Madam President, ladies and gentlemen. The topic of the death penalty is very emotional and touches on millennia-old traditions on all continents. But here, too, the incompetent commission believes once again that it has absolute truth and feels that it has global responsibility. For the Commission, the death penalty is in principle and always cruel, inhumane and without deterrent effect. It even calls for a global ban. The Commission does not distinguish between death sentences for political reasons and crimes such as bestial murders, such as migrantizide or the cruel murder of children. And if I'm already with cruel Islamist murderers: Today marks the anniversary of the bloody deed of Aschaffenburg – a small boy and a hurrying adult were cruelly killed. The question is therefore admissible: Why shouldn't these inhumans fulfill their most ardent desire to enter Paradise as martyrs to their 72 virgins? Israel shows us a fairly effective practice in this existential question. So that we don't get it wrong: We reject capital punishments because this judgment is usually irreversible in the event of errors of law. Nevertheless, in our opinion, every country has the right to decide for itself whether to use the death penalty. How to say so nicely: Other countries, other customs. This discussion shows once again the whole double standard of this EU: The noses of Belarus and China are battered and overlooked by the US, Japan or Saudi Arabia – as good economic partners, of course. The EU is targeting Iran with this debate. Yes, the mullahs' regime is brutal, imposing death sentences that do not meet our ideas of the rule of law. The truth is that Khomeini came to power from French asylum in 1979. Well-rested, cooked-steeled to haunt a free country and its people as an Islamic Republic. Here, too, the West has failed colossally, and today we have the mess with Iran. This EU should deal with problems other than the death penalty. If the EU constantly insists on the rule of law worldwide, it should first turn its back on its own doorstep. Does anyone else follow the Maastricht criteria? Does the Dublin procedure work anywhere? Does anyone still pay attention to the limits of debt? No. The EU should focus on what is important: a stable economy and currency, good relations with the US, Russia and China and securing our trade routes. After that, we'll continue to see.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen. The debate on Greenland reveals the collective incapacity of this EU. Donald Trump brutally shows us all this incapacity. We should learn from this for the future. But this incompetent EU imagines itself at war with Russia, Kallas and others currently snub China, and as the crowning glory this EU now enters into conflict with the USA. The truth is: Greenland's status is the result of military power and political coercion. Greenland was colonised, the original Greenlanders had to endure euthanasia programs until a few decades ago. This is not an American mind game, this is a European reality. The US rightly has no confidence in the resilience of an increasingly Islamized Europe. Trump creates facts through military strength. We are no longer able to do this. And that this EU has not immediately responded diplomatically to Trump's advances on Greenland since he took office shows one thing: They still don't take Trump seriously. This is a historic mistake that could cost Denmark dearly.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen. In fact, the report would have to be rejected already, because it still leads the wrong way. Green Deal follow. But under the slogan efficiency, another bureaucratic monster is created here. Only this time it should not even be properly monitored. Incredible, but that's how it is. InvestEU is already an opaque apparatus that hides risks. But instead of finally creating order, there is a serious need for fewer reporting obligations. This corrupt EU is now also openly demanding less transparency for a program that handles billions of dollars that the taxpayer ultimately bears. Every sports club, on the other hand, has to settle more cleanly than this EU with this report. So we should nod off an even bigger EU guarantee based on even less information with even more diffuse responsibilities. Anyone who builds such constructs creates the basis for abuse. Mrs. von der Leyen will certainly be pleased. It is constantly claimed that InvestEU is mobilising enormous private funds. In reality, the numbers are inflated, the effects are overestimated and the risks end up with the citizens who are not even asked. Ladies and gentlemen, this Parliament should finally stop blindly agreeing to any paper that says something about Europe. This report is not about efficiency, but about shifting power, lack of transparency and financial irresponsibility. Anyone who considers this to be progress has lost contact with reality and is promoting corruption. The AfD, the ESN Group say clearly: Rejection.

