InvestEU is already an opaque apparatus that hides risks. But instead of finally creating order, there is a serious need for fewer reporting obligations. This corrupt EU is now also openly demanding less transparency for a program that handles billions of dollars that the taxpayer ultimately bears. Every sports club, on the other hand, has to settle more cleanly than this EU with this report. So we should nod off an even bigger EU guarantee based on even less information with even more diffuse responsibilities. Anyone who builds such constructs creates the basis for abuse. Mrs. von der Leyen will certainly be pleased. It is constantly claimed that InvestEU is mobilising enormous private funds. In reality, the numbers are inflated, the effects are overestimated and the risks end up with the citizens who are not even asked. Ladies and gentlemen, this Parliament should finally stop blindly agreeing to any paper that says something about Europe. This report is not about efficiency, but about shifting power, lack of transparency and financial irresponsibility. Anyone who considers this to be progress has lost contact with reality and is promoting corruption. The AfD, the ESN Group say clearly: Rejection.

Mr President! Dear colleagues! What is presented to us here as a budget is the completed socialist planned economy. The new EUSR is emerging. It is fantasized about harmonisation, flexibility in the budget, competition boosters. There is only one thing to look for in this seven-year plan: Ideas that save Europeans' tax money. The next EU seven-year plan is expected to cover the gigantic sum of over €2,000 billion. Money squeezed from European taxpayers to pursue Green Socialist policies, to fight freedom of expression, to lead once free people from sovereign European nations into the servitude of the von der Leyens. We should cut the next budget in half. We should halve the bureaucracy of this EU. We should save, save, save. But this EU is dysfunctional, invasive, undemocratic. This will not change the planned doubling of the budget, on the contrary. This EU does not need more money, but a reset as a common economic space. The less money this Commission gets into its corrupt fingers, the better it is for the people of Europe.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen. For years, Brussels has been talking about abolishing the time change, and nothing happens. People have said by an overwhelming majority: We want the end of this nonsense. The so-called European Parliament voted in 2019 in one of its few bright moments for the abolition of the time change, and yet we continue to turn the clock twice a year. Why? The Commission believes that because the Council is blocking the EU and it is not possible to agree on whether there should be a permanent summer or winter time. ‘Seriously?’ can only be asked here. Once again, it is clear how incapable this European Union is of action. The will of the citizens is ignored, decisions are delayed, responsibility is not assumed, but pushed back and forth. The EU fails on such a profane topic as the time change and hides behind excuses. The fact is: The people of Europe no longer want a pointless time change, and if the EU does not make it, then the nation states must finally act. Politics must solve problems, politics must not manage problems. So, what are we waiting for? To the next time change? The Commissioner gave me a hopeful vote today. Your words were very important indeed. I'm glad you put it so clearly. I thank you for this, and we hope that we will soon be living in a time together without having to turn times back and forth once or twice a year.

Mr. Sieper, I think even you notice that we now have very good information opportunities, including through social media, and you can read everything there. I have just described the circumstances: We have to ask ourselves in Germany – I was talking about Germany, not other European countries – how far we have, so to speak, internalised the democratic rules of the game, practiced them, and whether we are not well on our way to following Belarus, so to speak, in its anti-democracy.

In Belarus, opposition figures are under pressure, while in the FRG, the opposition is directly persecuted and monitored by the domestic intelligence service, with the aim of banning the opposition altogether – unique in Western Europe. So: The differences are at most gradual, with a slight advantage for Belarus. Ladies and gentlemen, Lukashenko is President, Zichanouskaja is not a saint, and Germany is more and more like the GDR. Therefore, we should first turn at our own door before we rise above countries and give advice.

