Madam President, unless Hamas is out of this world, there will not be peace. So do not attack Israel, which is fighting against terrorism, because they have a right to protect themselves. So first of all, Hamas, and then we can discuss peace.

Mr President, thank you. Dear leftists, you have been attacking President Trump for years. Now you are whining about tariffs. You are not happy that he doesn't want to be your private bodyguard. But it's not Trump's decision to spend money on illegal migrants instead of the army or industry. It's not Trump's fault that you restricted European industry because of your green god and because of your sick ideology. It's not his fault! It's time to be a man. It's time to take care of yourself. It's time to stop wearing dresses and be a man. Put on armour, not a dress. Your laughter will not change the fact that this is your fault. This is your fault: you destroy and make Europe weak. So be a man; be strong; be brave; be like Poland. You're not going to laugh in a minute. Russian drones are flying over Poland and what are you doing? You're having another discussion about helping migrants. And you're laughing. You're not going to laugh for long! That is the problem: you do not understand your position. So stop attacking us, because we are the first in Europe to save Europe, to restore Europe. We are the brave ones! And you have laughter only because you are safe here in this building, in this Parliament. Over a million people will take to the streets of London this Saturday and you will see the unity. You will see the strength of the Patriots. Be brave. Be like Poland.

Because Stalin was the biggest one to kill people of common sense, of values. There is no bigger threat to the world than the communism. And your agenda, your sick agenda – new God, illegal migration – is part of the communist way of thinking. They even call themselves communists. It's like someone would call themselves a fascist or a Nazi. How can you call yourself a communist? This is a shame. I'm going to fight the communists till the end of my life, so help me God.

Madam President, dear leftists, China is laughing. China is laughing at you. Russia is laughing. India is laughing. You know why? Because of your eco-madness, because of your eco-God. We are responsible for 7 % of pollution of the globe. When China is responsible for 30 %, and Madam von der Leyen wants to save the planet with our money! This is madness. This madness will be stopped by people of common sense. We Republicans – we Republicans – we people of common sense, will restore Europe, rebuild Europe. It's your fault, communists. It's your fault. Illegal migrants – it's your fault, communists. Eco-God – it's your fault, communists. So do not be like communists, be like Poland. We're going to give you another King Sobieski very soon. We're going to restore Europe. We're going to rebuild it. So do not be like communists, be like Poland.
Strengthening children’s rights in the EU - 35th anniversary of the adoption of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (debate)

Madam President, dear leftists, we are having this very important debate on children's rights, and I would like to know if you are aware of the greatest threat to our children now: you are. Your sick leftist ideology, gender transition, so-called sex identification. You are the threat. When I was a kid, I thought that I'm a pirate. Thank God my parents did not let me cut off my arm or poke out my eye. What you're doing, what your promotion and your ideology does to the children is: 'Let's cut off your genitals. Now we're going to pretend that you're a girl.' That is why I'm going to fight your sick leftist ideology. I'm going to fight for the right of our children. I'm going to defeat you. And I'm going to make sure that your sick leftist ideology is gone forever. So help me God.
The rise of religious intolerance in Europe (continuation of debate)

Madam President, we have this discussion on intolerance in Europe. Let's talk about intolerance in this Chamber – intolerance and hypocrisy. In 2022, we submitted the motion for a debate on hate against Christians when Deborah Yakubu was killed: rejected. In 2023, when we asked for a debate after the Commission statement on hate, Muslims and Jews were mentioned but not Christians: rejected. So let's talk about hypocrisy and intolerance in here. In the same time, when I've been warning again about Muslim and Islamist floods coming with illegal migrants, I've been called 'Islamophobe'. I don't have a phobia. I'm not afraid of them. Europe is a Christian continent by its faith and by its culture. That is why I'm going to fight for the Christian Europe until the final victory. So help me God.
Droughts and extreme weather events as a threat to local communities and EU agriculture in times of climate change (debate)

That was a very good question. Thank you for that. We already built the infrastructure, protecting flood infrastructure. But we had so many protests, and we are finding out that these protests were financed by the eco-terrorists. Germans! They tried to bribe people in Poland to protest against our infrastructure. And that is a fact – we found out yesterday about it. On the other side, we have a government now, we have Mr Tusk, who went out on Friday and said: 'Oh, the weather is not so bad'. So if you're asking us what is happening and why there is so much damage, it's because of Tusk and his party, not about infrastructure. That is a fact.

