Implementation of the rule of law conditionality regime (debate)
Date:
17.12.2025 14:58
| Language: PL
Madam President, I'm sorry. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. We cannot accept the political dictatorship of Brussels, implemented under the guise of the rule of law. I therefore urgently propose that the institutions of the European Union, which are outside their competence, be subject to an appropriate system of conditionality. I believe that Parliament should request the immediate freezing of the budget of the Court of Justice of the European Union for 2026. This Court has recently issued a ruling that is manifestly contrary to the Polish Constitution. I am referring to the appalling judgment of the CJEU on the transcription of same-sex marriages into Polish civil status documents. Article 18 of the Polish Constitution makes it legally impossible to issue such documents, which the Tribunal was perfectly aware of, and yet decided to brazenly ignore. This court today resembles a detached lodge of pseudo-philosophers. There is no contradiction between them. The Court does not uphold the law. This Court wants to create an absurd law for the peoples of Europe. A Europe of sovereign states should never allow this. It is high time to end the arrogance of this institution, its contempt for the jurisprudence, legal order and legal culture of the Member States. I would therefore like to get a clear answer to the simple questions: Will Poland be financially punished for applying its constitution? Will Poland be deprived of European funds for failing to comply with the aforementioned ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union? It is high time you stopped trampling on the long-standing acquis of our community of sovereign states. The free nations of Europe will never accept the principle of money for the EU's so-called rule of law.

General budget of the European Union for the financial year 2026 – all sections (debate)
Date:
21.10.2025 19:35
| Language: PL
Mr President, thank you very much. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. The budget for 2026 is a budget of contradictions. Here we still have the same ideological goals, promoted in isolation from the real problems of Europeans: decarbonisation, climate neutrality, green energy, green steel, promotion of abortion and LGBT. On the other hand, dreams of improving the economy and competitiveness. It's absurd. It has never worked, it does not work, and it will not work. What needs to happen to open your eyes? Your policy of continuing harmful programmes is today the greatest threat to the development, security and well-being of Europeans, especially Poles, Commissioner. It is your policy to close European factories, extinguish metallurgical furnaces, liquidate mines, and at the same time the same industries are flourishing in Asia, and their goods are flooding our markets. It's time to face reality and abandon the world of fairy tales about saving the planet. We do not want new own resources for the Union. We will not pay for your unrealization and lack of courage to admit obvious mistakes.
Time to complete a fully integrated Single Market: Europe’s key to growth and future prosperity (debate)
Date:
07.10.2025 08:03
| Language: PL
Madam President, I'm sorry. What kind of market unification are we discussing today? Is there such a thing as an EU market? It is here in the European Parliament that you care more about economies on other continents than in Europe. Before you achieve an ambitious unification of everything according to the Brussels circus and protractor, I propose first to convince farmers in South America or Ukraine to accept at least half of the requirements in force in the European Union. If you want to open up European markets to these countries, then you cannot apply different standards to Europeans. Either a genuine single European market or fierce competition with global holding companies. Since the European Commission has chosen the latter, it has no right to demand anything more from European farmers, metallurgists, miners, other industrialists, employers and employees. They all have the right to demand fair treatment and care, because they pay taxes in Europe and give jobs. In return, they get a badge of bankruptcy. President von der Leyen should rename her role as liquidator of the European economy. Von der Leyen has to go.
After 10 years, time to end mass migration now - protect our women and children (topical debate)

| Language: PL
Mr President, thank you very much. After 10 years, it is high time to stop mass immigration, start protecting Europe's borders and deport illegal immigrants. Allowing immigrants to invade Europe is the biggest defeat of the European political class since World War II. The culprits must be named. It's the European People's Party, the Socialists, Renew, the Greens, the Left. You are responsible for this chaos. It is you who are responsible for the crimes and crimes that storm our borders. Fortunately, European citizens are beginning to understand that in this parliament, in the European Commission and in the Council, there are politicians who are allies of NGOs who are financially benefiting from the smuggling of illegal immigrants into Europe. Europeans open their eyes. Who is responsible for the danger brought upon them? Spain places immigrants in hotels with sea views. Germany and France give them passports. Let's not continue down this road. The effects of such a policy can be seen, for example, in Brussels, where foreign gangs organize shootings in broad daylight. The native Belgians are moving out of the capital en masse, and order must be guarded by the Belgian army. We do not want such a future for European cities. We want a safe Europe.