Capital usually flows only where there is legal certainty, but the Commission sends a fatal signal. Political interests are more important than law. The EU would thus become a financial rogue state. While the Commission wants to scam Russian billions, it is silent on the failure of the rule of law in its own Member States. Example: A Polish court acquits a suspected Nord Stream bomber and legitimises state terrorism – the Commission has so far made no mention of this. Ladies and gentlemen, peace does not come from breaking the law, and security does not come from hypocrisy. St. Anthony said more than 1,600 years ago: "Take away the right – what is a state other than a large band of robbers?" You should think about it, Commissioner, and also about the fact that the US is not involved in this breach of law.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen. The recent peace agreement in the Middle East is a historic event. Peace was not prepared in Brussels, not in the bodies of this EU, not in the European Council – no, while this EU palavers with values and devotes itself with full force to rearmament against Russia, real statesmen create facts. Donald Trump is making peace. The peace agreement in the Middle East shows: Resolute diplomacy is needed, and the will for peace is needed. It also shows: This EU is outside – with the exception of Viktor Orbán. It is all the more absurd that politicians like Macron, Sánchez or Merz wanted to celebrate in Egypt, while in their home countries they court the imported violence of the Islamists and allow demonstrations against Jewish fellow citizens. Let's not fool ourselves: The world is rearranging itself. This EU of the von der Leyens and Eurocrats is a spectator. The fact is: In the end, history will reward those who fight for peace, for coexistence. The rest, as you know, punishes life.

Madam President, Commissioner, ladies and gentlemen, It is true that diseases transmitted by mosquitoes and ticks are a major problem, especially in developing countries. And yes, their distribution in Europe will increase if temperatures rise by 3 degrees by the end of the century, as predicted. Nevertheless, diseases such as malaria and dengue fever correlate much more strongly with poverty than with temperature. The eradication of poverty is therefore the best prevention of such diseases. Ask Bjørn Lomborg about this Copenhagen Consensus Center or the UN Development programmes. But the Green Deal The EU is slowing down economic growth in Europe and destroying our industrial base, the foundation of our prosperity. It is no wonder that the rest of the world has abandoned the Paris climate agreement and its promise to limit global warming to well below two degrees. While only the United States has formally left the agreement, many other signatory states are silently relinquishing their obligations. Mexico's President Claudia Sheinbaum has expanded her country's oil and gas industry, Brazil is doing the same. These countries have understood that no challenge, including mosquito and tick-borne diseases, can be better addressed by a poorer population. This is exactly what we have become in this EU under the climate regime. We have become poorer. The Green Deal The EU needs to be brought to an end so that people in Europe can return to prosperity and, of course, be healthier.

You are the Chair of the Barbarossa Committee here in the House. They never tire of preparing us, so to speak, for the attack on Russia. On the other hand, you are close to the defense industry. My question is simple: Can you tell us, can you tell Parliament, can you tell the public, how much you earn annually from the arms industry in commissions, or can I read this in some register?

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, European Citizens' Initiative: That sounds good at first. But what is behind it, who is funding it? The themes are about words such as green, sustainable – all instruments from the woken torture cellar. Who will get 1 million signatures? I myself come from Saxony – 4 million inhabitants. We will find it difficult to reach 1 million signatures in Saxony. And the goal: Equality of Regions. Again such a concept of struggle. And these regions should have access to EU funds. Since when does the Commission respect national differences, is the question, when it basically wants the EU unitary state? We already have enough EU funds where no one knows who is applying for it and what the money is used for. I would have a better suggestion, ladies and gentlemen: Citizens’ initiative – direct election of Commission presidents by citizens. Let us throw the corrupt von der Leyen out of office today and start tomorrow with the direct election of a genuine democratic representation of Europeans.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, my dear son Maximilian! The EIB's 2024 annual report shows once again how far the EU has moved away from the needs of its citizens. While our economy suffers from inflation, energy costs, rising taxes and more and more bureaucracy, the EIB is mainly distributing billions for ever new climate projects. 2024: 50 billion – almost 60% of the total investment – in climate fraud, which primarily costs jobs and permanently weakens our industry. At the same time, with the Global Gateway strategy Billions burned in infrastructure projects in Africa and Asia, while bridges collapse in Europe, young Europeans can no longer afford housing – it is a shame. As an AfD/ESN group, we say quite clearly: The EIB must massively correct its course and refocus on investment in the European real economy. Stop the green climate fraud, stop the redistribution of German taxpayers' money to the rest of the world. Not ideological airlocks, but a competitive economy ensures the prosperity of Europeans. The EIB should take the US as an example – Donald Trump has only just declared the climate fraud ended again today.

