Russia is clearly an aggressor. It is questionable how long it took for the aggression to be provoked by the attacks on the Russian population in eastern Ukraine. This is absolutely unequivocal. So if you don't understand this, I don't know what else to talk about. You are preparing for war, and I am afraid you will succeed, and Eastern Europe will be the battlefield. In principle, we want to avoid this.

I'm almost embarrassed to answer such a naive question. It is necessary to ask the question: How would Russia benefit from the continuation of the war? Would he want more territory if he had such a huge territory? Other resources when it's so rich in resources? Or would it want to achieve self-destruction by another war confrontation? These are just completely nonsensical ideas. So, on the contrary, I am afraid that if you continue to prepare for the war as before, you will only achieve that the war will continue to Central and Western Europe. And that's probably what you want to achieve.

Madam President, since the Maidan coup and the establishment of the current regime, most EU institutions and governments have supported Ukraine's self-destruction. From the beginning, it was clear that Ukraine, even with the massive support of the US and the governments of the countries of the European Union, could not militarily defeat Russia. It turned out that Russia failed to break up with war spending and 20 packages of sanctions, as was the intention from the beginning. The result of the so-called support of Ukraine is the continuation of the war and the death of hundreds of thousands of Ukrainian men. Ukraine has long been able to reach a peace agreement under much better conditions than today. She wasn't allowed to. If the war in Ukraine continues, Ukraine will lose more territory. It is clear that the leaders of many EU countries want the war to continue. Rejecting realistic solutions will only further prolong the suffering of the people of Ukraine.

My dear colleague, part of the agreement was also that Ukraine would be a neutral country. This was clearly violated. I do not agree that the response to such violations should be military intervention. But on the other hand, it is necessary to ask what possibilities exist for accepting the situation so that a settlement can be reached. Nothing like that happened. All the support of European Union officials on the Maidan was there to provoke a war with Russia.

Madam President, Ukraine was supposed to be a neutral country under an international agreement, its neutrality was respected by Russia. After the color coup on Maidan, the new government rejected neutrality, and NATO sought to adopt it, and NATO military facilities in Ukraine began to be built. After the Russian intervention, the Minsk agreements and the Istanbul agreements were ignored. Ukraine is robbed and broken, completely dependent on foreign financial aid, more than a million Ukrainian soldiers have fallen, millions of people have fled from poverty. Ukraine is militarily in an impasse. The title of this debate shows that it is not a realistic diplomatic solution to the conflict that is envisaged, but the continuation of the war. The freezing of the assets of a foreign country and even their use will lead to a definitive loss of credibility of financial operations in the European Union. I recommend turning to realistic politics.

Madam President, security is indivisible. The condition of peace is the provision of security guarantees for all. A party to the conflict whose security guarantees will not be assured will necessarily feel threatened and act accordingly. Such a situation is a guarantee of the continuation of the conflict. I'm afraid that's exactly the point. Peace, which only one side recognizes as just, is not peace. Such peace will not be accepted unless it is peace after surrender, which must be accepted by the defeated party. I don't know anyone in their right mind who thinks Russia is close to surrender. If politics is the art of the possible, then what the European Union is doing is not politics. Under the conditions advocated by the European Union, peace cannot be achieved and human losses and material damage will continue to escalate with the risk of a third world war.

Mr President, I am a psychiatrist, I worked in a research institute, where there was also a department of industrial psychiatry. It doesn't exist anymore. Other is the issue in industrial enterprises, other in administration. Today, the reduced mental resilience of younger generations plays an important role. Much depends on the personality structure of the workers. The most important risk factors are stress at risk work or work in time stress, conflicts between workers and, for stereotypical or frustrating work, loss of motivation and burnout syndrome. Some professions are characterised by high levels of suicide, such as soldiers, police officers, doctors – especially in certain fields – farmers, artists. The solution must be first of all prevention, i.e. technical and organizational adjustments of the workplace, adjustments to the organization of work and mediation of conflict in the workplace, and only then, if a mental disorder, diagnosis and therapy by professionals appear.