Mr President, thank you very much. European agriculture is being cynically betrayed. A few days ago, in Poland, I met with farmers protesting against the European Union-Mercosur trade agreement. They asked me what double standards prevail in the European Commission, that strict production standards are imposed on them, and no longer on goods from outside the European Union. You have banned European producers of genetically modified crops and many plant protection products that are freely used in South America. A European farmer has to pay fines of several thousand euros per hectare for breaking these rules. Why does foreign production not have to comply with these rules? The European Commission has signed a trade agreement with Mercosur that will allow the import of food produced in violation of all European standards. Is that okay? Already today, across Europe, the purchase prices of cereals do not even allow farmers to cover the costs incurred. If this agreement enters into force, it will not only be a nail in the coffin of traditional European agriculture, but will also be the most important argument for the immediate dismissal of Ursula von der Leyen from her function.
The EU’s post-2027 long-term budget: Parliament’s expectations ahead of the Commission’s proposal (debate)
Date:
09.07.2025 09:29
| Language: PL
Madam President, I'm sorry. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. Today I would like to hear about the planned program of savings and budget cuts, but not savings at the expense of farmers or development investments. We are waiting for the announcement of savings within the Byzantine official apparatus of the European Union. If we don't hear this, your credibility will break through. Do we really need to maintain more than 30 executive agencies? Do we need to keep a crowd of climate officials or promote other ideological projects? Of the more than 50,000 generously paid EU officials, at least a few thousand are responsible for erroneous and disastrous policies for Europe. We lost competitiveness because they didn't want to listen and still don't want to listen to anyone. The European Commission itself must therefore be reformed. Throw the euro bureaucrats out of their cabinets and only then talk about new ambitions. Because today your brilliant ideas are a nightmare for millions of citizens. Unlike you, we really listen to people. They expect us to protect them from your Green Deal and from mass immigration that you cannot or intentionally do not want to control.
Implementation report on the Recovery and Resilience Facility (debate)
Date:
17.06.2025 12:11
| Language: PL
Madam President, I'm sorry. The Recovery and Resilience Facility is currently the largest tool of political blackmail and pressure that the European Commission is trying to influence democratic processes in the Member States: favour obedient governments and financially starve those who want to be independent of Brussels' policies. Until recently, Poland had money blocked from the NRRP, and yet we survived and managed in times of crisis. The absence of indebtedness from the RRP is better from the point of view of the interest of the state than dependence on significant money earmarked for purposes that mainly benefit the Brussels elites and the green lobby behind them. We do not agree to your milestones or to the indebtedness of future generations to finance your ideological absurdities. The unreflective use of this money is a further entanglement in the European Union's climate policy, against which practically all sectors of the European economy are rebelling today and European citizens paying for such a policy.
Russian energy phase-out, Nord Stream and the EU's energy sovereignty (debate)
Date:
21.05.2025 19:45
| Language: PL
Mr President, thank you very much. The European Commission has proposed an action plan to end energy imports from Russia. It's a gloomy joke from Mrs. von der Leyen. Russian gas is flowing into Europe in a broad stream and will flow even after the implementation of this plan. It will only have a different flag and will be much more expensive, as the transport route will be longer. The right in Poland has been sounding the alarm for years as left-liberal Germany and France made deals with Putin, building the Nord Stream 2 pipeline that makes us dependent on Russian gas. We are right about the current geopolitical reality and the European Commission is at least two decades behind schedule. The European Commission is deceiving citizens and we cannot agree to that. Before the Commission spins the gas tap spectacularly, we will be happy to know what it wants to replace this raw material in Europe. What is the alternative? Renewable energy sources? What this leads to is shown by the recent example of Spain plunged into chaos as a result of the failure of the RES-based energy system. The conclusion is simple. Europe, by shutting down nuclear and coal power plants, has itself condemned to gas from Russia. A coincidence? I don't think so.