Mr President! Dear colleagues! What is presented to us here as a budget is the completed socialist planned economy. The new EUSR is emerging. It is fantasized about harmonisation, flexibility in the budget, competition boosters. There is only one thing to look for in this seven-year plan: Ideas that save Europeans' tax money. The next EU seven-year plan is expected to cover the gigantic sum of over €2,000 billion. Money squeezed from European taxpayers to pursue Green Socialist policies, to fight freedom of expression, to lead once free people from sovereign European nations into the servitude of the von der Leyens. We should cut the next budget in half. We should halve the bureaucracy of this EU. We should save, save, save. But this EU is dysfunctional, invasive, undemocratic. This will not change the planned doubling of the budget, on the contrary. This EU does not need more money, but a reset as a common economic space. The less money this Commission gets into its corrupt fingers, the better it is for the people of Europe.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen. For years, Brussels has been talking about abolishing the time change, and nothing happens. People have said by an overwhelming majority: We want the end of this nonsense. The so-called European Parliament voted in 2019 in one of its few bright moments for the abolition of the time change, and yet we continue to turn the clock twice a year. Why? The Commission believes that because the Council is blocking the EU and it is not possible to agree on whether there should be a permanent summer or winter time. ‘Seriously?’ can only be asked here. Once again, it is clear how incapable this European Union is of action. The will of the citizens is ignored, decisions are delayed, responsibility is not assumed, but pushed back and forth. The EU fails on such a profane topic as the time change and hides behind excuses. The fact is: The people of Europe no longer want a pointless time change, and if the EU does not make it, then the nation states must finally act. Politics must solve problems, politics must not manage problems. So, what are we waiting for? To the next time change? The Commissioner gave me a hopeful vote today. Your words were very important indeed. I'm glad you put it so clearly. I thank you for this, and we hope that we will soon be living in a time together without having to turn times back and forth once or twice a year.

Mr. Sieper, I think even you notice that we now have very good information opportunities, including through social media, and you can read everything there. I have just described the circumstances: We have to ask ourselves in Germany – I was talking about Germany, not other European countries – how far we have, so to speak, internalised the democratic rules of the game, practiced them, and whether we are not well on our way to following Belarus, so to speak, in its anti-democracy.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen. Today we are talking about Belarus and election fraud. What distinguishes Belarusian society from, shall we say, the Federal Republic of Germany? In Belarus, opposition activists are being fought, in the FRG, opposition activists are not even allowed to vote, as happened to my AfD colleague Joachim Paul for the election in Ludwigshafen. In Belarus, state television praises President Lukashenko, in the FRG we have a state radio that praises the government and systematically excludes and defames the opposition. In Belarus, opposition figures are under pressure, while in the FRG, the opposition is directly persecuted and monitored by the domestic intelligence service, with the aim of banning the opposition altogether – unique in Western Europe. So: The differences are at most gradual, with a slight advantage for Belarus. Ladies and gentlemen, Lukashenko is President, Zichanouskaja is not a saint, and Germany is more and more like the GDR. Therefore, we should first turn at our own door before we rise above countries and give advice.

Madam President, I do not know whether you have raised the question of German Marshall Fund It was written by Soros himself. I don't know if you've just been there. If you had listened to me: I never talked about it, but it was clearly about the right. We have to get the right, otherwise no one will invest in our beautiful Europe. I hope you understood that correctly.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen. What the Commission is planning here is a political breach of the dam. The right to property is not a decoration, but a fundamental right in democracies. The Commission constantly calls for the rule of law, but even breaks fundamental rules if it considers it opportune. Those who act in this way are ruining trust in Europe as a financial centre for generations to come. Capital usually flows only where there is legal certainty, but the Commission sends a fatal signal. Political interests are more important than law. The EU would thus become a financial rogue state. While the Commission wants to scam Russian billions, it is silent on the failure of the rule of law in its own Member States. Example: A Polish court acquits a suspected Nord Stream bomber and legitimises state terrorism – the Commission has so far made no mention of this. Ladies and gentlemen, peace does not come from breaking the law, and security does not come from hypocrisy. St. Anthony said more than 1,600 years ago: "Take away the right – what is a state other than a large band of robbers?" You should think about it, Commissioner, and also about the fact that the US is not involved in this breach of law.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen. The recent peace agreement in the Middle East is a historic event. Peace was not prepared in Brussels, not in the bodies of this EU, not in the European Council – no, while this EU palavers with values and devotes itself with full force to rearmament against Russia, real statesmen create facts. Donald Trump is making peace. The peace agreement in the Middle East shows: Resolute diplomacy is needed, and the will for peace is needed. It also shows: This EU is outside – with the exception of Viktor Orbán. It is all the more absurd that politicians like Macron, Sánchez or Merz wanted to celebrate in Egypt, while in their home countries they court the imported violence of the Islamists and allow demonstrations against Jewish fellow citizens. Let's not fool ourselves: The world is rearranging itself. This EU of the von der Leyens and Eurocrats is a spectator. The fact is: In the end, history will reward those who fight for peace, for coexistence. The rest, as you know, punishes life.