Mr President, I read online that, under the pressure of the Soviet occupation of Germany in April 1945, a prominent Austrian painter committed suicide. This is a funny exaggeration, as history is being rewritten in the European Union today. It's worse than it was in socialist countries 40 years ago. At that time, the liberation of 10% of the territory of Czechoslovakia by the U.S. Army with 300 casualties was downplayed. Today, the liberation of the remaining 90% of the territory by the Soviet army with 144,000 fallen is even referred to as occupation. This year's commemorative assembly in Auschwitz was attended by representatives from the country of the victims and the founders, Israel and Germany, but not by Russians as the main nationalities of the liberators. Crimes are relativized and criminals in some countries of the European Union become heroes whose monuments are commemorated by sympathizers of the SS divisions. Lie is becoming the norm.

Excuse me, I am convinced that what I have said here has a real basis, for I have become acquainted with the fact that there really is a way to acquire children through surrogacy. There are such offers and this system is actually applied.

Mr President, the proposal for a regulation on parenthood, which requires all Member States to recognise parenthood on equal terms, does not respect differences in national traditions and the will of communities. It notes that children’s rights arising from parenthood are to be protected regardless of the legal relationship between the parents and the way in which the child was conceived. Children's rights are not being questioned today. Extramarital children are not subjected to the contempt they were 100 years ago. But this regulation is really about the rights of parents, no matter how they have attained parenthood. Not everyone is eligible for proper childcare, but it is not possible to proceed as they do Barnevernet Norway, which takes away more than 1,000 children a year from parents. There is a risk of legalization of child trafficking, which is already in operation. Children should not be traded. The proposed regulation would allow children bought in one country to be legalised across the EU.

Mr President, the issue is the threat of cooperation between conservatives and the far right to the competitiveness of the European Union. The world doesn't follow the labels you give out. Not only the threat, but the real cause of the inability to compete is the majority of this Parliament and the European Commission, which have pushed Green Deal and anti-Russian sanctions. These have led to an increase in energy prices, which is reflected in all prices and increases the price of production, which is difficult to enforce on the market. Instead of fifty-eight sexes, you should be interested in the standard of living of citizens, the decline of which is ensured by the outflow of the fittest. Instead of promoting immigration, you should promote birth rates and stop degrading school education. Those you call conservatives and the far right are actually rational politicians trying to defend the decline of the European Union countries caused by you, not the left, but the far left and the irresponsible neoliberal right.

Mr President, population decline is a symptom of the collapse of society. Society has dissolved into individuals who do not have a sense of belonging and responsibility to any community, nor to the wider family, nor to the community, nor to the nation, nor to the state that they consider to be their own. They do not feel that they should contribute to the common good. The young generation, who are expected to bear offspring, in their majority, under the influence of ideology since childhood, feels that creditors and society are indebted, and the purpose of life is fun. They believe that having offspring does not bring any benefits, because they can rely on themselves, and in the event of failure, the company has to repay the debt it owes to them. People live in a very unstable social situation. Separate living is inaccessible to an increasing number of people and living in isolation has not taught them cooperation, mutual respect and responsibility. The European Commission will not come up with a solution, it is part of the problem.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, the irresponsible and unintelligent interference in the economies of the countries of the European Union has caused the current decline. Nonsensical interventions in education have led to a deterioration in the training of citizens for professions and a deterioration in the level of education in technical fields. The number of competitive graduates in technical and scientific fields is decreasing. The Absurd Project Green Deal It is based on fraud and already today, when not all its idiotic ideas have been implemented, it is destroying the economies of the countries of the European Union and with it the social conditions of the majority of citizens. Perhaps it is not a mistake, perhaps it is an intention that should also serve to extend the war to the countries of the European Union. The environment deserves real protection and we deserve protection from the deal Green Deal. The impact should have been assessed in advance. Only an idiot acts without thinking and then is surprised by the consequences.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, the naive citizens of the Western Balkan countries believe in the advent of prosperity by joining the European Union. They will be severely disappointed. They have had and will continue to have to meet a number of conditions that do not benefit them. They are expected to relinquish their sovereignty, comply with regulations and implement directives without resistance. They are supposed to open their market for foreign goods and thus allow the entry of stronger companies. They should count on the fact that soon nothing will belong to them in their countries. They will not be part of the Schengen area for a long time. It will be easier for people who can work in richer countries to leave and strengthen the economies of stronger countries and weaken their own. The demographic structure will deteriorate, as in the Baltic countries and the Eastern Balkans. Central European countries will become net payers. Enlargement of the European Union will be of some benefit to multinational corporations.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, the future of agriculture in the European Union is very bleak. Small farms are rapidly disappearing and large businesses are being hampered. Villages are disappearing. The European Union is dominated by transnational trading chains, which benefit from importing agricultural commodities halfway around the globe, at dumped prices and of dubious origin. Buy-in prices are falling or stagnating, costs are rising. Green Deal is a set of barriers to farming in general and in agriculture in particular. The Greens, Socialists, Leftists and Progressives of the Renew Group are inventing further obstacles to agricultural development. It is threatened by self-sufficiency, or rather, in many commodities long ago is not. We all know this, and yet there is talk of the European Union helping rural development. It is necessary to abandon everything that unreasonably hinders agriculture in the countries of the European Union and return to rational, responsible thinking about the future of our countries and their citizens.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, no statements or announcements of international days will limit violence in society. It will help to cultivate people by appropriate upbringing and punishment against those who have failed to be brought up. Talking about elimination is either naive or hypocritical. Violence cannot be eradicated. Unfortunately, violence will increase as people become more socially isolated and frustrated. If violence against women is the only thing that matters, and violence against men is uninteresting, it would certainly be beneficial if the influx of untouched men into the countries of the European Union were to end. Interestingly, the same activists verbally fighting violence against women are also pushing for immigration, including from primitive areas in Muslim countries. It is not difficult to conclude that they seem to have a mess in their head.