High levels of retail food prices and their consequences for European consumers (debate)
Date:
07.05.2025 15:29
| Language: PL
Madam President, I'm sorry. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. High food prices in Europe are most affected by the harmful policies of the European Commission. Brussels is turning its back on farmers in the name of fanatical greenism, and the result of such a policy is rising food prices. At the same time, EU politicians are ready to open up European markets to unfair competition from third countries. It is traditional family farms in Europe that bear the direct and indirect costs of the Green Deal. You're banning farmers from plant protection products, you want to force fallowing, and you're screwing up quality standards. At the same time, you exclude from these standards production from Ukraine and Mercosur countries. It is a policy that increases production costs, destroys jobs and hits the poorest citizens. That is why we are here to end the European dictatorship of the caviar left and its pseudo-Cathedral allies. If you really want to improve the food price market, you can do so at any time. Step away from the fanatical "burning planet" policy and that will be enough.
EU support for a just, sustainable and comprehensive peace in Ukraine (debate)
Date:
07.05.2025 08:51
| Language: PL
Madam President, I'm sorry. Ladies and Gentlemen, This is the fourth year of the war in Ukraine. Neither Russia has achieved its strategic goal of conquering Kiev and subjugating Ukraine, nor has Ukraine achieved its goal of recovering the lost lands. It is true that the peoples of Europe want an end to the war, which is costing them more and more. This is what the Ukrainian people, who have become hostages to the situation created by the Brussels elite, want above all. First, it pumped billions of euros into Russia for years, and after the outbreak of the war, it pretended to be military aid. Europe's most important task today: prevent this conflict from escalating to the rest of the continent. We need armaments in which there will be no powerless European national economies. We need steel mills, rolling mills, armaments industry and modern technologies. We need economic freedom. We need to abandon the climate policy that is destroying our industry, because wars are won by a strong economy and military resources. And these countries of the European Union do not have them today.
European Steel and Metals Action Plan (debate)
Date:
02.04.2025 07:32
| Language: PL
Madam President, thank you very much. The Steel and Metals Action Plan published by the European Commission shows how the impending armageddon of a declining industry can be seen in the lens. In 2017, European steel mills produced 160 million tons of steel, and in 2023 it was only 126 million tons. Today, the production potential of European smelters is used only in 65 percent. In this document, the European Commission acknowledges that the situation is dramatic, but nevertheless continues to fanatically push for decarbonisation. The height of stupidity is the return to long-deprecated technologies such as metallurgical electric furnaces. The social cost of this policy is the thousands of workers made redundant and the announced further flight of companies from this sector from our continent. Brussels sees and understands, and at the same time does not intend to give up the green mistake policy in the slightest. However, this document reveals a very sad truth. The European Commission does not intend to save the steel sector. He wants to save only his image, and the consequences of the loss of industry and jobs he wants to burden the member states. The European Commission is setting fires and encouraging Member States to put them out. Thank you for this advice.
100 days of the new Commission – Delivering on defence, competitiveness, simplification and migration as our priorities (topical debate)
Date:
12.03.2025 14:07
| Language: PL
Mr President, thank you very much. The first 100 days of the new European Commission are 100 days of the sad truth about Europe's position in the current geopolitical and economic world. It is also 100 days of truth about the leadership of the European Union, to which we owe the current, marginal position of Europe. Today's policy of the European Commission by Ursula von der Leyen is a continuation of the policy of her infamous predecessors bringing to mind the migration, economic, military and demographic crises. You may insult those who told the king he was naked, but that doesn't change the fact that they were right. You can surround us with a sanitary cordon, afraid of the truths we preach, but the truth will not change. The European Commission, you have shown that in one area you are second to none. This field is creativity in creating new, but nothing changing slogans and programs, the only effect of which is to improve your well-being. The current European Commission is the biggest threat to Europe and the best that Europeans could face is its resignation.
Competitiveness Compass (debate)
Date:
12.02.2025 14:24
| Language: PL
Albert Einstein once said, "It is insane to do the same thing over and over again and expect different results." The competitiveness strategy published by the European Commission is not a breakthrough. After the publication of the Draghi report, Europeans were counting on the reflection of the European Commission. Meanwhile, we only had a change of narrative before the elections. What about after the election? The European Commission actually admits that it needs a compass because it has been wrong so far. But this compass in the assumptions is still to indicate the same course. Do you like this game of words? Do you like to introduce new concepts, invent new words in which you dress the same policy just so that nothing changes? Still the same thing - decarbonisation, federalisation, energy poverty. That's what you're offering us today. Production escapes where it can develop freely and where it is welcome. The problem of competitiveness is not on the part of entrepreneurs. The problem of European competitiveness is the stubborn ass of the European Commission. Europe needs more freedom, not burdensome regulation. Europe needs GPS today, not an outdated compass. Europe needs patriotic rule today.
