Mr President! The title of this debate is ‘Re-establishing control over migration’. This title alone is a declaration of bankruptcy of the EU migration policy. The loss of control is no coincidence. It is the result of an EU external border that is still as brittle as a Swiss cheese, unsuitable laws and a lack of enforcement. In 2024 alone, around 919 000 illegally staying persons were identified in the European Union, with a much higher level of obscurity. And what happens? At 80%, nothing happens. This is followed by tolerations, endless proceedings and lawsuits – and submersion. This is a failure all along the line, and the local population is paying the bill: overburdened communities, housing shortages, overwhelmed schools, rising costs, growing crime. This can no longer be expected of our citizens. Our demands are therefore clear: Finally, consistently protect external borders, asylum procedures outside the EU, responsibilities back to the nation states. The solution to this drama is so simple: Germany needs the AfD and Europe needs the ESN.

Madam President, Our automotive industry is located due to technically unattainable CO2-Limit values adopted here in Parliament, in this dramatic situation. There will also be a fine of around 15 billion for this year. How ridiculous and cynical is all this? The EU regulations are the cause and must be repealed immediately. They are politically negligent. And now we see the consequences. I want to turn the tables today. You, as the Commission, are required by Regulation (EU) 2023/851 to: December 2025 the long overdue method for measuring CO2-emissions over the entire life cycle of electric cars and combustion engines. Only this analysis, which includes production, operation and disposal, provides information about electric cars compared to combustion engines. Why are you refusing this report? I can already think of it and I hereby propose that the Commission be penalised if this report is submitted by 31 December. December ...

Madam President, The climate hoax has long since been exposed by insider reports since 2007. Nevertheless, the EU has again drafted a resolution for the World Climate Conference in Brazil. It is a slap in the face of our citizens. Under the pretext of climate protection, a gigantic transfer of funds is to be decided: from European citizens to developing countries, from developing countries to global green tech companies and climate billionaires behind them. The sum is to be increased from $100 billion a year to $1.3 trillion for overseas wind turbines, for solar fields in deserts, for corporations enriched by the green money rain. While our Member States are heavily indebted, our economy is smeared and families barely know how to pay their bills, this is a policy of self-destruction. We say clearly: Not in our name, not for climate lies! Therefore: Germany needs the AfD, and Europe needs the ESN.

Mr President! A year ago, an incredible heavy rain occurred in Valencia in Spain. In 24 hours, an incredible 300 liters per square meter fell. 230 people died. This heavy rain is dismissed as a weather phenomenon, and climate change due to CO2Emissions are blamed. This is not only wrong, but it also hides important facts: Since 1980, neighboring Morocco has been producing artificial rain with silver iodide sprayed by aircraft. Exactly two months before this heavy rain in Valencia, this program was massively expanded in Morocco. Spanish meteorologists, politicians and environmentalists warned in the same month of heavy rains and floods on Spanish territory. Also in China, India, Saudi Arabia, Europe, the USA and Africa: There are geoengineering projects everywhere. This is completely hidden in order to explain the fairy tale of climate change caused by CO2maintain emissions. This makes it possible to make gigantic money transactions behind the scenes. The influence of geoengineering must finally be discussed honestly in order to save lives in the future. Germany needs the AfD, and Europe needs the ESN.

Madam President, Will the European Union roll out another red carpet to the pharmaceutical industry? Today we are talking about public health risks in a Europe affected by global warming. This summer there was an urgent announcement in the Tagesschau in Germany: There are more and more local outbreaks of tropical diseases transmitted by mosquitoes in southern Europe, such as dengue fever, Zika, malaria and chikungunya. And they would move further and further north. The climate is again to blame and the Asian tiger mosquito. Subsequently, in this short article, there was a suspiciously detailed table with corresponding vaccines. Yes, according to ECDC, there were 304 dengue cases across Europe in 2024 and 27 Chikungunya cases in 2025 that were not imported by returnees or migrants. But most people didn't develop any symptoms at all. Few had a fever at all. Then why are we talking about it? To justify the horrendous climate spending, or are big deals with the pharmaceutical industry being prepared here again? Germany needs the AfD, and Europe needs the ESN.

