However, if something as important as the Mercosur agreement and the associated mistrust does not allow von der Leyen time to come to Parliament, but goes to Davos at the World Economic Forum, it is a clear signal to whom these institutions feel personally responsible. That is, not to the countries, not to the Parliament, but to the globalists. And that's not right. There will obviously be changes to be made, and these will be major changes. By then – snow has already fallen and Europe is the most beautiful white, so let's enjoy winter, which is the best time of year for any sincere right-wing person. Dear Sir/Madam, Freedom of speech is a fundamental human right and is protected by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. The DSA - the Digital Services Act - is in clear contradiction with these two acts and is therefore an act allowing for censorship. A totalitarian act that will have to be abolished retroactively, including all the consequences. Also with the 120-million-dollar sentence against Elon Musk, who not only seems to be targeting freedom of speech, but will also have a number of negative consequences for relations between the European Union and the United States of America, which is in the strategic interest of the citizens of the European Union. Therefore, this act, I reject this sentence in its entirety. I wish you a Merry and Blessed Christmas and security, freedom of speech, health, happiness, success and joy in the New Year 2026. Mr President. Europe has become deindustrialised. Reason: green transition, a false green transition based on ideology, manipulation and lies. People have been denied a little ice age and that the Earth is only now warming up to average. They ignored the non-ocene maximum, which was 12 degrees warmer around the world than it is today. Everything is within the bounds of nature, none of it. world boilinga not. And Europe’s green transition is just watermelon; On the outside, it's nice green, on the inside, it's bloody red. In the green transition, only banknotes are green, which, with crazy taxes and bureaucratic measures that stifle European entrepreneurship, flow from those who create them to those who are politically favoured. And that is the essence of socialism, the flow of money from the one who creates it to the one who is politically favored. In order to unleash its development potential, Europe must therefore abandon cultural Marxism, reject the Paris Agreement,2-Coupons and remove all bureaucratic measures of the fake green transition. Madam President! Children are the most vulnerable. They are protected by international instruments in the field of the protection of human rights, which give them the right to develop psychologically, morally, religiously, socially healthy and normal, that the best interests of the child must always come first, and give parents the unlimited right and duty to care for their children and to raise them in accordance with their values. Obviously, this has been forgotten, otherwise it is not possible to understand the act of the European Commission. LGTB+ Strategy 2026-2030, in clear contradiction with the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Declaration of the Rights of the Child and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. That is why I absolutely and completely reject this blatantly unlawful act, full of destructive cultural Marxism for children. Let us give back to our children a safe, innocent and happy childhood. Madam President, honourable! Legally speaking, everything that allows illegal migration is in fact just a crime. Those in Berlin and those in key positions in the European Union who simply suspended part of international law and demanded the same from governments to open up borders did not have this right. No one has that right. That is to say, there was a manifest abuse of office and those in the governments of the succeeding nation states also abused their office and abandoned their duty to act. All of these are criminal offences under the Criminal Code, and those who walk as non-governmental inciting illegal migrants to infiltrate the border are also committing a criminal act, because inciting someone to break the law, and this knowingly, is also a criminal offence. In the end, everything is just ordinary crime, and we have a duty to fight crime, and for this reason we demand responsibility, including criminal responsibility, and re-emigration. Mr President. Europe needs the most positive civilisational shift away from cultural Marxism. We must protect our children from such a destructive LGBT+ ideology. We need to move away from the green transition and from the Paris Agreement, which is based on ideology, and unlock the full development potential. We need to protect our borders and remigrate. Anything that makes illegal immigration possible is in fact a crime. The money thus saved must be used for security and for a good family policy, for more children, for the future of Europe. There is only one true Europe. This is a Europe of nations based on Christianity. God is living you. God lives in Europe. God lives in my homeland.

During and after the Second World War, the socialists committed genocide under a red star against the Slovenian nation, a crime that does not become obsolete. They murdered the flower of the Slovenian nation. In some parts of Slovenia, all men, regardless of age, were murdered to the last. Genocide. The most famous example of this is the Rovte above Logatec. Hatred still drives them to this day, and they do not even allow the bodies of slain babies from the surroundings of Škofja Loka to be broken down, while the remains of 1,450 victims from Macesnova gora lie in bags. The right to the grave is violated, and it is the piety that separates man from animals. Genocide should be condemned. Every victim deserves at least his white cross in the capital and recognition from all those who fought against totalitarianism. God is living you! God is living in Europe! God lives in my homeland.

Mr. President! Freedom of speech is a fundamental human right. Excuses such as protecting citizens from disinformation or persecuting hate speech have been known to all totalitarian regimes and dictators since 1933 and are unacceptable. Every form of censorship means that it is no longer possible to face the right questions and find the right, optimal answers, and therefore every form of censorship is also an anti-developmental one. For this reason, any form of censorship constitutes both a gross, grave violation of fundamental human rights and the destruction of Europe's development potential. That is why the fight to preserve freedom of speech is the most important task we face today in the European Union. God lives you, God lives Europe and God lives my country Slovenia.

Madam President! Freedom of speech is today the most threatened fundamental human right in the European Union. It is therefore essential to put an end to all forms of censorship and to the Digital Services Act, which allows for such censorship. It must be an extremely undemocratic cordon sanitaire. And it is unacceptable to abuse the judiciary to deny someone the right to stand for election. We need complete freedom of speech and respect for the people's electoral choices. We need a return to true values. These are Christian values. God lives you, God lives Europe. God lives in my homeland, Slovenia.

Mr President! Throughout Slovenia's membership of the European Union, the judiciary has clearly been abused to disable the opposition, especially the SDS and its President Janez Janša. First it was the Patria Kafka process, then the now absurd Trento process, something that happened twenty years ago. It always comes back to life before the next election. Judge Radonjić, who exposed the pressures of the deep state, was himself charged for this, dragged into handcuffs and convicted, even though he had a doctor's certificate that he was unable to defend himself in court due to a serious illness. I have provided the European Commission with extensive and reasoned information on all these blatant human rights violations in letters and interviews. However, the European Commission is silent, and in law "Whoever is silent agrees". I therefore call on her to explain how she will take action to ensure that the legal order in Slovenia is also guaranteed and that everyone is guaranteed a fair trial. Madam President! Greetings to all of you. Hungary can serve as an example to Europe in at least two respects. The first is consistent border protection and the rejection of illegal migrants, so Hungary is peaceful and safe, as it could and should be all of Europe if it consistently protected its borders by all legal means. The second is to protect children from such a devastating LGTB+ ideology. I was an observer in a referendum in Hungary, where more than 80 percent of voters chose to protect children. A nation that protects its children in this way has a future. Therefore, honourable Mr Orbán, I wish you and the Republic of Hungary continued successful Presidency of the European Union. To strengthen and preserve Christian Europe, the only true Europe, the Europe of nations. God....

Mr President! The current poor security situation in Europe could not have happened at all if clearly some in key positions had not abused their function and abandoned their duty to act. Both are criminal offences under the Criminal Code. And when the big words about illegal immigration are removed, all that remains is a big crime. The first thing we are asking for, then, is responsibility – the responsibility of those who have put us in the current situation. We need strict respect for the law, the entire legal order, strict border protection by all lawful means. We need remigration, sending all those who abuse the acquis communautaire and asylum legislation back to where they came from. According to the acts of the European Union, according to the basic acts, Europeans have every right to live in safety and with full respect for our personal integrity. And no right of any foreigner can be above that right. So God lives you, God lives Slovenia, God lives Europe.
