Brussels, together with smugglers and left-wing NGOs, has created an organised criminal group that supports the massive invasion of Europe. Your migration control system is embarrassing. In 2024, 453 000 orders were issued in the European Union to leave the territory of the Union, and in fact only 110 000 people were expelled, an embarrassing 24%. The rest of the illegal migrants continue to roam the EU countries, rape, assault and show what a mess the EU's migration policy is. Thanks to you, smugglers and left-wing organizations have an eldorado, because you support their activities and finance them. You are acting to the detriment of the health and lives of the ordinary people you were supposed to defend. The symbol of the defeat of this policy in my Poland is the brutal murder of 24-year-old Klaudia from Toruń by a migrant from Venezuela. It is time for a strict and ruthless policy towards migrants storming Europe. You're pumping billions into accepting people who are culturally alien to us. You give them social and they despise our values. They're destroying our cities. They're attacking our women. The community is supposed to be a safe house for all of us, not a hotel for bandits.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Ladies and Gentlemen, Here the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, should be sitting, but I think she had such a great time at the event in Paraguay that she did not manage to get there or she has a democracy in deep respect. This lady, who through the agreement with Mercosur will poison people with food with toxic chemicals banned in the European Union, is a shame and a disgrace for the whole Community. The Commission lied to farmers, lied to consumers, because there are no real protection mechanisms in this agreement. You have broken EU treaties and violated all rules. And that is your rule of law. And you are trying to teach other countries of Europe. Who's paying you to push a deal with Mercosur on your knees? Owners of agricultural latifundia from Brazil, Russian fertilizer producers or drug cartels? What will be flown to Europe on ships from Latin America? Toxic food or cocaine? Or maybe both? You can explain what thought processes are taking place in the mind of the President, since European agriculture and food production here on the ground is not organic, and the transport of chemically stuffed food hundreds of miles on ships already meets the conditions of the climate religion that you profess. You are killing European food production with your directives, the Green Deal and unfair competition. I hope that in the end, Madam President will doigra and go to jail, which I wish for myself and you. The first step is a vote of no confidence and the expulsion of Mrs von der Leyen from the European Commission straight into the dustbin of political history. For our common good, for the good of all the nation states of the European Union.

Madam President, I'm sorry. They are not refugees, they are beneficiaries of your naivety. If someone travels through safe countries to Europe, they are not looking for any protection, they are using the holes in the asylum system that you have created. Why don't you finally add to your definition of women's rights the right to live without fear, without rape, without violence on the streets of our cities and without mothers worrying about the safety of their children? The Left is shouting about fundamental rights, but in reality its actions are aimed at introducing Sharia law in Europe and the collapse of our civilization. You are defending the interests of the smugglers' lobby, illegal immigrants and ideological NGOs that live out of migratory chaos. The more illegal border crossings, the more money, grants and political influence. New rules for a safe third country outside the European Union are hitting this business. Faster rejection of unfounded applications based on transit and agreements, no genuine right of residence after an appeal against a return decision and effective returns are a set of effective tools for Member States to tackle migratory pressure and pseudo-refugees. Finally, it is time to truly secure the borders of the European Union against pseudo-refugees and illegal migrants.

Mr President, thank you very much. World powers at the latest climate summit in Belém did not run to shout about the elimination of energy from fossil fuels, because no one except the demagogues of the eurocracy wants this and does not want to hit the economies of entire countries for wind turbines from Germany and the Netherlands. Most countries no longer make empty promises. The European Union and a small number of countries were behind an increasingly radical reduction in the use of coal and oil. Are you aware that the entire European Union is only responsible for about 6% of global greenhouse gas emissions? Although we all ride bicycles, are vegans and heat our homes with a gust of wind, we will never have an impact on significantly reducing CO2 in the world. The biggest emitters of carbon dioxide will not listen to us, either because they admire the naivety of parts of the European Union or because of the wind turbine business in two European countries. Do you want to move away from coal? Let's go to the atom. Let's go to SMRs. The only problem is that you don't want a stable atom either. You have insisted on unstable windmills and photovoltaics, and you are not looking at the fact that Europeans are paying more and more for electricity. I have an appeal to Europeans, to those who feel more and more strongly that the EU climate agenda has passed through their pockets - stand up! No more madness. Let us not allow European economies – our economies, the economies of nation states – to be destroyed by the madness and lobbying of a small group at the expense of entire markets.