Mr President, thank you very much. Most often I speak in English, but today I would like to speak in Polish with great pride, taking advantage of the fact that we have a Commissioner from Poland in the room, the best Commissioner for Agriculture in decades in the European Commission. But I would also like to speak proudly in my mother tongue, because what is happening now in my homeland, in Poland, is a huge tragedy. These huge floods, floods could even be called, great floods, take place, among other things, because the madness of ecoterrorism has been allowed to speak. The leftists who support and supported eco-terrorist organizations, as they must be called, organizations that opposed the construction of flood infrastructure, are the people responsible for what is happening now in Poland and in this part of Europe. No one is talking about what we heard yesterday. German intelligence tried to recruit one of the environmentalists, environmental activists, to protest against investments in Poland. This is an intelligence war, and ecoterrorism is being used against the development of countries like Poland. Thank you, Commissioner, for standing up for common sense in Europe. We conservatives stand up for reason and call things by their names. Stop the eco-terrorism!

Madam President, good to have you here, for the last session of this Parliament. Let’s talk about the numbers. Because we heard this beautiful vision of yours. But we didn’t hear much about the numbers. You mentioned youth unemployment. Let’s talk about the facts about the numbers: Spain, 28.4; Sweden, 21; Italy, 20.4; Greece, 17.4; France, 16.9. I’m not going to continue, I just want to let you know there is no such numbers in Poland. We left Poland in a great shape. But Mr Weber was obviously happy to say that he’s going to continue with Donald Tusk. What kind of achievements? One of the highest unemployment rates in Poland during the Tusk term. This is what you want to continue? Madam President, you’re smiling, I’m happy you’re happy, but let’s talk about the facts. Export from China: over EUR 500 billion. Exports from European Union to China: EUR 230 billion. In the same time, Madam President, you are forcing European citizens with the Green Deal when Europe is responsible for 7 % of pollution of the globe, and you want to save Europe with our pockets. This is madness. And this madness will be stopped after these elections. We’re going to make Europe great again. We’re going to change the numbers. And your laugh will not change the fact that you are going to lose these elections. You know that, and you know that, Madam President. You know why? Because there is no freedoms you mention. We can read in the conclusions that Europe must be safe for European citizens. It’s your fault, Madam President, that it’s not safe. Illegal migration, and your policy, Mr Weber, German policy, ‘Willkommen’, is the reason why Europe is not safe. Let’s talk about the report about safety in Germany: 6 million crimes raised, the highest rise in the history of Germany, and you want to continue that? This madness about illegal migration will be stopped after these elections, this madness about the Green Deal, Madam President, will be stopped about this madness. And your smiles and good humour will not change the fact that Conservatives will make Europe great again.
Need to impose sanctions on the import of Russian and Belarusian food and agricultural products to the EU and to ensure stability of EU agricultural production (debate)

