTQ lobby's push and its activities endangering children's healthy development have also been omitted. If children are recognised as being at risk from online sexual content, why are they tabooing the fact that Pride events depicting gratuitous sexual content in an indecent manner that seeks to influence children’s gender identities, or school and kindergarten sensitisation to sexuality disguised as education classes, are psychological abuse? The Hungarian legislation protecting children is being challenged, although it should be followed rather than punished.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Strengthening research and development is one of the keys to competitiveness, but setting targets is a Member State competence. Centralisation can lead to gross imbalances and serious problems. The Bologna Process has already led to a drop in standards in universities, but it is also a warning sign that during the COVID dictatorship a witch hunt was conducted against scientists who questioned the WHO dictates. Scientific freedom does not tolerate political and ideological pressure, so it is harmful that the draft already highlights the green transition, gender studies and pays special attention to Ukrainian researchers, thus quasi-determining the political conditions for support. By overemphasising mobility, European researchers may be placed at a disadvantage vis-à-vis third-country nationals. In other words, the proposal will covertly facilitate migration and make it more difficult for researchers to return to their home countries, thereby increasing the brain drain within the EU, which is severely affecting the less wealthy Member States.

Madam President, I'm sorry. They welcomed the cancellation of an election result in Romania on the grounds of foreign interference. They were outraged when the American owner of the X platform openly stood up for the AfD. Now a Member State wants to achieve transparency of public actors and organisations in the political field, i.e. to prevent foreign influence. As they respond to this, the typical double standard is: If a sovereign state wants to make its globalist mainstream network visible, it cries out dictatorship, it denies the right of a nation-state to self-defense. The justification of the law is demonstrated by the intensified protests of globalist forces. It can be seen that the proposal has touched on a sensitive point. But that's still not enough. Meta's politically biased censorship of globalist ideology still restricts freedom of expression in my country, influencing the upcoming elections. We must also take action against this, because Hungary is free forever.

Madam President, I'm sorry. It is necessary to learn from historical sins, not to repeat them. As peace is proclaimed, humanity is being pushed towards another world war. The end of World War II brought Soviet occupation to Hungary. The great powers have decided our fate without asking us. We have learned that wars are never about justice, but about money, power and political interests, just as, unfortunately, peace is. Still, we must do everything we can to bring about a cessation of arms. But Europe has not learned from the past, it wants to solve its economic problems again with armaments, it fights against freedom of thought with unnatural ideologies, it helps to silence political dissent and it denies reality. Europe has a fundamental interest in peaceful economic cooperation with Russia. Every time this happened in history, a war broke out. That's what happened now. Stranger interests are dragging Europe on the wire as they plunge us into ruin. Let's put an end to this. Let's not talk about peace, let's make it happen.

Dear Madam President, You want to shame my country again, but we won't let you. The right of assembly may be restricted, proportionate, necessary and for social protection reasons. This includes Pride, which promotes different gender identities and sexual deviances in a manner that is indecent to the public. Of course, they did not protest when, under the government of the left-liberal parties, the right of assembly was actually put in brackets in Hungary by brutal state violence. And you also think it is okay that in this debate, too, my country will be attacked by a Member who has to wait for a court verdict for attempted life-threatening bodily harm. This law change is fighting one of the world's strongest and most dangerous lobbies, which openly seek to eradicate the traditional social order. We call on the Hungarian government to be more consistent and more effective in protecting families from attacks by rainbow lobbying organisations, and to lift proceedings against those who have spoken out against the spread of LGBTQ propaganda in schools.

Dear Madam President, After three years of horrific massacres, we don't need additional support, we need a compromise peace. You only talk about Russian war crimes, and you don't even mention the other side's inhumanities. The fact of Russian aggression does not absolve Ukrainians from their responsibility for war crimes. There is a dangerous message when, by applying double standards, the EU turns a blind eye to the defilement of human rights by whoever commits it. In my last pro-peace speech, I spoke about the violations against Hungarians living there, so I received a threatening e-mail from Ukrainian extremists. They declared me an enemy of Ukraine and issued a final warning to me. The European Parliament is the guarantor of democratic principles, including the protection of freedom of expression. I will forward the threatening letter to the Presidency of Parliament and ask that those extremists who try to obstruct the exercise of the free mandate by threatening and coercing be condemned.

Dear Madam President, We agree that culture has an important role to play in restoring Europe's strength and competitiveness, because it is precisely the cultural diversity of Europe that has made this continent incomparably creative for centuries. But the cultural compass you are proposing serves to strengthen globalisation and centralisation and goes against the historical tradition of small circles of freedom, which has made Europe great. They are forcing extremist liberal doctrines, eroding traditional values while reducing the weight of nation-states. This will only weaken Europe further. Diversity means the spread of foreign cultures over indigenous national cultural heritage. A common European cultural identity is indefinable because it does not exist. It would create a mocking and robbed mass. The key to Europe's greatness lies in its cultural diversity. This is what we need to protect and support.

Madam President, I'm sorry. You know what Arthur Koestler called a closed system? A pattern of thinking that excludes reality and logical connections from reasoning. It is based on emotion and ignores common sense and reality. When you push for continued unbroken support for Ukraine, regardless of changing circumstances, you are thinking in this closed system. By denying the realities, they have achieved that Europe seems to be missing out on peace-settlement and thus on the redistribution of spheres of interest. It's time to face reality. Hungary has been put to shame for years for its rule of law problems and lack of transparency. Why doesn't this bother you about Ukraine? We can't talk about democracy, its president is illegitimate, forced recruitments that violate human rights are commonplace, the violation of minority rights is slowly turning into genocide, but I don't hear any concerns about the rule of law. Instead of voting new astronomical sums for the war, it should be investigated, in the spirit of transparency, how much of the billions of euros sent to Ukraine so far have fallen into the hands of oligarchs. It is necessary to clarify whether some of the weapons arriving there actually ended up with terrorist organisations such as Hamas or ISIS, or whether the Mexican drug cartel also benefited from it. Step out of the closed system of their minds and assess the realities before they fantasize about Ukraine's membership of the EU and NATO, because they are playing with the fatal weakening of Europe and the Third World War!
