Madam President, Romania has now barred Călin Georgescu, as my colleague Mr Piperea just pointed out. This is unprecedented in the EU Member States. Ladies and gentlemen, if democracy were to effect change, that is the sole reason for having a democracy. You can effect change. But what we are seeing now is actually that people can vote for whoever they want and if they don't like the candidate, they just bar him or put him in jail. As democrats, we cannot stand for this. The European Commission states that in a healthy democracy, citizens can freely choose their leaders. If the Romanian people choose Georgescu, why do we interfere and why do we stop it? This has nothing to do with democracy. We need to have a debate on this to get back to our senses. I urge you to vote for this proposal.

Madam President, Paris Climate Agreement ‑ afuera! We need to end the man-made climate change hoax. USAID afuera, a government agency that fraudulently wastes taxpayers' money, engages in money laundering and acts as a CIA front to manipulate public opinion abroad, to affect regime change must be taken down. USAID has even indirectly funded the Wuhan lab from where the Chinese virus was leaked, which then ushered in the COVID totalitarianism. WHO ‑ afuera! These people are fed up with these unelected bureaucrats of this lobby organisation for Big Pharma, who are unaccountable to no one, except maybe to their Chinese donors. President Trump is showing us the way. And unless we want to go down in history as complete idiots, we should follow his lead. Green Deal development aid, WHO, take it all down and give us Doge instead, so we can fight these despicable, globalitarian misanthropists.

Madam President, It is not surprising that this Parliament cannot even vote on the Commission's work programme. But why? The Christian Democrats have long since set the course until 2029. And the Parliament: superfluous, just as chair circles of spirit-ethical world-saviors are. But then there are no more excuses. Everything that this von der Leyen Commission decides or does not decide, then just goes to the account of the Christian Democrats. That's what we're going to measure you by, dear colleagues! What Europe needs, but you persistently refuse to deliver, would be: less EU, getting burners, ending supply chain law, ending sustainability reporting, ending nature restoration law and, most importantly, ending the unspeakable Green Deal. Where is this actually EU Department for Government Efficiency? Of course you don't want that. Instead, your Christian-democratic EU in 2029 will be economically weakened, bureaucratically inflated and politically even further away from the citizen. And the receipt? Yeah, she's coming. She'll be at the ballot box sooner or later. They are not looking forward to it – I am all the more in favour of it.

(Start of speech with microphone switched off) ... would like to add an item on the agenda under which this House can speak out united against any political violence. The occasion is an attack on one of our campaigners on Saturday, who was bombarded with a steel ball by means of a twinkling. In Hanover, 250 attackers surrounded a polling station. The police were only laboriously able to keep the crowd in check with protective shields. Later, the mob moved on and threatened a stand of the CDU. A member of the CDU reported that he was afraid for his party members. Dear colleagues, we must not tolerate violence in the election campaign. So with a debate, let us take a stand together against all forms of violence! We owe it to our democracy. Let us demonstrate that this House stands united against all forms of political violence, no matter who it originates from, and no matter who it is directed against! Thank you very much!

Mr President! Europe is under attack – not by tanks or missiles, but by the migrant onslaught on our borders, which is being used as a weapon against us. And that works because we've been fooled by left-wing spinners into thinking pushbacks are illegal. Pushbacks, i.e. the consistent rejection of migrants at the borders, are the most effective means of preventing illegal border crossings and repelling this attack on our home countries. That we are not allowed to use them is due to massive lobbying by pro-migration NGOs, funded by eccentric billionaires who act as a moral authority. In fact, their agenda endangers not only Europe's security, but Europe itself. Every sovereign country has the right, yes, the duty, to protect its borders. The claim that this is illegal is a brazen lie that deprives Europe of any possibility of self-defense. And, of course, we need physical barriers at the external borders – they work, they protect, they are legal and they are legitimate. These fences and walls are nothing more than a pushback poured into barbed wire and concrete. So we're finally building them, these physical barriers, and we're finally protecting our homelands and our citizens. You too, Commissioner Brunner, should have noticed by now that the political landscape is changing. Their Christian Democratic party will soon be a junior partner of the FPÖ. You will have to change your course anyway. Why not now? And if not now, when? But the next elections will show anyway that citizens will no longer vote for parties that refuse to protect the borders. They will no longer vote for parties that sacrifice the security of their own citizens on the altar of imaginary rights and claims of millions of backward mass invaders and, even more so, relentlessly charge them with food. Finally come to your senses. Act decisively and now!