– Mr President, it has been two years since Putin attacked Ukraine. We’ve been asking for sanctions on Russia for two years, and it is the EPP who was against it. It is the Germans who were against sanctions on Russian oil and gas, and now you’re asking for a debate about the sanctions on Russian food? That should have been done on day one when he attacked. You’re asking for a debate, but you are not asking for the resolution. So what is the point? Do you want to have a chitchat, Mr Halicki, or you want to take action? Do you want to pretend to take action or do you want to take action? Dear citizens of Europe, do not be fooled about this debate, because when we asked for sanctions from day one, we asked for sanctions on Russian diamonds. The Germans from the EPP said no; when we asked for sanctions on Russian gas and oil, the Austrians said no. When we asked again for the sanctions on diamonds, Belgium said no because Antwerp would be unhappy about their businesses. If you want to take action, do not talk, take action. We need a resolution and we’re not going to be fooled. The reason you’re asking for this debate is just to pretend to take action, because you have a problem with Ukrainian grain. We are against flooding European and Polish markets with European grain. You are in favour of it, and you’re trying to say, okay, let’s say that we’re going to block Russia. Where have you been for two years, you hypocrites? Where have you been with the Russian diamonds? Why did you block it for two years? Where were you for two years? So please do not fool European citizens. You are trying to make businesses and talk. We are taking action.

Mr President, dear leftists, not many of you in here. We just heard Mr Halicki about democracy and the free media. I can’t believe it. I cannot believe that Mr Halicki from the ruling party, Civic Platform, is talking about democracy and the free media. Thirty-eight journalists were spied on during the Donald Tusk party government. Recently. Thirty-eight people. Mr Michał Karnowski, well-known journalist, was spied on. Piotr Nisztor, well-known journalist, was spied on. Public state media were took over overnight – just now when Tusk took over in Poland – using private security company. And Ms Adamowicz is laughing. Halicki’s not here. He just ran away. He left the Chamber. Maybe you will answer? How is it possible, Ms Adamowicz – because you have a good fun, I can tell – how is it possible that Tusk is using private security company, when he won the election? He’s using private security company to took over public state media. Oh, you’re not laughing anymore, I know why.

– Mr President, I have a question for the Commissioner. In your report, I’m trying to find a single sentence about the Tusk government’s unconstitutional decisions. Is there a single sentence about unconstitutional decisions from the Polish Government? I’m happy you’re smiling and I’m happy you’re happy about this debate. You know that this report is used as a political tool by the left against conservative governments. That’s how it was, that’s how it is, and that’s how it will be in this Chamber, because only Hungary and Poland were attacked for years. There you go; you’ve got a reaction. He knows what I’m talking about, Mr Halicki. Don’t cry, Mr Halicki. Your time will be up, and we don’t want you to interfere in Polish businesses. The Polish nation will find a way to get rid of Tusk. You did not have a right to interfere in the past; you do not have the right to do it now. This is hypocrisy, because one of the senators was arrested today from your party for corruption ... (The President cut off the speaker)

Mr President, another debate about Pegasus, about spyware and – let me help you, Mr President, and Mr Commissioner – let’s count the present in here: one, two, three, four, five – well done to you! Five. Six! There you go. Six MEPs here during the debate which is used to attack conservative governments. We spend taxpayers’ money on the debates when nobody cares, apart from the left. Only leftists using these debates to attack conservative governments. So, first of all, before you will decide about the debates, think about it. Is it worth it? Spend taxpayers’ money on this? No one’s here – it’s empty – and obviously no one wants to talk about the spyware in general, that Germany was the one to produce FinFisher and sell it to Morocco and use it against French President. Nobody wants to talk about this problem of spyware around Europe, but wants to talk about Pegasus attacking conservative governments. So, please, stop this show. Stop wasting taxpayers’ money. If you want to get rid of spyware, start with the Germany. But you, Madam in 't Veld, you didn’t want me to go to Germany during the PEGA Committee works. You didn’t want to go to Germany as a mission and ask them why they produce even more stronger and more aggressive spyware and sell it outside the EU. So, do not be a hypocrite. Please do not waste taxpayers’ money.

