Mr President, thank you very much. The Middle East is burning. Ukraine is burning. We have a migration crisis, an economic crisis. We don't have a gun. And you're debating that Orban has banned children from attending a parade where men walk in thongs and muzzles. I think it's normal to protect children from any strange behavior. Instead of talking about real problems, you are dealing with something that is in your heads. I don't see a need here – it's for those who laugh: Mr Śmiszek, Mr Wawrynkiewicz and others – to debate your sexual preferences and to talk about who is going out on the street. As for the children: Hungary defends the youngest against such images simply not being in front of them. It is an ordinary right to preserve the child's rights to development without any negative stimuli, without any images. I don't know if in Warsaw a parade with you in a muzzle or a thong is something that is natural. I think that this is a substitute topic and we should absolutely address Europe's problems, not stupidities.

I wanted to ask you, if you go to this parade, would you come to this building on a leash and muzzle, for example? Because this form, as you can see, is becoming very popular among men at the parade. Of course, that doesn't apply to you, but if your male friends want to go, you should pay attention to them, but they should behave like people.

Madam President, I'm sorry. First of all, the funds of the National Recovery Plan have become an instrument for influencing, among other things, how the elections in the countries concerned looked like. An example is Poland, where, as the cheeky German woman Katarina Barley said, she was going to starve Poland with financial means. Unfortunately, that was also the case. Despite the crisis, economic situation, despite the war in Ukraine, hospitals or other institutions did not receive money, because it was a political decision. So from this point of view, I would like to appeal to consider why EU member states, such as Poland of course, were politically blocked from funding. Ursula von der Leyen or Katarina Barley in a brazen, arrogant way influenced elections in democratic countries. The funds were affected, blocking them in order only to change a given prime minister in Poland, who, as I understand, counted on receiving funds without a legislative change. And this shows that this is a violation of the law by EU commissioners.

From your speech, I have such a conclusion, actually such a remark, that not everything that is different from your view should be called extreme. Because looking at your views from the Polish perspective, unfortunately from the experience of the country where communism was, you are closer to this former system than to the one currently in force, i.e. democratic freedom. So I would advise you to bite your tongue and tolerate the views of others, because so far you are intolerant in this room, as is the whole left you represent.

Mr President, thank you very much. Let's start with the fact that I fully agree with what my previous speaker said. There is inflation in Europe, there is a migration crisis, and we in this room are dealing, as usual, with something that has been taken out of context and twisted. How is it possible that this ball on the Titanic is still doing its best when we have a gigantic crisis. Why don't we start debating what's going on in some countries like my country, Poland, where a murderer who's been sentenced to life in prison gets out of jail and the question is where he is? This is a question for the minister, who cannot answer it at a press conference, because it turns out that you can get out of prison, even if you are a murderer. But we can go further. How is it possible that an opposition leader in France is being convicted? How is it possible that in Romania certain stories are invented that are aimed at twisting democracy? So, of course, have fun. The next elections will show that right-wing forces in Europe will become even more important. And Vice President Vance told you exactly that democracy is at stake in Europe, and it is good that we debate democracy, not that parents have the right to raise their children according to their own assumptions, their own beliefs. Hungary gives freedom, protects children from this ideological march, which wants to transform children into such an unknown structure. There are two genders. This is obvious and no one should argue with it anymore. Even the European People's Party is already changing its mind.

Mr President, thank you very much. In order to have a good relationship, you must first of all respect yourself. What do you call a situation where one of the leading politicians of the European People's Party targeted Donald Trump by pretending, as I understand it in a shooting gesture? It just so happens that two Donalds don't necessarily like each other. And the recent president of the European People's Party decided to take a path that Ursula von der Leyen herself did not want to take because she was afraid of Donald Trump. Democracy has decided otherwise. Only if we compare Europe to a ship, and the United States, then Donald Trump as a good captain wants to sail to the wide seas and wants to seize the sea, wants to create new infrastructure. Unlike Europe, because Ursula von der Leyen, what kind of captain drowns his own ship? Today she announced that we need to think about the ETS. And who introduced it? The European People's Party itself. And one more thing: we need to review the relationship between the European Parliament and the United States in the European Parliament. Because if there are people in the group between the United States and Europe who call, like Michał Szczerba, whether they point to Trump's place in the dumpster, it certainly does not bode well for good relations. That is why people like Michał Szczerba should be expelled from the European Parliament's group with the United States.

Mr President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, When I listen to the representatives of the European People's Party or the left-hand side of the room, I really wonder what is wrong with them. I think it's a symptom of a disease. For one simple reason, they come out here and talk about agriculture, they talk about problems, and yet yesterday farmers protested against their ideas. After all, it was yesterday that farmers took to the streets, because they are tired of what you want to do, i.e. interfere in every area of functioning. What is more, how many minutes ago did the vote on the European Commission take place? After all, this is the same President of the European Commission. I just have one suggestion for you: Don't make any promises, just leave the farmers alone. Why regulate what they tan, how they function? Every living space of a farmer is regulated by you today. We should carry freedom, while politicians decide for someone, and someone does not want something, it is probably politicians who should think about what to do with it. You are gravediggers of industry, gravediggers of agriculture. If you say that climate change will stop, I wonder who educated you? Because if you think that India, Brazil, the United States, China will listen to Europe and a few leftists, then you are wrong. You can't wash, you can't drive, but that's your business. It warns you against farmers, all the more Polish, and against the regulation of every area of European life.