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen, since billionaires have taken over all the major media outlets throughout the formerly democratic world to manipulate the public, the only chances for democracy are people's governments, social networks and the Internet. Until the end of the last century, the world-dominant villains were at peace, because it was impossible to publicly resist slander and other lies. I understand that the deep state resents the limitation of its monopoly on the control of public opinion. But I strongly recall Article 17 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms, which reads: ‘Everyone has the right to express his or her views and to freely seek, receive and impart ideas and information across borders. Censorship is unacceptable.” It is futile to ban hatred caused by crimes.

Mr President, ladies, gentlemen and other genders, I am a psychiatrist, a former director of a psychiatric hospital and a minister of health. There have been constant reforms in the care of the mentally ill since the end of the 18th century. Almost all but the last of the reforms meant a change to better conditions for the sick. The sick gradually got from the status of wandering despairers and prisoners in inhuman conditions to the status of inmates of special social institutions, asylums and finally hospitals and after-treatment facilities. Psychopharmaceuticals have significantly improved the chances of a cure. What about the current reform? The struggle of left-wing progressives against psychiatric inpatient facilities, which they compare with concentration camps, is yielding results. After 200 years, the sick return homeless to the streets and prisons. Long live common sense!

Madam President, ladies and gentlemen and other genders, the collective West must learn to see itself critically for its own benefit. He has had centuries of ruthless predatory pasts and is still abusing neocolonial methods. The calls for cooperation with the collective South therefore sound hypocritical. Stop robbing the South, which is also starting to be collective on the principles of mutual benefit. The West must learn to understand that it is no longer the leader of the world, it must respect foreign interests and learn to cooperate with others as equals. The West must return to a true democracy, ruled by an informed people and not an oligarchy through its media and officials. And he must learn to call things by their proper names; he cannot call corrupt pressure groups civil society. Otherwise, the degradation of the West will continue.

Mr President, ladies and gentlemen, I personally believe that Ukraine has been supported enough. Victoria Nuland said the United States has invested $5 billion in Ukraine. They have succeeded in transforming Ukraine into a state that professes to be Nazi war criminals. Multinational corporations have helped by buying land, real estate and industrial infrastructure that was not stolen by local oligarchs. Ukraine is bankrupt and urgently needs constant support to serve as a tool to damage Russia. Thanks to the support of the collective West, a third of the population fled the country, mainly men who do not want to take up space in Ukrainian cemeteries as soldiers. Thanks to Western so-called aid, Ukraine has already lost everything, part of its territory, an active part of its population, its natural wealth and, most importantly, its future. Ukraine is being exploited for foreign interests. You're helping Ukraine to its grave.