Mr President, dear leftists, it’s been two years of Putin’s attack, and what have you done? Nothing. What have you done, Mr Weber, as Germany, what have you done? Five thousand helmets, that’s your achievement. Oh, no: you built Nord Stream 2 and then you blocked the sanctions. That is the fact. What about Belgium? You are responsible for blocking sanctions on Russian diamonds, when we, the conservative Polish Government, were fighting for it. What about Austria? Austria was blocking 12 packages of sanctions because one of their banks was on the list of the war sponsors. What about the rest? All you did was just blocking sanctions, and Poland was first to help when the Russians attacked: 17 million people crossed the Polish-Ukrainian border. So do not lecture us about humanity, about asylums, about refugees, because we do know what the refugee is and what illegal migrant is. I was the first MEP to see massive graves, how many of you visited Ukraine? How many of you visited Lampedusa? I was the one to see illegal migrants. So let’s make a deal: you take illegal migrants, we’re going to take those who were attacked by... (The President cut off the speaker)
Rule of Law and media freedom in Greece (debate)
Date:

I do believe that courts should be free and judges should be free. The difference is that not many people from Tusk’s government want to listen to the judges, independent judges. There were so many judges who were ready to answer his call, like Judge Milewski – Google his name. He thought there was a provocation from the journalist. He thought that he’s receiving a phone call from Tusk’s office. He answered the phone and he says he’s ready to do what he’s asked to do. This is the kind of judge we have in Poland and this is judiciary? This is the rule of law? This is hypocrisy. You are happy to criticise Poland. You’ve been happy to do it for eight years. Is there anyone in this Chamber who’s ready to raise your voice in the name of those who are political prisoners on hunger strike? Raise your hands. I can’t see any on the left side of this Chamber. That is the real face of you.
Rule of Law and media freedom in Greece (debate)

Madam President, dear leftists, another debate about the rule of law, another debate about Greece, as we heard, but we never heard any debate about rule of law in Germany, dear Commissioner. Dear Commissioner, we never had any debate when Donald Tusk was a prime minister eight years ago, and we never had any debate since he became prime minister now. And what is happening? Thirty days of Donald Tusk government in Poland and we have a night raid on the state media with a private security company, we have raids on the prosecutor’s office, and we have political prisoners. Two of our colleagues, two MPs, were arrested and they are on hunger strike at the moment. And Donald Tusk is a Euro golden boy, Mr Commissioner, it’s your golden boy, leftists, and you will be responsible if someone will die in Poland. And please God, there is an election very soon, European elections, and please God, European nations will wipe you out from the political scene and we are going to make Poland and Europe great again. (The speaker agreed to take a blue-card question)

Mr President, Madam President, I would like to say thank you, dear leftists, for not being here – because I haven’t seen any leftists when Dutch farmers protested, I haven’t seen any leftists when German farmers are protesting and I can’t see any in this Chamber, not many right now. Because you are responsible for this madness. You are responsible for this mess with the farmers’ state of their pockets at the moment. You are the ones responsible! But there’s one voice of dissent in the European Commission. Mr Commissioner, I’d like to thank you for your stand against this political madness. I’d like to thank you for your decisions. There is no problem with the transition of the Ukrainian grain, but we are responsible for our own citizens. We are responsible for our own nations. We are responsible for the European Union. So we know how important it is to help Ukraine. But we have to take care of our own citizens. So I would like to thank you, Mr Commissioner, for your wise policy. I’d like to say thank you and I’d like to say that I’m very proud today for being Polish, because Poland saved European farmers.

Mr President, dear leftists, dear so-called rule of law lovers, it’s been 365 days since Qatargate exploded. And what have you done? Nothing. What have you done about vaccination scandal in European Commission? Nothing. Oh, sorry, you’ve done a lot. You’ve been attacking Polish Government for eight years. For eight years you tried to lecture us. You tried to lecture us about the rule of law. Rule of what? Rule of corruption! That’s what it is. It’s your people who were arrested. You are trying to lecture Mr Trump, Mr Bolsonaro, Mr Milei, you’re trying to lecture the whole world, conservative world, about the rule of law, and your people are arrested for corruption. You have no right to lecture us. You have no right to tell us, telling us what the democracy is. You have no right to tell me what the rule of law is. That is why I promised we’re going to fight your leftism ideology until the final victory. So help me God!
Parliamentarism, European citizenship and democracy (debate)