You said that parents are unable to observe their children 24 hours a day. The European Union should a fortiori not have the right to do this, to observe children 24 hours a day. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure the safety of their children. And we will not allow the European Union to have increased powers to control our children. You want to introduce this law only to control what can be published on the Internet and what can not. You can't work on the internet. You can't reach voters online. And that's your problem. You do not want to take care of children's well-being, but you want to have control over the Internet and the content that appears on the Internet. And we don't agree to that.

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is another nonsense resolution that will result in a dead law. You pretend to care for children, but in reality you are trying to attack freedom on the Internet and the sovereignty of nation states. You're talking about protection, but you're actually building a system that has one goal: Increasing surveillance of citizens. Obligatory age verification means collecting new, sensitive data and creating the risk of leaks, identity theft and increasing control over our lives. Access to the internet and social media are decisions that must depend on parents. We raise our children and we are responsible for them. The European Union cannot replace the family. This resolution shows a complete lack of contact with reality. You want to create bans that teenagers will get around faster than you will ever pass this resolution. Paper will accept everything, but if these ideas are ineffective, why introduce them? The answer is simple: it is not about security, but about centralising and taking over the competences of the Member States. You can't exist on the internet, so you try to limit access to it with your ridiculous resolutions. We will defend online freedom, the competence of nation states and the sacred right of parents to raise their own children. We will never put parenthood in the hands of EU bureaucrats.

Madam President, I'm sorry. The whole migration policy of the European Union is based on harm and falsehood. The EU institutions, in the name of the interests of the European left and the post-colonial interests of several EU Member States, are seemingly fighting human smuggling. Poles have long been afraid for their homeland and their security, because they see what is happening in Western Europe as a result of migration policy. Civic pressure makes sense and yesterday we learned that Poland can apply for exemption from relocation of migrants or paying for migrants from other European Union countries. But beware, this is only a one-year solution. Then the European Commission will decide every year whether it will be kind to us on migration or not. The migration pact gave the European Commission the opportunity to blackmail Poland on migration every year, and we will tell Poles the whole truth all year round. And this one-year smokescreen will not fool my compatriots. Let's not get fooled. The only chance is to build a coalition within the European Union and blow up the entire migration pact in space.

Madam President, I'm sorry. The scale of the stupidity of this resolution shows how much you are disconnected from reality and how deeply you are sitting in the pockets of foreign lobbyists and corporations who want to make money and make Europe an open-air museum. You are lying to people that the Green Deal is no longer there. This resolution shows that it is and is doing well. You have only changed the name, but all the prohibitions, orders and climate targets remain. Stop lying and tormenting people. No one voted for your green agenda. Killing our industry and agriculture is the only thing you'll achieve. China, India, Russia and the United States don't care about your international climate commitments. I have repeatedly asked for the withdrawal of the most absurd proposals, such as ETS2 or the Buildings Directive. You rejected them without any discussion, violating the rules of procedure of the European Parliament. You dream of a zero-emission Europe after 2050. You live by a pseudo-ecological ideology. Come on, give us a break. You want to punish people if they don't renovate their homes, or if they drive old cars. You hit poor and middle-income people to fulfill your wet, atmospheric dreams. It's a shame.

Madam President, I'm sorry. This time you want both the right side and the left side of the European Parliament to appeal. Your term is a symbol of arrogance, chaos and decisions taken behind closed doors, above the heads of citizens, in the name of your dictatorial ambitions. During the negotiations with the United States, you ridiculed yourself and the entire European Union, showing a lack of negotiating power, which in effect led to the vassalisation of Europe against the United States. Donald Trump is laughing at you. You are pushing us into a war between Ukraine and Russia. Maybe the war is a chance for you to cover up your scams? But why should our husbands, our sons and our brothers fight for your interests? Do you want to fight for Ukraine? Send your husband and adult sons to the front. And maybe if you had such an obligation, you would be less willing to say that the war in Ukraine is our war. Speaking of your husband: The Pfizergate affair didn't come out of nowhere. You've set yourself up nicely for a pandemic. It is a pity that it is at the expense of our lives and our health. You have ruined the trust of the people. You care so much about our security that by pushing us into the war, you want to make us dependent on food imports from the Mercosur countries and bankrupt thousands of European farms. It should be a crime, not a crime. You are pushing for censorship and mass migration of criminals and rapists to Europe. It's nice to have someone's life as safe as you are, isn't it? That's enough. Poland is not the governor of your leftist empire. To resign! Immediately, now!