Madam President, The CO2-Border adjustment mechanism to be simplified. However, the new proposal would still provide 99 percent of our imports of iron, steel, cement, fertilizers and aluminum with unsustainably high CO2 emissions.2Charges are charged. And for what? For a completely harmless CO2-Noble gas and for emissions that have also been generated abroad. How crazy is that? It's not about peanuts, it's about billions of euros. By the way, the money goes directly to the commission. For citizens and companies, everything made from it would be noticeably more expensive from 2027, such as cars, washing machines, fertilizer and therefore all food and construction. And one more thing: Competitiveness should be restored through this regulation, but the fact that our exports lose their competitiveness even more as a result of this price increase has been completely disregarded. Simplification was certainly well-intentioned, but it continues to drive the deindustrialisation of Europe irresponsibly. CBAM and the entire CO2-Certificate trading is completely abolished. They destroy and save nothing. With this climate tariff, the Commission wants to make money, that's what it's about.

Madam President, Today we are discussing the EU Commission's new chemicals package. The aim is to simplify the rules and avoid unnecessary burdens for companies – why only now and not right from the start? BASF and Dow are cutting jobs in Germany. These simplifications come too late, as Mr Ehler has just pointed out. A whole industry is migrating, and you've caused this! Simplifications are not comprehensive enough. The ESN welcomes the One Substance, One Assessment initiative. It finally creates more overview, avoids duplication of work, and data should be accessible in one place. This could have been conceived from the very beginning. The focus on early risk detection of the effects of chemicals on humans also improves health protection without prohibiting everything. We think that's okay, but reality also includes: The chemical industry is a strategically important sector in the EU that we depend on. The emission allowances must also finally be abolished, otherwise they will completely deviate. It is time for Brussels to think not only about rules – but also about jobs! For this, Europe needs the ESN and Germany needs the AfD.

Madam President, The new deal for pollinators is the next centralist insanity from Brussels. The same commission, which overwhelms farmers with conditions, is destroying insects with its own energy transition. Each wind turbine kills 40 million insects every year, and we have 280 000 wind turbines in the European Union. Our wind turbines kill 9 trillion insects every year. Before Brussels adopts new rules, the Commission should take a critical look at its own mistakes. The new deal for pollinators is nothing more than another bureaucratic monster that ignores national competences and harasses farmers. Instead of real help, an expensive EU-wide monitoring system will be introduced, with no practical benefits for insects. At the same time, one simply wants to halve the pesticide use, and this has already been mentioned here that the last year was fortunately averted. This should be done without regard to farmers, regional differences should not be taken into account or the food security of our citizens. Something like that needs to be stopped. Germany therefore needs the AfD, and Europe needs the ESN.

Mr President! I've been in the European Parliament for a year now and I'm witnessing Ursula von der Leyen ruining Europe with a Green DealIt's not green at all, it's deep red. This policy is not based on science, but on played – yes, played – oekoreligious fanaticism. It destroys our economy, our agriculture, our energy supply and even our environment, and ultimately our livelihood. Sooner or later, all citizens are falling into poverty, businesses are closing down and businesses are leaving. And what does the Commission do? She pours more money into the fire. $100 billion for the new Clean industrial dealAnother dubious fake economic program. The Green Deal It was a de-industrialization dictatorship. Clean industrial deal This is the direct continuation. Mrs von der Leyen, this is not an industrial policy, this is the signature of the Great reset. Whoever turns failure into a system does not pursue politics, but sabotages Europe. My question is: When will the scientific analysis of the catastrophic consequences of Green Deal?