Mr President, dear leftists, I’m very happy to take part in this debate about democracy in Europe. So let me give you some example of very major democracy in Poland, over 1 000 years of tradition of Polish nation. Polish nation rejected you, dear leftists, eight times. Eight times in a row you have lost elections in Poland. So get used to it, because you’re going to lose again. That’s number one. Let me give you some data about Poland and Polish democracy. The lowest unemployment in European Union is: Poland. The highest GDP after COVID in European Union is: Poland. One of the lowest debts in European Union is: Poland. So don’t give us this rubbish about the need of educated immigration, as we heard yesterday. We don’t need your doctors. We don’t need your engineers. Take them all and pay for them. We don’t need them. You know why? Because there are zero terrorist attacks in Poland. Why? Because there is no illegal migration in Poland. So don’t give me this look. Don’t give me these arguments about the populism, because this is a fact. This is your data, from Eurostat! So we don’t need your engineers. We don’t need your doctors. Take them. Do not teach us. Do not teach us about democracy, because we know what the democracy is. So learn from Poland. Be like Poland.

Mr President, thank you very much. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. I thought it would be a debate about the use of decryption tools by Member States in the European Union, but it turns out that once again it is a debate about Poland. Already in his first speech, the chairman of the Pegasus Committee attacked Poland, my homeland, and the democratically elected government in Poland. So it is with pride and duty that I will defend my homeland and the democratically elected government. You said, Commissioner, that the sale of such decryption devices by the Member States of the European Union to third countries is a scandal that such a practice cannot take place. And what's going on? FinFisher – I recommend you a software called FinFisher. Where was it produced and by whom? Through Germany, near Munich. And watch out! My request for a mission to Germany is rejected by the Commission. But the mission goes where? To Poland. Poland did not produce such software. Poland, like Germany, did not sell such software to Morocco. Morocco has been eavesdropping on the French president, and we're being accused. You know why? Because we have the lowest unemployment in the European Union, the highest GDP (you are in the negative), the lowest rate when it comes to crime, because we do not accept illegal immigrants. We have the lowest unemployment, the highest GDP and the safest country among the Member States of the European Union. We're the safest, hence the attacks. Don't spit on Poland, but be like Poland, learn from Poland.
Threat to democracy and the rule of law in Poland, in particular through the creation of an investigative committee (debate)

Mr President, thank you very much. How symbolic that the representatives of the Polish opposition are centered around the German representative of the German EPP party who requested this debate. How symbolic. You have no right to wave your finger in front of the Polish face. You have no right until you account for the corruption scandal, the invasion of the German and Belgian services. Count yourself and don't teach us about the rule of law. How symbolic that when Poland fell into Soviet hands after the German attack, it brought peace to the Communist Party. While the Germans were swimming in luxuries, we were fighting the Communists, and the one who was just performing, a member of the Communist Party, known for exercising the power brought by the Communists, is now attacking the democratic government elected eight times. How symbolic! You have no right to wave and instruct us about the rule of law. Account for Qatargate, account for the judges of the CJEU who went hunting with lobbyists. Then you will have the right to talk about the rule of law. If you don't settle, you don't have the right to teach Poland.
Ukrainian cereals on the European market (debate)