Dystopia sits in his faction and is called Strack carpenter. What is being sold to us by the Eurocrats as progress is, in reality, a dangerous error that makes people unfree. The Commissioner has just tried to show us all a beautiful fairy tale dressed in words. Digital markets – we say yes! Yes, if freedom and fair competition are promoted. But what does this EU do? It overregulates, it hinders innovation and thus strengthens the tech corporations, which are already too powerful. The so-called digital euro is not a harmless technical innovation in the style of cryptocurrency. It is the entry into total control over our money, over the money of the Europeans and thus over our lives. Cash will soon become a thing of the past, thus burying the freedom of European citizens. This cannot be done with us in the ESN Group. What happens when citizens buy fake books, donate to a politically disliked party, or simply buy too much meat? Then the people of the digital money tap will be turned off by some Eurocrats in the future here in Brussels. What about digital identity? This sounds like comfort, but in reality it is the starting signal for the glass slave of the commission. Money, consumer behaviour, travel, vaccination status, political views – all centrally linked, all accessible. The glass man the Commission dreams of. Anyone who has access to this data has power. And those who believe that this power is not abused by Eurocrats have learned nothing from history. Technology must be at the service of freedom, not at the service of control. No digital euro, no digital idea, no surveillance by the Commission's Eurocrats!

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen. The rail disaster of Tempi two years ago has still not been resolved, as massive protests by millions of Greeks have once again impressively demonstrated. There are still open questions that need to be clarified. Why did the police take such sloppy evidence? How can it be that the then responsible transport minister Karamanlis resigned, but was back in the political arena a little later? When will the partially dilapidated route network on an important route between Athens and Thessaloniki finally be modernized? On the other hand, we spend billions on equipment as our infrastructure disintegrates. It is also noteworthy that the European Public Prosecutor's Office has investigated, and yet to this day hardly anything has been clarified, even though the tragedy was more than two years ago. It is a European disgrace. The ESN Group calls for a full investigation of the accident and a conviction of those responsible – we owe this to the 57 dead. No one wants to hear more excuses about the causes, that only a small railway keeper is to blame or that the economic crisis is just to blame. We will critically accompany the Political Commissioner Tzitzikostas in clarifying and improving the situation.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, my dear compatriots, dear citizens of Leipzig! First of all, today, on 17 June, I would like to commemorate my brave compatriots who opposed Stalinism, socialist oppression, in 1953. Many of them were murdered or persecuted or broken throughout their lives. It is therefore a shame that barbaric socialism is on the rise again in Europe today. As a rule, big promises in the European Union come with big money, and the European Ocean Pact is no exception. Everyday things like responsible environmental protection are more likely to be underfunded. To secure funding, you need a really big, insane project that spans the entire globe. We justify this development by claiming that: global leader to be. However, given our stagnant startup culture and weaknesses in future technologies, other countries are increasingly less inclined to follow our example. For example, under the Trump administration, the United States has halted offshore wind projects and is instead relying on intensive support for fossil energy production – Keyword Drill, baby, drill. Bravo! However, climate policy is not only to the detriment of the economy, but also distracts important resources from nature conservation projects. For example, wind farms hinder nature conservation and tie up funds that could instead benefit small, environmentally friendly fisheries or better monitoring of marine protected areas. This system-distorting agenda is justified by a so-called climate emergency, which the EU alone considers an existential threat. Considering that the Commission seems to be more afraid of CO2 It was before the nuclear war with Russia. We have it here with this OceanPact obviously to do with climate madness.

What's more: The Commission is lying to people: The sanctions against Russia do not work, nor were the Russians an unreliable trading partner before the Commission decided on Europe's economic suicide. Where trade is conducted for mutual benefit – that was once the strength of Germany – there is usually no shooting at each other. I commend Donald Trump's prudent interest policy. Donald Trump is even thinking about repairing and operating Nord Stream 2 together with the Russians. Bravo! Nord Stream 2 as a peace project – a good idea for the new Europe.