Madam President, In the EU, a picture or video of child sexual abuse is published online every second. For one of our children, every single admission means lifelong stress, injury and often trauma. It is right to now also legally record and criminalise AI-generated abuse images and videos and the initiation of contact with children via the Internet. We as ESN explicitly support this. But what the Commission plans to do in this context goes too far. Private messages, chats, even encrypted communication should be automatically searched by all citizens. Our fundamental right to data protection must not be curtailed. The protection of our children must never be the pretext for an EU surveillance state. The billions of euros for the planned surveillance should, no, they must remain in the Member States and go into the prevention, protection and assistance of abused children. Germany needs the AfD, and the European Union needs the ESN.

Mr President! The Green Deal It has become a gigantic program of economic destruction. In 2022, European companies had to pay 39 billion euros for emission allowances alone. In Germany, more than 120,000 industrial jobs were lost last year. Imports from other EU countries are now much cheaper and make our producers create. And now CBAM – the CO2-Border-balancing – putting this back in order? From 2026, our importers will now also have to apply CO to e.g. steel, aluminium, cement and fertilisers.2-pay fines. Will it restore competitiveness? That's the big question. A dangerous sham solution, a very dangerous sham solution. Farmers will continue to be ruined, the economy will be left behind internationally. Deloitte estimates that CBAM will make a VW Golf up to €1,500 more expensive, and even wheat 7% more expensive due to higher fertilizer prices. The CO2-Certificates and CBAM will have no influence on the earth's temperature anyway and are to be abolished without replacement. Everything else is flammable. Germany needs the AfD. Europe needs the ESN.

Madam President, Attention, dear citizens! Now, besides the Green Deal also another Blue Deal arise. It should start with the European Water Resilience Strategy. The climate is to blame again. This strategy requires that you all use drastically less water. But not only you, but also agriculture and industry. And to help you handle water more efficiently, it encourages you to increase the price of water. What does that remind you of? Perhaps because of the sharp rise in energy prices. Green Deal? We have had the Water Framework Directive since 2000. We at ESN reject any further EU interference in our water policy. The European Union often presents itself as a guarantor of progress and efficiency. But in reality, we are experiencing a course of destruction of our livelihoods through overregulation. Europe needs the ESN. And Germany needs the AfD.

Madam President, Germany is losing its energy-intensive industry – and thus jobs, innovation and the future. According to the DIHK, gas prices are up to seven times more expensive and electricity prices up to five times more expensive than in other competing countries. More than half of the large companies are thinking about emigrating. And this is not a German problem – it is a European disaster in slow motion. The real cause is not mentioned by the Commission today – it is the Green Deal! Emissions trading, bureaucracy, pressure to decarbonise and an overheated expansion of renewable energies – these are forcing industry to its knees. Why is Ursula von der Leyen doing this? Now she wants to save with 100 billion euros of tax money, which she herself destroyed? Ursula von der Leyen and her commission are not the fire brigade – they are the arsonists. The Green Deal was doomed to failure from the outset. Your new Clean Industrial Deal will make things worse. Put an end to this mistake. We finally need real environmental protection again, and our companies need their freedom back, otherwise the European Union will perish. Germany needs the AfD, and Europe needs the ESN.

Madam President, On February 12, a horrific massacre took place in the Congo: 70 Christians – men, women and children – were abducted by the Islamist ADF militia and murdered in a barbaric manner with machetes and hammers. This Islamist brutality in the Congo is not an isolated case. I would like to thank the Commission for making this terror a topic here and for finally standing up for religious freedom and the safety of Christians. In the Congo, 95% of the population is Christian, in Europe it is 72%. Despite this overwhelming majority, they are deliberately erased. Islamist murders such as those in Aschaffenburg, Mannheim and Solingen are also a cruel reality. My sympathy goes out to all the victims and relatives here, in the Congo and around the world. The EU must deal with this violence. It must be a Christian advocate – with secure borders, clear hardship against Islamists and real protection. Germany needs the AfD, and Europe needs the ESN.