Number one, Donald Trump is not against us. The people Donald Trump is against are the globalitarian misanthropists. On the question on how much gas and oil Germany has, the answer is: unfortunately nothing. But when Donald Trump pointed that out at the UN, that we were dependent upon Russian gas, the entire German Government that was present laughed their butts off because he made such a ridiculous statement. Well, it turns out he was right, wasn't he? We were dependent upon Russian gas. Yes, we are dependent on that. I'm confident Donald Trump will be solving these issues. By the way, the Russian gas was not shut off by the Russians, it was shut off by ourselves – stupid us!

First of all, I reject the premise of your question, in which you slandered me with such a term that is unbecoming of the dignity of this House, and which is certainly unbecoming of you being a member of this Parliament. If you just stop for a single second and look what we have been doing in the past decades in our countries, like I said, disenfranchising people, censoring free speech – I mean, had there been free speech during the COVID madness, millions of lives would have been saved because people would have known that this mRNA injection was not helpful – not at all; it was dreadful, actually!

Madam President, Donald Trump's inauguration speech – what a breath of fresh air – marked the beginning of a golden age. Donald Trump will restore inner security by closing the border and deporting all illegal immigrants. He called out climate change as the hoax that it is, and he will end this gigantic taxpayer‑milking machine called the 'Green Deal'. He will stop the overreach of the farmer lobby posing as the WHO by withdrawing from it. In short, Donald Trump will undo all of the freedom‑, democracy‑ and rule‑of‑law‑undermining measures that you have been working so hard on imposing on the people. The EU has robbed the Member States of their sovereignty, destroyed their economic power, devalued their currency, disenfranchised their citizens. All of this needs to stop. We need to go back to the foundation of democracy: rule of the people, for the people, by the people. And the beautiful sound of freedom ringing throughout the entire world yesterday should inspire us. Let us make Europe great again. And if the EU refuses, then guess what? We will just do it without you. But it will happen. Let's make Europe great again.

Madam President, They therefore want to protect democracy and consider it an effective means of regulating freedom of expression. The instrument created for this purpose – the DSA – does not protect democracy, on the contrary! It is your desperate attempt to secure control of the opinion corridor and ensure that your disinformation remains unchallenged. End Facebook, Google, X and Co. FactcheckingThey no longer want to censor their platforms according to government regulations, and they hyperventilate. In doing so, you express what you fear the most – freedom of expression. They fear it as much as the devil fears holy water. You fear them, because they threaten your power-preserving power of interpretation. But the prerequisite for democracy is freedom of expression. That's why this unspeakable DSA has to go, ladies and gentlemen. Because these beautiful new clothes of the emperor exist only where there is no freedom of expression. The emperor is naked with freedom of expression, just as you are – naked with splinter fibres.

First of all, I welcome the fact that you have a small, humorous undertone in your Blue card have built in. Of course you are right: Kemmerich did indeed resign as an elected prime minister a few days after his election, and of course that did not happen voluntarily, but because of the pressure that was put on him. After all, another democratically elected party, which sits in the Thuringian state parliament, co-elected him, and this was obviously not meant to stand still – and this is also a blatant violation of the will of the electorate. As I said, I find it very interesting that you take up the word sulphur stench again. But even you should have realized that, of course, figure of speech It was and, of course, is not to be taken seriously. But really think about whether you actually still sit here in the interest of the people and also serve their interests or whether you do not serve completely different masters.

Madam President, In a democracy, all power comes from the people. But what do we see? In Romania, elections seem to be reversed by courts even in violation of constitutional law – the rule of judges is being established. And this is not an isolated case. Thuringia, 2020, Germany: A democratically elected prime minister was forced out of office by pressure from Angela Merkel – from South Africa, mind you. In both cases, the will of the electorate was annulled and replaced by power from above. This is the arrogance of globalist misanthropes. This is the arrogance of their power, the sulphur stench of which also runs through the hallways in this house. Bertolt Brecht once asked sarcastically: “Wouldn’t it be easier if the government dissolved the people and chose another one?” Ladies and gentlemen, the continued disregard for the will of the people and the facade democracy you are trying to build are all exposing you as anti-democrats. And if it were up to me, you'd be ashamed of it every day in the ground.