I would like to take this opportunity to address Krzysztof Śmiszek, Member of Parliament, who has been directing a crude, sexist and chauvinistic hate towards me since yesterday. Do you like the war so much? Take your partner and go to the front...

Madam President, I'm sorry. Today, the European Parliament expresses its worthless and empty gesture of solidarity with Poland after the violation of our airspace by drones. Once you have come up with the idea that Europe should focus on defence, the SAFE programme comes out, another EU debt after the RRP, which we will repay for 45 years to support German and French industry. That is your solidarity. You say you can't finance Putin. What will you do with the European Union-Mercosur agreement? Stuff Russian pockets with cash, supporting Brazilian agriculture based on Russian fertilizers, while pushing food production outside the European Union. This is suicide. You are making a pro-war hysteria in Poland, with which, together with President Zelenskyy, you want to draw Poland into the war in Ukraine. This is how you want to divert attention from your inept governments and lack of investment in the defense system against drones, and Putin laughs at you. We don't care about your bureaucratic bullshit. We need simple rules in the drone sector, not EU barriers that suffocate our potential. Without it, we can pump in billions, but we still won't be able to defend ourselves effectively. We must free the Polish drone sector from bureaucratic shackles and let our startups operate, because they are the future of defence, not piles of directives that will not stop a single drone. And this is not our war.

Madam President, I'm sorry. In Germany, an immigrant recently pushed a 16-year-old girl under a train. A few years ago, another immigrant killed an eight-year-old in the same way. In January, an immigrant in Bavaria stabbed a group of preschoolers. He killed a two-year-old and his lawyer. In Poland, only one region this year killed two Poles from knife attacks by immigrants. Illegal immigration into the European Union remains at a very high level. We have several hundred thousand illegal border crossings every year. Countries have failed to cope with the effects of the record year 2015, when more than one million eight hundred thousand people illegally crossed the border of the European Union. For the past 10 years, there has been no political accountability for this disaster, for the growing threats to the Schengen area and for the significant links between smugglers and left-wing NGOs. How many lives still have to be sacrificed so that the left-wing mainstream does not support the current pathology? It is therefore high time to set up a European Parliament Committee of Inquiry on illegal immigration in the European Union to explain why the European Union does not want to deal with mass legal and illegal immigration.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Poland welcomed one million Ukrainians fleeing the war. These Ukrainians received social benefits from us, access to state health care and education in Polish schools. We have provided Ukraine with military assistance worth more than three billion euros. We gave Ukraine our tanks, transporters and planes. And despite our gigantic commitment, we have met with great ingratitude from the Ukrainian side. Ukraine does not want to apologise, condemn and call the genocide of the Volhynian massacre, the murders of the Polish civilian population by Ukrainian nationalists during World War II. In Ukraine, the cult of Bandera, a criminal and initiator of murders against Poles, is flourishing. On the Polish streets you can meet a lot of young Ukrainians, men who, instead of defending their country, party in Poland. Our market has been flooded with Ukrainian food products, and Polish transport companies face unfair competition from Ukrainian carriers. It is high time for Europe to learn how ungrateful and corrupt Ukraine is. A strong ‘no’ to Ukraine’s presence in the European Union.

Ladies and gentlemen, I say this as a mother. In my home, my husband and I teach children about goodness, love and responsibility, not any European Commission. And Hungarians have the right to raise their children according to their own values. In 2022, millions of them made their views clear in a referendum. Not for the sexualization of minors, not for gender ideology, not for the propaganda of gender change in schools. And in response, you send pseudo-equality parades, drag queens and hormone pamphlets to Budapest, telling them to call it tolerance. Respect for diversity does not mean imposing a single rainbow vision of the world. The European Union is not a collection of colonies that are to submit to the Brussels metropolis. It is a community of free and sovereign nations. Hungarians want to protect their children and every parent in Europe, regardless of their views, should stand up for their right to be children today. Not to harm them with a sick ideology, but to cultivate innocence and a sense of security in them. Enough with the terror of the rainbow minority.

