Madam President, we are talking about an unjust state, not a European rule of law. It is unfair and extremely anti-European, in the primary sense of the term, to target states that believe in Christian values and defend their culture. Hungary is the number one target as it resists illegal invasion. The European Commission is targeting nation states that want to remain nation states. On the contrary, he sees no problem in the Mitsotakis government. A highly servile government to German demands. After all, it is a government plunged into corruption, committed to squandering public money on us. We are talking about an unjust state, a European superstate and parastate that we have before us. We repeat: End the targeting of nation states. No more rinsing us. Enough with the hypocrisy of the von der Leyen Commission.

Mr President, new reductions for agriculture and cohesion. Two pillars supporting farmers and the region. We are seeing huge cuts in agriculture. Basic income support for farmers is reduced by EUR 83.7 million, while the crisis reserve of the Guarantee Fund is cut by EUR 35 million. We see policies that gnaw at the income of our producers. In cohesion, even if there is no nominal reduction, the reality is equally worrying. It is even necessary to activate the flexibility tool for just one million euro. This is not a functional design. It is a confession that cohesion policy is suffocating. At the same time as the European leadership opposes U.S. initiatives for peace in Ukraine, it is funding the corrupt Zelenskyy regime and the defense production of Turkish affiliates in Europe. Everything is wrong with the European budget.

Madam President, Mr Nikos Aslanidis was travelling with a delegation of journalists to Istanbul. The Turkish authorities stopped him at the border as an undesirable person and dangerous for the country, without any further justification. This action constitutes a blatant violation of press freedom, confirming Ankara's illiberal conception. Turkey, even today, persecutes anyone who speaks about the historical reality of the genocide of the Greeks and all the Christians of Asia Minor. Europe and Turkey are moving in two completely different cultural universes. The obstruction of the Greek journalist is a mosaic in the vast mosaic of Turkish unfreedom. No intelligent person contemplates cooperation with Turkey on security matters. A top security issue is the promotion of historical truth about Turkey internationally.

Mr President, before we require police officers to be examples of social behaviour, we must ensure their dignity. The phenomenon of police officers with afternoon jobs to supplement the wages offends common sense and the sense of justice, it strikes at the very core of the rule of law. We are talking about the people who are facing the wave of illegal immigration in the state where smuggling and the mafia rule. At the same time, in Italy, France and Germany, police officers are paid two, three and four times the salary of the Greek police officer, respectively. Nevertheless, the Greek police continue their heroic work, despite the intolerable reality. An obvious precondition for the success of the European Union's internal security strategy is convergence with the European average wage.

Mr President, our livestock farming is not about Kolonaki and Kifissia. Livestock are our villages. It's our homeland. In Macedonia and Thrace thousands of people are afraid. They tremble at the principles of the uninformed and heartless cardigans. They're afraid of losing what they've been fighting for a lifetime, their lives. Sheep and goat pox is becoming a social wound. The sheepfolds are emptying, the rural economy is languishing, so young people are leaving the countryside. A farmer in the Little Monastery died of injustice. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/687, Member States may apply vaccination against killing. So we're talking about a failure of the Ministry. The Commission must ensure Greece’s access to the European Vaccine Bank, technical support for the rapid approval and distribution of vaccines, monitoring compliance with EU law. It is not possible in 2025 for the state's response to be only the extermination of animals. The Commission acknowledges that vaccination strategies exist. Farmers don't ask for alms. They ask for justice, respect and life in their homeland.

Mr President, the dominant political system is indifferent to illegal immigration. The wealthy NGOs do not want such discussions at all; and, of course, the enriched NGOs do not leave those who reproduce their narrative in this way. The truth is, they've actually succeeded. European societies have become unrecognisable within 30 years. Brussels, Athens, Amsterdam, Berlin; When you walk, you forget where you wanted to go and where you are, they are no longer our cities. In France and Britain, this is over. What has not been achieved through wars has been achieved through human rights. The solution is one: forced returns. Let the various European courts do us a favour and deal with the corruption that is tearing our states apart. For migration issues of all kinds, enough is enough! Deportations now and in every way. No time for delay, deportations, deportations, deportations! And we don't mind the rumored impact on the economy at all. For us, "we want Greece and let us eat stones".

