Mrs Donato! Here, too, I reserve the right to issue a call for order. We should really stick to the agenda – a Member of Parliament has enough opportunities. And again: Non-attached Members receive speaking time from the administration. I think it is not unreasonable to expect you to stick to the order of the day and not make such debates the extended workbench of your own disputes.

Mrs Ponsatí Obiols, I have argued on several occasions that if speakers do not stick to the issue, it is up to the political groups. As a non-attached member, you are guaranteed the right to speak by the administration. I'm calling you to order.

However, I would like to point out that the votes on the extension of the term of office of Julia Laffranque as a member of the Committee established by Article 255 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and on the appointment of the Chair of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) are held by secret ballot. Members cast their votes in a traditional way, but the ballot paper they need to receive and sign does not show how they voted, only that they voted electronically. All other votes are roll call votes. Explanations of vote may be submitted in writing. Exceptionally, the explanations of vote may not exceed 400 words. I declare the voting session open. You can vote until 2.15 p.m. The results of this vote will be announced at 4.30 p.m.

On the report by Christian Doleschal on the subject "Environment: the Aarhus Regulation’ (2020/0289(COD)) (A9-0152/2021) has been requested by the rapporteur to speak on this report.

Mr Sinčić, it happens occasionally that even speakers from political groups are not following the agenda. This is the business of the political groups but you are non-inscrit, and you get the speaking time from a structure which is delivered by Parliament. I personally believe that with those people who get speaking time on that ticket we need to guarantee that those people stick to the agenda. I think this was not the case in your case, and I am going to inform the President that we have a closer look at such appearances.

The next item on the agenda is the debate on the report by Elena Kountoura, on behalf of the Committee on Transport and Tourism, on the EU road safety policy framework 2021-2030 – Recommendations for the next steps towards ‘Vision Zero Road Deaths’ (2021/2014(INI)) (A9-0211/2021).

The minutes of the meeting of 13-16 September will be submitted to Parliament for approval at the beginning of the next meeting. If there are no objections, I will forward the resolutions adopted at these meetings to the persons and bodies referred to in these resolutions.