European Media Freedom Act. Whenever I hear the term freedom in an EU directive, resolution or regulation, my skin hurts. Freedom, according to the European Commission, is censorship, it is the regulation of content, it is excessive control and punishment for someone having a different definition of freedom. You have long forgotten what freedom is. First of all, what is the freedom to think for yourself. You can't think for yourself, and it bothers you when someone else can. And in order to introduce this freedom in your opinion, you are creating tools that are actually used to censor the media space. The DSA will censor the Internet, the European Media Freedom Act: radio, television and press. You have included in this act a set of wishful thinking to theoretically counter media concentration, but with the back door you are introducing measures to influence media service providers. Orwell’s 1984 was supposed to be a warning, not a guide. This is your model of action. You create tools with beautiful names to simply oppress us, ordinary people. You do dirty business and you need the media not to mention it, creating a political tool out of the media. And if something gets out of your control, you put in place preventive censorship. You spend money on lobbying, for example, for the political Green Deal. He bribed journalists and NGOs. And you have a problem with it when it comes out and it's doing media coverage right now. Democracy is for you when you control what, who and what they say. This is not the EU that Poland joined in 2004.

Dear President, On 5 May, you declared admissible the request to waive the ETS2 paratax, which I submitted together with my colleagues Tomasz Buczki and Marcin Sypniewski on the basis of Rule 47(2) of the Rules of Procedure of the European Parliament, and you referred this request to the ENVI Committee, for which I thank you. Under that provision, the committee was required to give us the opportunity to present the proposal before taking any decision. Unfortunately, the left-wing majority behind closed doors of the coordinators' meeting deliberately ignored this step, depriving us of our right to vote and violating the Rules of Procedure of the European Parliament. This is an act of political censorship. You are afraid of the debate about the ETS and ETS2, because you know that this is an EU package of mass impoverishment of Europeans. Expensive electricity, cold housing and transport exclusion. You talk a lot about equality, but you deny it to those who voted for right-wing politicians. Your sanitary cordon is a contempt for the tens of millions of Europeans who have elected us as their representatives. Mr President, thank you very much. Ladies and Gentlemen, The last enlargement of the European Union took place in 2013, when Croatia joined the Community. Today, the European Union is no longer a good place to live. And the question: Does a country really want to enter such a structure and should it? The European Union needs to be repaired first. We must return to our DNA, to the community of sovereign nation-states. The civilization of life must win over the civilization of death. We must protect our families, our security and our borders. Otherwise, there will simply be nothing to go into. And that's it.

Madam President, I'm sorry. 100 days for the European Commission and what are the results? There are no real reforms to deregulation. Zero real reforms to curb the Green Deal and zero real reforms to withdraw the migration pact. Usually, governments during their first hundred days are held accountable for the first reforms, the first solutions and the first actions. And we, during a hundred days of the European Commission, can assess whether to account for debates, social media posts or various PR tricks that the European Commission wants to cover up its total helplessness. Ursula von der Leyen's European Commission pretends to see problems with the competitiveness of the European Union and dresses it up in PR tricks. Meanwhile, you create the problem yourself and heroically try to fight this problem. The sequel of the European Commission by Ursula von der Leyen should be summed up by an increase in the European Union's debt, an increase in bureaucracy, an increase in the number of illegal immigrants, an increase in the costs associated with the Green Deal and an increase in the economic and social threat to all Europeans.

Madam President, I'm sorry. Ladies and Gentlemen, The new military eurodebt will be a tool of pressure on states and a threat to their sovereignty. This will be exactly the same mechanism as in the case of the RRP. If we meet the milestones and the government likes the European Commission, we will get some money. It's nothing more than political blackmail. What will we have to give in exchange for this money? What will be the interest rate on loans taken out? All you can do is take out loans and eat them into the EU machine. The planet is no longer burning, that you want to build factories and produce weapons? You've wasted years on the Green Deal and woke up with your hand in the potty. I wouldn't put a hamster in your care, let alone an army, seeing you overthrow democracy in Romania. We need peace, not war. The security of a country and its sovereignty depend on its military capabilities, not on a large common EU army. No more sovereignty for you. With our money, we want to build our military power, not Ukraine.