Madam President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, Let us start with the fact that the current governments in the European Union are responsible for today's crisis. It was none other than Ursula von der Leyen or the German partners of the European People's Party who caused the crisis, which they are beginning to criticize today. They're starting to say something needs to be done. How is it that in matters of energy policy, Germany has paved the way and then they say that it went wrong? Green climate – then went badly. In migration matters, the same applies to the internal security problem. Suddenly it turns out that there are attacks, there are problems. But there is a country like Poland where there is no such problem. But the Polish voice must be strong and all countries must stand up for the Republic for one simple reason: because when our borders were attacked – and not by migrants, but by hybrid warfare: Vladimir Putin and Lukashenka exploited migrants, various types of immigrants, refugees – these were the political forces that attacked the Polish government. It is true that my compatriot, Szczerba, who ran with pizza, or other obstacles, pests, when it comes to the security of the Republic, is not in the room here, but we must stop tolerating policies that destroy Europe. That's why we have to expel illegal immigrants. If someone messes up, falls into someone's house, a man takes him by the tailcoats and throws him out the door. This should be the state of affairs that we should push through today.

Ladies and Gentlemen, As is the case with mobile phones. The mobile phone won with the landline phone not because there was a landline phone ban, but because the free market decided so. But there was no top-down ban on landline phones. The same should be true for cars. So the argument that we need to impose a top-down ban is anti-market, all the more so because European competition is losing. It is not in my interest to defend the automotive industries, whose leading country is Germany, but I do not understand why Europe pushes the automotive industry out of Europe, creating places of unemployment, throwing people on the pavement, and wants to import technology that does not come from Europe. Therefore, let's put on the free market and eliminate these top-down bans.

Madam President, thank you very much. Since we are on the subject of crime, it is worth paying attention to what is happening in Poland. Namely, an illegally appointed person who appears to be a national prosecutor has led to a constitutional crisis. The government of Donald Tusk takes over the prosecutor's office by force, despite the fact that there are no such possibilities due to the lack of the president's signature. Constitutional guarantees have been violated. But what's going on right now? Namely, in a country that is adjacent to Belarus, Ukraine, which is undergoing a hybrid war, prosecutors who were seconded to the National Prosecutor's Office, dealing with cyber security, were expelled overnight. Free Europe, Poland thanked the best specialists in the fight against crime. Sitting here in the room, Minister Sienkiewicz illegally took over Polish Television in a few minutes. The notary Joanna K. had to leave because she was afraid of the consequences, so immediately, unlawfully, an attempt was made to dismiss the national prosecutor. And what happened next? In these dozen or so minutes, an interesting takeover of an institution that deals with public media was to take place illegally. And it so happened that this new prosecutor, the one who usurps himself, claims to be a national prosecutor, suddenly decides that the prosecutor supervising this very procedure is taken away from him. And this is to be called the rule of law by some EU politicians. Therefore, today, in the face of the aggression of the Russian Federation, what is happening, the demolition of the security system, the throwing out of the streets of prosecutors who deal with the fight against spies, is anti-EU and anti-European.

Mr President, thank you very much. The European Union did not pass the energy test because energy has become a tool in the hands of Vladimir Putin. Germany is responsible for the energy crisis for one simple reason: Nord Stream. Nord Stream is a conscience that should be touched in Berlin, because if it were not for Berlin's marriage to Moscow, there would probably not be a situation in Ukraine. Coal, gas and atom are the only stable sources of energy that can function at the moment. The fight against coal is understandable due to certain climate issues, but if we are moving away from coal, why not focus on atom? Because we were betting on gas, because there was the Energiewende strategy, because Berlin invented a business together with the Russian Federation and European families paid for it all. What was needed for all this was an artificial tax – a European emissions trading system, an artificial tax that makes industry and European families pay more and more. Industry is being pushed out of Europe because speculators invented it. Instead of understanding all this, Europe is moving in the direction of the energy crisis. This can be transferred in a virtual way, even for the sake of fairy tales. Did they want the Flintstones? Well, I guess so, because the Jetsons are not realistic to introduce today. Why is that? For one simple reason. An energy crisis is when there is no stable source of energy. And if we don't have coal, we don't have gas, and we don't have an atom, what do we choose? It does not always shine, nor does it always blow in the right way. Therefore, the European Union, if it does not reform its approach and reject artificial mechanisms, will lead to another crisis and once again give a tool that Vladimir Putin has already used.

Madam President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, If we are discussing security, it is the most important thing, maybe it is just worth following the example from Poland? In Poland, such situations as those we are talking about, such as a 20-year-old immigrant running around, a strong man, if we compare it with Germany, of course, then this is a catastrophic situation for our western neighbors. Why is that? The statistics are absolute. Where there are illegal immigrants, there is an increase in sexual crime, there are definitely more crimes than in Poland. Poland is a safe country because we have taken care of security. The European Union has made a mistake, the Germans have made a mistake, so take this problem and do not blame this problem on other countries.

Madam President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, First of all, let's start with the fact that if we want to take care of agriculture, let's not disturb them, farmers. Imposing the Green Deal is blocking the development of agriculture, because the farmer, above all, expects to be given peace of mind. The European Union should not be interested in how he drives, how he lives and what he burns down his home. All this sustainable development is leading to the fact that agriculture is starting to flee Europe. Because the bureaucracy, the regulation, concerns the farmer who, instead of working, deals with the bureaucracy. If the European Union does not understand this, it will lead to a food crisis. And in the face of the aggression of the Russian Federation, agriculture is a guarantee of security, as well as other security issues, such as, of course, armaments and the security of our borders. Therefore, especially today, let us reject the Green Deal and leave the farmer in peace, because he expects it.