Madam President, I am relying on Rule 150 of the Rules of Procedure, the restriction of which to third countries is, in my opinion, an inadmissible restriction on the wording of our Rules of Procedure, given that flagrant violations of democracy and the rule of law are taking place in the Member States. I am referring here, for example, to the moron affair around Robert Habeck in Germany. Using AI, social media is systematically searched for insults, displayed to citizens and thus overlaid with disproportionately repressive measures – in the present case, a house search. With such an approach, one leaves the soil of the free democratic basic order. However, a federal minister who instrumentalises the rule of law in calling it ‘weakhead’ is primarily totalitarian and only secondarily a giant weakhead. I therefore call for a review of the interpretation of Rule 150 of our Rules of Procedure.

Mr President! It's getting better and better: Now the EU even wants to ban smoking outdoors, for example in swimming pools and amusement parks, but also at bus stops or in beer gardens – all over Europe. Although it has no competence for this, there is also a lack of scientific justification. But the EU's regulatory craze simply knows no boundaries anymore. Your paternalistic approach is a disenfranchisement of the citizens and shows once again what image you have of the citizen. You regard the citizens as subjects, as naughty children, whose lives you presume to determine down to the smallest detail. Citizens are therefore right to say: The hell with this EU. Their way of thinking is not liberal, it is authoritarian and has meanwhile clearly totalitarian traits. Why don't you just leave the people alone?

Madam President, Donald Trump announces his new cabinet: highly competent patriots, determined to Make America Great AgainDetermined to make politics for the people again. And what do we get? You, Ms von der Leyen, thank you very much! The wrecking ball that mercilessly tears down everything that has made the European peoples strong. I want a Europe that is strong, sovereign and successful; a Europe of success, a Europe of freedom, democracy and the rule of law. We won't get all this with you. Mrs. von der Leyen, you alone would be bad enough. But the aspiring commissioners you have gathered around you are the purest squad of debris in terms of freedom and democracy and the rule of law. First of all, Mrs von der Leyen, give an account of your unspeakable mRNA vaccine supply contracts. Otherwise, you can put your proposal of the Commissioners on the hat. My group will not support this. Well, regrettably, I can't call you corrupt, otherwise I'll be turned off the microphone here again, but be that as it may: Frau von der Leyen, you are corrupt to the last fibre of your existence!

Madam President, So today you are complaining about the misuse of new technologies, which is supposed to radicalize our youth. It is your radical politics that divides and incites people. During Corona, you have declared parts of the people enemies, turning the unvaccinated into scapegoats. Voices about the harmfulness of the mRNA injection were censored away so that your vaccination propaganda remained unchallenged. Government-critical voices suppress you while you look the other way, when YouTube, TikTok and co. celebrate the worst Islamic anti-Semitism and this misogynistic, inhuman and totalitarian ideology of Islam eats itself through our society. The supposed radicalization you want to fight is the long overdue response to the radicalism of your policies, this unspeakable, illegal mass invasion. Stop being ridiculous! Instead of censoring critics, take the criticism seriously and finally make politics for your own people again, then there will be no radicalization among the people!

Mr President! We are talking about mental health. But what has driven people to madness in recent years? Coercive measures, lockdown, isolation, mask duty and the pressure to get vaccinated. You played particularly badly with the children. Instead of childlike carefreeness, play and laughter: Isolation, fear and social cold. Many of them are still suffering from the consequences today. Child psychologists hardly follow suit. But soldiers, such as Jan Reiners and Alexander Bittner, were also treated as serious criminals. They were even sent to prison for refusing orders to inject a potentially lethal substance. In addition, there is climate delusion, gender stereotypes and hate speech, the fight against Islamophobia and racism – all this ideological nonsense. It's your policies that drive people crazy. If you really wanted to put the mental health of the citizens on the right track, then you simply stopped your unbearable stigmatization and exclusion policy towards your own citizens. That's where you should start. The mental, healthy fight against mental illness belongs there and must start from this house here. Stop talking about your ideology. It's unbearable.