Powering Europe’s future - advancing the fusion industry for energy independence and innovation (debate)
Date:
20.01.2025 20:10
| Language: PL
Ladies and Gentlemen, In March 2023, Germany's last three nuclear power plants were shut down, and this month, German media reported the commissioning of all available and previously shut down coal-fired power plants in the country. The decision was taken due to a sharp decline in the production of energy from renewable sources. Until recently, the Greens in this Parliament argued that RES is the only salvation for the world. It's time to stand up for the truth, admit your mistake, and apologize. Before our eyes, reality verifies green propaganda. There is and will not be a stable energy market in Central Europe without coal and nuclear power. Nuclear power is not enough. We need to build nuclear power plants and at the same time not to be offended by coal. If we close all mines in Europe, we will buy coal in Colombia and Australia, and through extended supply chains neither the climate nor our economy will benefit.
Heat record year 2024 - the need for climate action to fight global warming (debate)
Date:
20.01.2025 19:12
| Language: PL
Ladies and Gentlemen, The measure of detachment from the reality that has affected the Brussels elite is the fact that officials at the highest level are engaged in tracking the weather. Your plan is very clear. The strategy of fear pursued here is so intrusive and primitive that among this wiser part of Europeans it causes laughter and pity alternately. And the goal is obvious: We're supposed to believe that if it weren't for the Green Deal and Fit for 55, we'd all be frying like Belgian fries. Parliament is debating that it is too hot, while our citizens are rather too cold because they cannot afford the most expensive energy in the world that you have given them. Do you want to convince someone that it's worth living? Convince China and India of your policies. Europeans have had enough. They don't want to be punished for the whole world, for heating their homes, buying cars, flying planes, and eating meat. That's enough. Long live carbon dioxide! Long live freedom!
Challenges facing EU farmers and agricultural workers: improving working conditions, including their mental well-being (debate)
Date:
18.12.2024 16:58
| Language: PL
Mr President, thank you very much. The European Commission only offers restrictions, injunctions and bans to farmers. You exclude them from the use of further plant protection products, make them fallow or flood their own lands, impose taxes on emissions, and above all build a narrative that animal husbandry is immoral and unethical. You tell farmers that your policy is about animal welfare. At the same time, you despise the fate of the people who breed these animals. Farmers are paying the highest price for your policies today. It is on their shoulders that the consequences of your decisions fall. It is you who have on your conscience the farmers who have taken their own lives. This was the case last year with the death of Roland Hamsik from the Netherlands, and this is the case with Michał Sołdan, a farmer from Poland buried two days ago, who after the agricultural strikes in March 2023, under the rule of Donald Tusk, was oppressively and unjustly imprisoned in prison for opposing you. That's enough! It is time to reject policies that are leading to the destruction of European family farms and farmers to the brink of mental endurance. Do not talk about the mental well-being of farmers anymore, because you are the main reason for their deteriorating condition, not only financially, but also mentally.
Promoting social dialogue and collective bargaining and the right to strike in the EU (debate)
Date:
18.12.2024 14:16
| Language: PL
Mr President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, We are here today to debate social dialogue and the right to strike. My proposal to the European Commission is this: Promote social dialogue in the first place in your own institution, and this is best before implementing your stupid ideas, which only cause strikes, because they do not entail any socially acceptable positive reforms. I know you don't like to admit your mistakes. So far, the European Commission has taken authoritarian decisions on strategic issues for the European economy, contrary to the opinions of experts and specialists, as well as strikes and protests by representatives of these industries. You consider yourselves to be the enlightened elites governing a dark people who, in your perception, have no right to be right. Reality is merciless to you. The state of the European economy clearly verifies your disrespectful attitude towards people with different points of view. Is this your social dialogue? You are wrong in your policies and cannot admit your mistakes. You can't have any dialogue with society. Unfortunately, you have not grown up to be the leaders of the European continent.