Madam President, Donald Trump has withdrawn from the Paris climate agreement. That's why we should all celebrate him today. He cleans up with the most powerful climate fairy tale, with which all state raids and restrictions on freedom are justified. The climate fairy tale tells that people are acutely endangered by a rise in global temperature of more than 1.5 degrees. This happened last year and nothing happened. The fairy tale tells that the CO2–It is people's fault and therefore everything must be done to reduce it. This too has been refuted. Man cannot bring about a desired temperature. And by the way: The average annual temperature in 2021 was 10.5 degrees in Germany and 25 degrees in India, the most populous country. How can it be that the Indians were able to thrive and survive so well with an average temperature almost 15 degrees higher? The ESN and the AfD say: Stop driving our citizens into poverty and fear! Stop the Paris Climate Agreement!

Mr President! Yes, we had a heat record in 2024. The global average temperature was 1.6 degrees above pre-industrial levels. Well, what? A warmer climate has always been a blessing for humans. Only technical inventions make it possible for us to survive in colder regions. Cold is the killer for people, not the heat that is at stake today. Due to the current severe cold, the German authorities have issued warnings. Citizens should be prepared for a persistent cold, which keeps emergency services on high alert. The frost leads to a significant increase in gas and electricity consumption. In 2023, 5.5 million people lived in Germany, who considered that they could not keep their house and apartment adequately warm due to financial reasons. In Germany, power outages are also to be expected – a cruel fiasco. In earlier times, there were significant climate fluctuations even without human carbon dioxide emissions. In the medieval warm period, it was about as warm in Europe as it is today. The warming in the last 20 years has to do with the fact that the sun shines longer. Sunshine hours in Europe alone have increased by 250 hours a year. Since 2020, the International Maritime Organization has banned the use of high-sulfur fuels for ships. NASA scientists found that cloud formation decreased as a result, and warming since 2020 has been about 80 percent due to this measure. This is all part of the climate debate. But these findings are being suppressed because governments are turning their attention to CO2 emissions.2enrich taxes, emission allowances and other things. This money is withdrawn from the citizens and diverted through subsidies from wind turbines, solar systems, heat pumps and partly dubious climate projects. There is a lot to uncover here. Germany needs the AfD...

Mr President! If you want to completely change a house, you tear down the old one and build a whole new one. The House of Europe has been deliberately demolished for years. The Green Deal is the demolition ball. The peoples of the European Union are at the mercy of this destruction without protection. We must finally grasp the agenda behind it and immediately end this generally dangerous policy based on scientific lies. Why does this happen? Who and what is behind it? What should be rebuilt here in Europe after the demolition of the economy and agriculture? The European Commission continues to justify its climate policy with scientific errors that have long been refuted. This is a scandal, dear citizens. They are first made poor for this agenda and then expropriated. The claim that humans are to blame for climate change is false. Your green deal, Ursula von der Leyen, doesn't just belong in the trash can. It's time for a new committee of inquiry. Germany needs the AfD, and the European Union needs the ESN.

Mr President! A French short story about a simple shepherd in Provence. At the beginning of the 20th century, in a completely desolate region, he decided to plant 100 oak trees every day. Over many years, it plants not only oaks, but also other trees, and over time, a lush forest grows. The trees hold the groundwater, and the land becomes fertile again. People are returning, the villages are flourishing, and the region is coming back to life. Climate policy, on the other hand, destroys our competitiveness, corrupts our landscape with wind turbines and solar parks. Our citizens, businesses and farmers are financially ruined by climate taxes, overwhelmed by conditions and regulations, and made ill by scaremongering – even our children. This must be stopped immediately! Planting trees is the scientifically proven, simplest, most natural, most humane and most effective environmental protection. Germany needs the AfD, and the European Union needs the ESN.

Mr President! Today we are talking about the organised destruction of our economic livelihoods – we are finally sounding the alarm. Even Draghi warned about mass poverty in the EU two weeks ago. Yes, against mass poverty due to regulatory madness here in the European Union. In the last five years alone, 13 000 legal acts have been adopted here, many of which can only be implemented with the greatest effort. A single example: The Coffee Association in Germany has calculated that 160,000 hours are needed for the manual input of data relating to the new Deforestation Ordinance on the PC alone – only for typing. Everything has to be put to the test here, we can't continue like this. The goal of sustainable development based on a competitive market economy was completely missed. Germany needs the AfD, and the European Union needs the ESN.