10.05.2023 13:06
| Language: PL
Dear President, Dear Commissioner, I always make my speeches in English, but today I decided to speak in my mother tongue, because it is a great pride that the Commissioner for Agriculture is a Pole. Today it is a special pride. Why is that? I would like to present some data, facts and not political opinions, on the example of Poland. Why was the decision to extend this liberalisation a good one? Poland has 4 billion surpluses in trade with Ukraine. 4 billion euros. The European Union has 2 billion in the negative. The whole European Union has minus 2 billion, and Poland has 4 billion, and thanks to Poland, the whole European Union has plus 2 billion euros. Mr. Commissioner, I'm sorry. Poland earns 4 billion euros. Thanks to this decision, EUR 4 billion goes to Polish families, it goes to 500+. The opposition knows well, especially in Poland, what 500+ is – although it knows it only from newspapers, it did not know how to introduce itself. So, with this money, projects are carried out to support families. What if we didn't support liberalisation? There would be no legal basis for this agreement, which now prohibits the sale of four types of cereals in Poland. Thanks to Commissioner Wojciechowski, it was possible to reach an agreement that Ukrainian grain in Poland is banned. If we had not extended the regulation, which – note – was introduced by your minister in 2014 and was now only extended, there would have been no legal basis to ban sales. We have banned sales, and we earn 4 billion for Poland. You'd be losing that money. Not to mention Spain, which was threatened by starvation due to a great drought and begged for this grain to reach Spain. We are saving Spain, the European Union and supporting Poland. 4 billion, and for that 4 billion, Commissioner, I want to thank you.
This is Europe - Debate with the Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Xavier Bettel (debate)
Date:
19.04.2023 10:00

Madam President, this is a very important debate about the future of Europe. This is a very important debate and I cannot hear the answer for the very fundamental question: what kind of future do you want for Europe? Do you want to build on the foundation of the European history, on Greek philosophers, Roman law, Christian culture, or do you want to continue with your politics, which led us to no-go zones in Sweden, burning suburbs in Paris, terrorist attacks in Germany and Spain? So maybe you should focus on the legacy of John Paul II, Copernicus, Chopin. Maybe you should go back to the roots before we’re going to discuss the future. So maybe you should be like Poland – with the lowest unemployment in European Union. Maybe you would like to be number one as the safest place in Europe. So if you want to have a future for Europe, be like Poland, because Poland is the future.

Madam President, I'm sorry. This is the biggest corruption scandal in the history of the European Parliament. This is not a scandal only of Morocco, it is not a scandal only of Qatar, because the accused and arrested people dealt with artificial intelligence, dealt with cryptocurrencies and dealt with Poland. In the report by Fight Impunity, Panzeri's organization, which is now in prison, we could read that white supremacists, fanatical Catholics rule Poland. On the basis of these reports, Poland was attacked in this House. We were even called fascists just because we didn't like the society the government in Poland was elected to. Poland is a proud nation, it has the right to choose the governments it deems appropriate. That is why we will never allow Poland to be spat at, mocked, slandered. That was the case in this House. We will never allow Poland to be spit on by bribers from Brussels. Therefore, we will demand that all resolutions against Poland be repealed. We can adopt a resolution that will repeal resolutions involving bribers, those who are accused or arrested. All amendments that have been tabled by persons arrested or accused in the Committee of Inquiry, in which I sit, in the Committee for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, have been tabled by the Court of Justice of the European Union. Pegasus, they should be thrown out. We will never allow Poland to be spit on by anyone. Never, never, never!

Mr President, Madam Commissioner, it’s been 10 months – 10 months of this genocide. And Poland from day one was a leader. Over 7 million people crossed the Polish-Ukrainian border. Can you imagine that? Not even one person, Madam Commissioner, not even one family never found any other different place than a Polish home. We don’t have camps for refugees in Poland, because we are so open. But in Europe we still have hypocrites who are making money with Russia on diamonds. Why is Belgium selling diamonds? Why is Antwerp protesting to get diamonds into the embargo? Why is there no embargo on diamonds? Why do we hear from Mr Macron that we cannot isolate a leader like Putin? Why can we hear from Mr Schulz that after war we have to go back to the normal relations with Putin? This is hypocrisy. And if this hypocrisy will not stop, Putin will knock on Berlin’s door, Paris’ door and other doors in Europe. But Poland was first to react, and we are leaders. So be like Poland.