Madam President, Commissioner, ladies and gentlemen, It is true that diseases transmitted by mosquitoes and ticks are a major problem, especially in developing countries. And yes, their distribution in Europe will increase if temperatures rise by 3 degrees by the end of the century, as predicted. Nevertheless, diseases such as malaria and dengue fever correlate much more strongly with poverty than with temperature. The eradication of poverty is therefore the best prevention of such diseases. Ask Bjørn Lomborg about this Copenhagen Consensus Center or the UN Development programmes. But the Green Deal The EU is slowing down economic growth in Europe and destroying our industrial base, the foundation of our prosperity. It is no wonder that the rest of the world has abandoned the Paris climate agreement and its promise to limit global warming to well below two degrees. While only the United States has formally left the agreement, many other signatory states are silently relinquishing their obligations. Mexico's President Claudia Sheinbaum has expanded her country's oil and gas industry, Brazil is doing the same. These countries have understood that no challenge, including mosquito and tick-borne diseases, can be better addressed by a poorer population. This is exactly what we have become in this EU under the climate regime. We have become poorer. The Green Deal The EU needs to be brought to an end so that people in Europe can return to prosperity and, of course, be healthier.

You are the Chair of the Barbarossa Committee here in the House. They never tire of preparing us, so to speak, for the attack on Russia. On the other hand, you are close to the defense industry. My question is simple: Can you tell us, can you tell Parliament, can you tell the public, how much you earn annually from the arms industry in commissions, or can I read this in some register?

Madam President, Mr Prime Minister, ladies and gentlemen. Green climate ideology makes Europe an industrial museum. The diversity of the regions becomes a zoo for visitors from Asia. In Germany, Jews are once again being chased through the streets, favored by the immigration of many anti-Semites. That's incomprehensible. And now, as the culmination of this EU, the Europeans of mind control by means of Chat control are subjected to. What a dystopian reality! But this is Europe. In recent debates over the expropriation of Russian assets, Luxembourg's Prime Minister Luc Frieden has rightly expressed skepticism. The Prime Minister warns that one cannot simply expropriate the assets of a state without any legal basis. What's more: With the confiscation of Russian assets and assets, the financial centre of Europe will be permanently destroyed. No investor will ever have confidence in the European financial markets again. In the end, this mafia policy of European taxpayers also stands out. What Europe really needs is not suicidal immigration and economic policies. Europe needs to become peaceful again, Europe needs to become more right-wing. President Trump shows us how. The new Europe should dare more USA.

Madam President, The very, very High Representative is ten minutes late for this important debate: It is also a disrespect for this sham parliament. What Kallas knows to report is quite a lot of whirled crap. The only right thing she said: The war in Ukraine cannot be won. Ukraine cannot win this war. Why doesn't Kallas report on how Ukraine's corrupt regime is attacking our infrastructure? And when the rapporteur Gahler, CDU, talks about Russia's final victory, it seems to come deep out of his consciousness to finally take revenge on Russia for the results of the Second World War. That is disgusting, Mr Gahler, that is disgusting, be ashamed!