EU-US relations in light of the outcome of the US presidential elections (debate)
Date:
13.11.2024 17:34
| Language: PL
Madam President, thank you very much. The European mainstream has looked at Donald Trump with contempt over the past years, going all kinds of insinuations and lies about him. Democracy in the United States is doing well and we in the European Union can only envy Americans. Today they enjoy a breath of true freedom, while we fight against the increasingly authoritarian government of the EU elites. Trump's victory may be for Europe a moment of truth and hope for the changes that must take place in the European Union so that we do not fall into the economic third league. After all, it is today that the European Union is an open-air museum of harmful ideas and utopian policies that make our industry uncompetitive. The world is not following Europe. The world looks at such a Europe with pity and our task is to change it. We believe that common sense will prevail in Europe in the near future. The time of patriots is also coming in Europe.
Continued war crimes committed by the Russian Federation, notably killing Ukrainian prisoners of war (debate)
Date:
23.10.2024 11:06
| Language: PL
Mr President, thank you very much. Russians execute Ukrainian prisoners of war. We strongly condemn this. For us in Poland, the crimes of the USSR or Russia are nothing new. While Stalin was still an ally of Germany in the first period of World War II, he executed over 10,000 Polish officers, soldiers and police officers in Katyn. This has been the barbaric nature of Russian imperialism for centuries. The people of Eastern Europe have come to know and understand this nature. Western Europe has always had good relations with imperial Russia. Unfortunately, the entire political spectrum of Western Europe is tainted by this sentimental and naive image of Russia. There is no Russia respecting human life or any values of the civilized world, a world based on respect for man. Russia does not understand the language of the resolution, the international conventions you want to talk to it. Not more than three decades ago, the Budapest Memorandum was signed, under which Ukraine gave up nuclear warheads for the Russian guarantee of the inviolability of borders. How much these guarantees provided by the United Kingdom and the United States were worth, we can all see clearly today. Let's draw conclusions and invest in the defense capabilities of our armies.
Presentation of the programme of activities of the Hungarian Presidency (debate)
Date:
09.10.2024 09:57
| Language: PL
Madam President, thank you very much. Mr. Prime Minister! Ladies and Gentlemen, The European Union is in a deep crisis of leadership. Today, the leaders of the EU institutions are not guided by responsibility or even elementary reason. They impose harmful economic policies and even more harmful ideologies on millions of citizens. For them, democracy is a democracy only if it brings victory to the clapper of Brussels. With the support of Brussels decision-makers, you can do absolutely anything. An extreme example of this EU pathology is the action of the government of Donald Tusk in Poland, which Mr Weber set as a model. Do you know what is happening in Poland now? Do you know what the system of the rule of law is currently directed by Mr Donald? Meanwhile, as the EU immerses itself in an inept solution to the problems it causes, the Hungarian government is effectively striving for the future and security of its people. I do not expect the Hungarian Presidency of the Council of the European Union to repair all the damage caused by the EU establishment. I know that this is not possible during the six-month period of your Presidency. I'm only expecting one thing. And that's what I'm asking: Never give up. Remain a bright spot on the map of Europe, a model for other nations. Long live the Polish-Hungarian friendship!
The severe situation of political prisoners in Belarus
Date:
18.09.2024 17:46
| Language: PL
Dear Madam President, Ladies and Gentlemen, We have been observing systemic harassment of the Polish minority in Belarus for years, and the fate of political prisoners, like Andrzej Poczobut, is alarming. Unfortunately, the deterioration of the situation of the Polish minority in Belarus and the mass arrests intensified after the European Union’s interference in the 2020 elections. We now know that EU politicians did not take into account the consequences of their actions for the local population and did not foresee that they would push Lukashenka into Putin’s embrace. It is a scandal that Andrzej Poczobut as a political prisoner does not arouse anyone's interest. It is not demanded by EU politicians. It was also not included in the recent exchange of prisoners between Belarus and Russia and Western countries. We demand real action by the EU authorities on Poczobut and all Lukashenka's political prisoners. We Poles will never forget Andrzej Poczobut and we will not stop fighting for his freedom and for the rights of the Polish minority in Belarus.
