Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, there is only one thing that can be said to take stock of what has already been said, and I apologise for using the term that has been used, which is selfishness. But isn’t this selfishness shared a bit by everyone here? And how can we make the union when everyone ultimately obeys their own interests? Sadly, there is unfortunately only disunity in this European Union, because there is, under the guise of a kind of dedication, only a willingness to serve oneself and one's own interests. The European Union, from this point of view, is a failure because, unfortunately, we have not been able, and it is very sad for the common good, to go beyond our personal egoisms to arrive at a universalism of interest.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, in the tears of horror, whatever the horror, it is clear that everyone is considered to be in good faith. But there is the initial horror, that of 7 October, when women, children and old people were murdered, slaughtered and raped. The author: Hamas. Behind Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood. If we want peace, and we have the right to want peace, for everyone, we need this corollary: Courage. To say that Hamas is a terrorist organization and to declare here in this Parliament that the Muslim Brotherhood is a terrorist organization and that those who give them their hand are accomplices. It is at this price that we will finally have peace.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, on the issue of immigration, there are not the good ones on the one hand and the bad ones on the other. On the one hand, there are no good people, no good people, and on the other, there are no bad people. There is no right and far right, left and far left. There's a question: Are professional merchants of charity inhabited by pity or by profitability, I mean profitability, feelings? Today, in the newspaper Le Figaro in France, the President of the Senate, who is not an extremist, who is a good, round, nice man, said: the current immigration situation is no longer possible. The reality is there and even if we do everything we want, we will no longer be able to accept it. We must therefore put the necessary barriers in place and we must quickly ensure that we once again have moral, legal and physical boundaries.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, if later historians have to find a lapidary formula for defining the European Union, they will say ‘a hell paved with good intentions’. Schengen was good intentions. The reality of Schengen is now a migration hell. We wanted to open the borders from the inside, provided that we could close the borders from the outside. We didn’t do anything. Nothing done. And against the backdrop of Schengen, behind all these shadows, there are visa traffics, there are compromises, there are smugglers, everywhere. Germany has no lessons to teach. We have lessons to learn because we have unfortunately failed. We must put an end to Schengen.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, yes to asylum for those who deserve it. No to asylum for those who abuse it and thus steal asylum from others. Yes to humanity. No to human trade by smugglers. End, once and for all, this international rule of law that does not respect the law. We must return to legality. This is the first time in the history of international law that illegality creates legality, that illegality gives rights. It is necessary to put an end to this power of the violation of international laws in order to return to a respect for the law that will guarantee respect for a decent life for those who have the right to come as refugees and who are not illegal immigrants.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, my country, France, which is a great country when it has historical leaders, which is unfortunately not the case today, is suffering from a terrible reform, made up of violence, because we want to save EUR 12 billion. In order to put an end to the chaos in France, to the police violence that strikes, I propose to withdraw this €12 billion of the €25 billion of France’s annual contribution to the EU budget. France will thus be able to withdraw this reform. Not much in light of the €18 billion allocated to the war in Ukraine in 2023. We must pay the price of peace in France. What is happening right now is horrific, and the suffering of the people is absolutely unimaginable. And repression is unworthy of democracy.

Madam President, Madam Ombudsman, you had a very beautiful sentence earlier. You said that the European Union must also be a moral force. Unfortunately, today it is only an economic, bureaucratic, technocratic, disciplinaryly normative force. The peoples doubt and your role is essential here so that the peoples no longer doubt. The question is: How effective are you? You have a certain efficiency, but the real efficiency, the one that will make you no longer Don Quixote, we will see the day when, in hand finally, you will have the SMS you ask, broadcast between Mrs. Von der Leyen and the CEO of Pfizer. You had the courage to ask for them. Let's fight for you to have them. Confidence in the European Union depends on this.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, the question that we did not dare to ask now arises: Is there a fifth column of corruption in the EU? Yes, yes. What to do? First, to combat the deceit of certain NGOs. ‘No peace without justice’ was the name of one of them. ‘Fighting impunity’ was the name of another of them. Judges may recall the need to fight impunity, the system of human rights fraud – Panzeri is the former Chair of the Subcommittee on Human Rights – and finally the system of lobbies and the text messages of Ms von der Leyen.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, I would like to apologize for my winter outfit, but in this time of contemporary lies, I believe only in the energy shield that I represent. So I dress accordingly. The only question I would like to ask in the minute given to me is: "What is this energy crisis hiding?" Until then, we didn't talk too much about it, and suddenly, we started asking questions from all sides. Renewable energies are becoming the renewal of humanity, as we go through the exploitation of rare earths, which put us under the subjugation of China. I did not make a choice, but I have my concern, and I rest my question: in the troubled times we are living in, in the worrying times this Parliament is living in, what is hidden by this sudden energy crisis, which brings us back to the candle period, without us having the slightest light?

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, nothing has been done. Nothing will happen. Unfortunately and for our desperation, this European Union in which so much was believed brings us nightmares, poverty and helplessness. Involved in a war that is not our own, our peoples are suffering, struggling. The energy crisis was not addressed as it should be. The joint purchase of energy has been blocked. And today, we talk, we perish, we try to be the judges of a war that is not ours. But what is ours, what is yours, what is mine, is the suffering of the peoples, their lack of money, the cold they will suffer, the distress in which they are. And for that, this star-studded European Union is responsible.