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, European Citizens' Initiative: That sounds good at first. But what is behind it, who is funding it? The themes are about words such as green, sustainable – all instruments from the woken torture cellar. Who will get 1 million signatures? I myself come from Saxony – 4 million inhabitants. We will find it difficult to reach 1 million signatures in Saxony. And the goal: Equality of Regions. Again such a concept of struggle. And these regions should have access to EU funds. Since when does the Commission respect national differences, is the question, when it basically wants the EU unitary state? We already have enough EU funds where no one knows who is applying for it and what the money is used for. I would have a better suggestion, ladies and gentlemen: Citizens’ initiative – direct election of Commission presidents by citizens. Let us throw the corrupt von der Leyen out of office today and start tomorrow with the direct election of a genuine democratic representation of Europeans.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, my dear son Maximilian! The EIB's 2024 annual report shows once again how far the EU has moved away from the needs of its citizens. While our economy suffers from inflation, energy costs, rising taxes and more and more bureaucracy, the EIB is mainly distributing billions for ever new climate projects. 2024: 50 billion – almost 60% of the total investment – in climate fraud, which primarily costs jobs and permanently weakens our industry. At the same time, with the Global Gateway strategy Billions burned in infrastructure projects in Africa and Asia, while bridges collapse in Europe, young Europeans can no longer afford housing – it is a shame. As an AfD/ESN group, we say quite clearly: The EIB must massively correct its course and refocus on investment in the European real economy. Stop the green climate fraud, stop the redistribution of German taxpayers' money to the rest of the world. Not ideological airlocks, but a competitive economy ensures the prosperity of Europeans. The EIB should take the US as an example – Donald Trump has only just declared the climate fraud ended again today.

Mrs. Colleague, thank you very much! They talked about peace in the EU. I perceive this quite differently in the Barbarossa, i.e. in the Defense Committee: There, in regular unity, there is talk of war ability, war ability. Their party leader and our chancellor spoke of the fact that Israel is currently doing the dirty work for us. How does this fit together, once the rhetoric of war, rearmament, war ability and the rumour of peace that you are presenting here? How does this fit together?

Mr. Colleague, thank you for accepting the question! I do not know which country you come from, but I come from the largest Member State, the strongest Member State of the EU, and I do not find that the citizens of my country want more EU in the majority. So that's for classification. You spoke of Ukraine's victory, and Ukraine's victory depends on its membership of the EU. Are you aware that you currently have one of the largest corrupt regimes in the government there, which together with Bandera, i.e. with former fascist admirers, form the government? Do you really want this country at the price of this community in the...

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen. Colleague Kelleher ran away right away – I would have told him now that we, as Germans, know what dystopia is. Dystopia sits in his faction and is called Strack carpenter. What is being sold to us by the Eurocrats as progress is, in reality, a dangerous error that makes people unfree. The Commissioner has just tried to show us all a beautiful fairy tale dressed in words. Digital markets – we say yes! Yes, if freedom and fair competition are promoted. But what does this EU do? It overregulates, it hinders innovation and thus strengthens the tech corporations, which are already too powerful. The so-called digital euro is not a harmless technical innovation in the style of cryptocurrency. It is the entry into total control over our money, over the money of the Europeans and thus over our lives. Cash will soon become a thing of the past, thus burying the freedom of European citizens. This cannot be done with us in the ESN Group. What happens when citizens buy fake books, donate to a politically disliked party, or simply buy too much meat? Then the people of the digital money tap will be turned off by some Eurocrats in the future here in Brussels. What about digital identity? This sounds like comfort, but in reality it is the starting signal for the glass slave of the commission. Money, consumer behaviour, travel, vaccination status, political views – all centrally linked, all accessible. The glass man the Commission dreams of. Anyone who has access to this data has power. And those who believe that this power is not abused by Eurocrats have learned nothing from history. Technology must be at the service of freedom, not at the service of control. No digital euro, no digital idea, no surveillance by the Commission's Eurocrats!