Madam President, the report on Albania shows that Europe is indifferent to the truth. There is no mention of the huge property problem. Greek minorities find themselves losing their property rights and watching their homes and churches collapse. Always face a wall in front of them. The report congratulates Albania on progress in the judiciary. Funny phrase for the Greek minority. It's an exhibition that doesn't see the mobsters in the room. The Albanian mafia ravages and oppresses from the US to China. We regret that the report does not mention the Greek national minority of Northern Epirus at all. It does not mention a historical, cultural, demographic and political reality wildly and in various ways persecuted, unfortunately under the guidance of Ankara. And, to God, the murdered Konstantinos Katsifas through his tomb awaits vindication. The mafia killers of Katsifas belong to the Albanian parastate. Obviously, we are voting against the report, as well as the unacceptable Skopje report, as both are distorting and highly problematic.

Mr President, I have very little time and importance, so I have no time to respond to what has been said. Today, the relatives of the victims of the Tempi crime are waiting for answers. Answers not given by the corrupt Greek system of cover-up. A system that, instead of seeking justice, threatens those who seek it. First of all, Commissioner, with regard to the actual allegations of cover-up, tell us what the Commission's position is that the Greek authorities have ordered that the point of conflict should be wrongly seized and that biological material should be thrown away even a month and a half after the crime. They went so far as to deny the parents the exhumation to carry out new examinations, while bones were found in wagons ten months after the crime of Tempi. In addition, there are some very important questions. Do you confirm that the way railway safety is supervised in Greece is in breach of Directive (EU) 2016/798? How independent do you consider EODASAAM, whose members are appointed by the supervising minister? What is the Commission’s position on the Kövesi statement that Greece is in breach of Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 by granting immunity to ministers involved in Convention 717? Is it true that the Action Plan was funded by DG REFORM? Something very important: Are trains safe in Greece? As a Commission, do you guarantee the safety of citizens? Why did the Commission delay in acting when it was aware of the violations before the Tempi crime? And finally, were ERA's responsibilities for issuing conditional safety certificates for Hellenic Train investigated? Thank you and I look forward to your answers.

Mr President, there is no room for moderation in the debate on Turkey. On the one hand, it is all of us who see a state with a criminal record instead of history, comparable only to Nazi Germany, a state that leads Islamist terrorist organizations, a state that spreads culture everywhere. All of us who see a system that soils everything it touches with mafia, corruption and smuggling of all kinds. And on the other hand, there are Chamberlain's political children, who are indifferent to whether millions of people in Europe, Asia and Africa are suffering because of the Turkish occupation boot, Turkish colonialism, inhumane Islamo-Nazis. Today, Turkey is the epicenter of the axis of evil, the noose on the neck of the world. We ask all colleagues to be informed about the bloodthirsty genocide of Christians that continues to this day, about the attacks in every neighboring state. Be aware, that's enough for us. Not only should we not finance Turkey, not just should we not put it through the back door in our defence, but it wants at least tough sanctions. He wants the army of all of us on the Turkish border.

Madam President, paragraphs 8 and 9 of the Council conclusions are ridiculous. The whole Middle East laughs at European naivety and hypocrisy. Accepting a five-year transitional jihadist regime is completely ridiculous. We all say it's all about education. Apart from the fact that the cat is a juvenile in the tiles, the al-Julani regime implements and teaches terrorist jihadism in Syria. Children are taught the importance of dying for Allah. Syria becomes a Hamas regime, and Ms Kallas promises EUR 3.4 billion directly to the regime. Mrs Kallas, you are financing a regime of terrorist production on our south-east European borders, and that would be ridiculous if it were not so horrific. We call for the overthrow of the jihadist regime immediately, in order to lead Syria to elections.

Mr. President, I'll give up my country. It is the Greek oath that comes from far away. We don't have eternal friendships. The integrity of our country is an age-old faith. We all have an interest in the electricity interconnection between Greece and Cyprus. The work has to be done. That is why there must be ships for all of us, a deterrent to Turkish invaders who want to strike at a European project of general interest. No other Member State has taken such an aggressive action. Whether we like it or not, there is not a single person in this room who disagrees that NATO is weakening. The gap is filled by the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union in Article 42(7); the mutual defence clause. So we're interested in dual-use infrastructure. We are interested in the possibility of building more ships on our territory. We are all interested in enhanced military mobility to defend the sanctuaries of the Greeks, such as Thrace, Kastellorizo, Kasos and the temporarily enslaved Famagusta. Thank you very much.