Prime Minister, we can say a lot about you. The worst part is that nothing good can be said about you. It's a pity, because you run my country, unfortunately. To say that you are the worst prime minister in the history of Poland is like saying nothing. Why is that? Because in Poland you say that the migration pact should be rejected and the Green Deal revised. Meanwhile, on 11 December 2024, you agree with Denmark and Cyprus to swiftly implement the Migration Pact and the Green Deal. You are a big opponent of immigration, and in 2014 and 2015, together with Angela Merkel, you invite immigrants to Europe. Under your rule, Nord Stream 2 was created and you were a supporter of the reset with Russia, and now you are pretending to be Putin's great enemy. Finally, when you were President of the European Council, you did absolutely nothing for Poland and the only thing that came out of it was the United Kingdom from the European Union. Do you have at least one real face? You're a politician-mem, except that memes are funny and you're dangerous. Knowing you, I would like you to give Poland peace of mind after the Polish Presidency.

Madam President, I'm sorry. While Donald Trump is issuing a decree banning restrictions on freedom of expression, the European Union is once again going backwards. Formally, you want to protect democracy by introducing various control mechanisms, in fact, you want to concentrate in your hands the tools with which you will destroy political competition. And if you don't like a government, you'll just overthrow it. You will deprive people of one of their most fundamental freedoms – freedom of expression. Why is that? Because you're afraid of free speech. People see your scams, your manipulations, your lies, your theft, and it hurts you that people write what they think about you online. That's why you want to shut our mouths. For you, democracy is when people think, write and speak directly and say what you command your leftist way of thinking. Right-wing and conservative views are a "thinking crime" and today's debate should be called "The need to strengthen censorship to protect the trough of those who govern the European Union". If you don't like platform X so much or another platform where there is freedom of speech, what's the harm in simply logging out of it? After all, no one is forcing you to use these platforms on social media that promote true freedom of speech. You have a choice, use it and everyone will be happier.

Mr. Piotr, you said that we cannot talk about the agreement with Mercosur, but we can talk about the mental well-being of farmers. Why did you not support, as ECR, the request at the Conference of Presidents of Parliamentary Groups in the European Parliament for such a debate on the agreement between the European Union and Mercosur to take place in this House? There was such a request, and you did not support it. There would always be more support and there would always be a better chance to debate this issue. You've avoided it. Consciously or not?

Mr President, thank you very much. I know some of you today were very keen to avoid the Mercosur debate, but it's not that easy. Ursula von der Leyen called the agreement with Mercosur a political necessity and a historic milestone. Question: for whom? For German industry and large corporations looking for markets for their exports? Certainly not for European farmers and consumers. First, the Green Deal, which is destroying our agriculture, then flooding the EU market with grain from Ukraine, now opening the door to products from South America, full of pesticides and hormones banned in Europe. This is a betrayal of farmers who comply with the production standards imposed by the European Commission. This is a betrayal of European consumers, who will be exposed to buying food of questionable quality. Everyone has to eat. You will ruin the achievements of generations, you will make us dependent on external imports in times of wars and international crises. Where will you look for food security? We can't rebuild our agriculture in a day. You want to debate the mental well-being of farmers here. Mental comfort is the certainty that their hard work will not be destroyed by thoughtless actions taken behind closed doors in Brussels. Farmers who protest know who is responsible for their bankruptcy.

Madam President, thank you very much. None of us wants foreign countries to interfere in democratic elections in our countries. However, any tyranny that restricts the freedom of its citizens is explained by external threats. Europeans know their mainstream parties and national governments that directly or indirectly influence the classical media. State companies and institutions pump gigantic money into advertisements that warm the image of ruling politicians who fill positions in these companies and institutions with their people. Social media in this corrupt world of mainstream politics is the only window to freedom. It is on social media that content is presented that is inconvenient for world governments, because it exposes their scams and shows the truth. Now, under the guise of a false concern for security, you want to put your hand on social media. This is nothing more than the Orwellian eye of Big Brother, which will pursue every ‘thought crime’. The European Union will not be able to censor the Internet. You're gonna infect us with TikTok and X? We will find another platform through which we can reach our voters. In the long run, Orwellian censorship will never win over freedom of speech.