Madam President, In Europe, anti-Christian hate crimes are on the rise on a frightening scale. Who are the perpetrators? The OSCE reports that the majority of these cases originate from far-left political groups such as Antifa, radical feminists and LGBTIQ groups. And this is shameful and indicative of the loss of democracy in Europe and the increasing intolerance in the left-wing political spectrum. An example shows what it's all about: Ben Dybowski said in a mandatory diversity training that he believes in traditional marriage, that life begins with conception, and that he opposes stoning homosexual men under Sharia law. The next day, he was fired for hate speech. We from the AfD and the ESN call on the Commission to fully restore and protect the right to the free expression of fundamental Christian positions. Germany needs the AfD and Europe needs the ESN.

Madam President, Commissioner! What we are witnessing here in the European Union is an unprecedented battle against the car. Or is it a struggle for the 15 minute cities and against the freedom of movement of our citizens? So far, the fight against the car has been hidden behind opaque CO2limit values. These have been established by the European Union since 2010. Currently, a limit value of 95 grams of CO applies.2 per kilometre for newly registered cars. For each additional gram in the fleet average, the car manufacturer must pay a fine of 95 euros per new car directly to Brussels. In order to reduce fleet averages, many electric cars have to be sold, which are arbitrarily sold by the European Union at zero grams of CO.2emissions have been determined. Now, however, sales of electric cars have slumped brutally. The fines are in the billions. In the year 2035 comes the death blow of the combustion car, because then a value of zero grams of CO2emissions per kilometre. Who hasn't paid attention in this house? This must be reversed immediately. We at the AfD voted against this regulation from the outset. Germany needs the AfD, and Europe needs the ESN.

Mr President! Our economy in the European Union is on fire. In Germany, agriculture and the automotive industry are being buried. Competitiveness is still being destroyed for an absurd climate rescue policy based on false climate models. The European Union is just getting rid of itself. This is why the European Council must now address this issue this month. The real causes are the Green Deal and climate laws. This is where the solution is obvious. These must be terminated immediately! You're wrong. We at ESN call for a return to evidence-based real environmental protection. By the way: The AfD had voted against the climate laws from the outset, and now it is clear how right we were. Germany needs the AfD, and the European Union needs the ESN!

Mr President! Today we are talking about a serious topic, namely droughts and extreme weather events. The current flood reminds us of the catastrophe in Germany three years ago in the Ahr Valley. 135 people were killed, and they could still be alive. The European Flood Warning Authority (EFAS) had already sent a serious warning to Germany days earlier; No authority took them seriously, the population was not warned. Another policy failure is that the Ahr valley was densely populated near the river, where there had already been a similar flood in 1804 and 1910. In addition to the terrible experiences, billions of dollars of damage are done to local communities every time. Weather and political failure are the cause here, not climate change. My ESN group strongly refuses to speak of a global increase in extreme weather events caused by climate change. We also refuse to constantly scare and scare the entire world's population. Now it gets really interesting: In the IPCC's current assessment report, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) states in its twelfth chapter on page 1856 that there is no increase in floods, heavy rains and droughts worldwide due to the data available so far. And this report also shows that no increase is to be expected even by the end of this century. How does all this fit together? What has actually increased are baseless claims by politicians falsely linking global warming to extreme weather events. The climate has always changed. The hope for a perfect, stable climate is just as pointless as the idea that the weather can be the same every day. Climate change cannot be controlled by humans, let alone global temperature. Even if we do not have any CO2 emissions in the EU from 2050 onwards2If we were to emit more emissions, that would not change anything at all about the climate and weather events. But climate laws are ruining our economy and destroying the livelihoods of millions of families. Anything to change the climate? Or is it about power and profit interests? That is the crucial question here.