Mr President! The two regulations on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices of 2017 have caused bureaucratic chaos. In a hysterical overreaction to a scandal in breast implants, a regulatory chaos was created, which led to innovation and production of critical medical technology being much more expensive and new approvals of products delayed. Only the approval of lethal mRNA injections, which went quite quickly in this house. But be that as it may, Peter Liese of the German Christian Democrats, you were one of the two rapporteurs responsible for this chaos. You are now turning yourself into a champion against the very bureaucracy that you yourself have created. Our predecessor group, the EFDD, had wisely submitted a rejection request against your bureaucratic monster in 2017, which – you probably suspect – was rejected. If you can rely on one thing in this House, it is that there are fundamentally decisions that are the opposite of good, right and meaningful. Ceterum censeo – this shop should be abolished!

Madam President, The AfD scored more than 30% in the elections in East Germany. In Thuringia, she even won the election by a large margin. Instead of respecting the will of the electorate, parliamentary rules of procedure are changed and even a request for a ban on the AfD is made in the Bundestag - all this under the brazen claim that democracy is defended. Those who do so are not afraid of democracy, they are afraid of democracy. In a democracy, parties whose policies the citizen disagrees with are voted out of office. Instead of the penalised parties now going their own way and changing their devastating policies, they are stomping their feet – like defiant children – and bragging: If in Hungary a left-green actor does not get his desired role in a theatre, the European Parliament shouts: Your deafening silence on the actual repression of the opposition in Germany is revealing. Do you want to be a Democrat? They are hypocrites – all of them!

Mr President! In the case of coronavirus, the EU has licked blood and usurped a new field of competence: our health. To protect them, there has been unprecedented disenfranchisement, stigma, defamation and exclusion of citizens. Ursula von der Leyen has perfected the nepotism model, which could also be called corruption. While billions and billions of dollars in profits have been poured into the pharmaceutical industry, taxpayers are still sitting on damages of the same amount. The last scandals for which von der Leyen is responsible – allegations of corruption in connection with mRNA injection procurement, deleted text messages, redacted contracts, her persistent refusal to answer the questions of Members of the COVID Committee, to name but a few – are not even partially resolved, as the whole haunting starts all over again. This time the disease is called monkeypox. The WHO has already declared an international health emergency. BioNTech is building an mRNA vaccine factory in Africa in anticipation of the next billion-dollar blessing, because the orders of the EU Commission are already a mere formality. Why we are even talking about it here today is not clear to me. Firstly: Monkey pox has no pandemic proportions. They are scarcely widespread and far from being a threat to the general public. Secondly: The EU has no competence on health. And thirdly: Certainly not if, as in the present case, the infection is limited to primarily African countries and even here only to specific risk groups. The EU Commission's presumption of competence is intolerable. Above all, however, a self-sufficiently acting President of Corruption must be put in her place and put in her trade.

Madam President, Mrs von der Leyen, you are a disgrace to any democracy. Her five years were more than enough. Green Deal, Fit for 55 – all these programmes are shaping the lives of EU citizens. deindustrialization, price explosion, abolition of freedom, democracy, censorship and harassment of citizens. That's your policy, Mrs. von der Leyen. Shame on you! Shame on you! With your Pfizer Duz friend, you negotiated a multi-billion dollar contract for a product that was useless at best, harmful at worst, and fatal in many cases. Once again: You should be embarrassed! Only the day before yesterday, the ECJ ruled that you should not have kept the contents of the vaccine contracts secret. Several corruption investigations are underway against you. If you had even a spark of decency in your body, you wouldn't even be running anymore. But: Decency – not reported to you. Mrs von der Leyen, you are the President of the Commission and not the President of corruption. They are not re-elected, but driven out of this Parliament and out of office in disgrace and shame. Madam President, I refer to Rule 128 on the election of the President of the Commission, which is on the agenda tomorrow. In this context, the European Council proposes to us Ursula von der Leyen – Ursula von der Leyen, a candidate involved in numerous affairs and suspected of having acted corruptly. At least, both the Liège Public Prosecutor’s Office and the European Public Prosecutor’s Office are investigating Ursula von der Leyen for corruption. Such a woman should not be allowed to run at all. I would therefore ask you, Madam President, to do everything in your power to ensure that Ursula von der Leyens can be legally elected and to postpone the election until further notice.