Mr President, a number of murderous attacks on priests and prominent Christians in Lebanon and Syria. On individual cases in the US, Russia, China and Egypt, the European Parliament adopted a number of resolutions. We never talk about systematic purge against Christians in the Middle East, as if Christians were not people. Let us look at Israel's solidarity with Jews around the world and rediscover our Christian compass, our lost Christian identity. Hamas knows that the attack on Israeli civilians brings a decisive response from Israel. Accordingly, Turkish jihadists operating in Syria and Lebanon must know that if they touch our Christian brothers, they will receive an overwhelming response. Europe, not the Muslim Brotherhood, must be represented in this Chamber. All Christians, Greek Orthodox, Greek Catholics, Armenians and Maronites should enjoy our protection.

Mr President, Americans and Europeans are cheering 'make our nations great again', rejecting the woke agenda, pro-immigration and anti-national policies. Trump's "America First" policy was not just about the United States. It was a global trumpeting in favor of national sovereignty. Donald Trump challenged the elites, defied the rotten system, and proved that politics must serve people first. His struggle for secure borders and national pride echoes in the hearts of our nations. Europe needs leaders who put above all citizens who defend our culture and who prioritise freedom over anthropophobic and anti-national bureaucrats. Let us be inspired by Trump's vision and build a Europe that is strong and sovereign. It is time for Europe to welcome the time when the voice of nations will be heard loud and clear. Let's make Europe great again.

Madam President, Mrs von der Leyen, who unfortunately left the Chamber a moment ago, we have seen that she met with Erdogan yesterday. And what did he tell us? He told us he's an important partner. He told us that he wants to improve the relations that the European Union has with Turkey and told us that he wants to give him an additional 1 billion for hosting refugees. I want to ask Mrs. von der Leyen. Does he know that Erdoğan has blood on his hands? Is it aware that it occupies European territory in Cyprus? Does he know that Erdogan is committing a genocide against the Kurds? Is he aware that in collaboration with the Azerbaijanis he invaded Nagorno-Karabakh? Does he know that in cooperation with the jihadists in Syria they murder Christians every day? Is it aware that it violates the sovereign rights of Greece on a daily basis? So instead of Mrs. von der Leyen taking smiling pictures with Erdogan, she should already have imposed severe sanctions on him.

Madam President, an obsession with illegal immigrants has been created in a minority part of our society and our political system. It's like Stockholm Syndrome. We live in the real world, we sympathize with our fellow citizens and we want our homelands back. We don't want an Islamabad in the center of Athens. And when we say not one illegal entry, we mean not one illegal entry. Europe must become an impregnable fortress. This is the only way to avoid genocide against us. If you read international refugee law, you will understand that it is impossible to have refugees in the Aegean. So you obsessives keep your obsessions and let border security do its job. We should finally start talking about de-Africanisation and de-Pakistaniisation. The time has come for effective ways to reduce the number of illegal immigrants in our country.

Mr President, there is no much-vaunted European social market economy in Greece. Every sector of Greece is controlled by a few friends of the government, and the Greek government has handed over the billions of the Recovery Fund to these friends, when they should have gone to the Greek small and medium-sized. Unfortunately, the so-called competition committee, or rather the "pretext committee", does not do anything to break these oligopolies. These practices do not create national champions, but state-owned and intertwined oligarchs who live at the expense of the many. Oligarchs in food, supermarkets, milk, energy, banking and transport. Citizens' complaints must finally reach the European courts to break these cartels. Until when will the European Commission whistle indifferently about this situation in Greece?

Madam President, five millennia ago, on the Nile, sound irrigation systems were developed to deal with drought and flooding. Floods such as those of Eastern Europe do not honour the Europe of 2024. It happened last year in Thessaly, the most fertile Greek region. This happened in parallel with a 50% reduction in rainfall compared to the previous decade and a 30% reduction in Mornos water this year compared to last year. The Recovery and Resilience Fund should first and foremost strengthen resilience against floods, droughts and fires. Unfortunately, in Greece this fund went elsewhere. In addition, the new Rural Just Transition Fund should approach €60 billion and focus on preparedness projects. Finally, we have proposed a bold reduction in agricultural taxation in weather-affected rural regions, as a minimum state concern for the resilience of our producers, and we expect our proposal to be accepted.
